I am a professional hand model so I appreciate a meticulously executed manicure. They take their time here and are truly the best in Crystal city. They are methodical and do not rush perfection. Hidden gem in Crystal City...They know how to cut hair the way you want your hair to look. Not a cheap american chop shop like great clips or super cuts. They actually listen to what you want and your hair cut comes out looking just how you wanted it to look. Highly recommend this Vietnamese run and owned hair salon. I went in on a Monday evening. It was pretty busy when I got there.  When it was time to do my nails, she didn't bother to do my cuticles. The whole thing felt so rushed. She didn't unstick the sides after applying the glue in some areas. Then there's the middle finger on my right hand which she shaved a whole chunk off. I wanted almond shaped nails to make my fingers look slender and longer but I got stubby wide nails instead. $35 + $5 tip. I ending up going home and removing the polish, filing again, and repainting. I don't know if it's because it was busy but I will not be returning. Tracy is fantastic, everything I describe in the following review will only support that statement. A friend and I came in on a Tuesday night for walk in mani-pedis. I was anticipating that a wait or getting separated through the pampering, but there was not wait and we chatted the whole time. This salon is small, but the spirit and customer service in it is much larger!Tracy welcomed us right away, got us set up in some massage chairs and immediately offered us complimentary wine. I will never say no to wine, especially complimentary wine. We splurged for the "Spoil Me Rotten" pedicure and I was not disappointed.This was the best time I have ever had getting my nails done. Extremely disappointed. They do such a sloppy job( see the pictures attached). I can't believe they have so many good reviews. Yes, everyone was very nice, yes they offer a very wide selection of nail polish colors to choose from, they even offer a fee glass of wine, however i wanted to get a decent manicure and they do not offer that. This is my favorite nail salon in the area. So far every technician I've had did an amazing job. Tracy and Quyen are my favorites for nails. They're super fast but professional. Quyen even added a hand massage for me after she gave me the most beautiful ombré nails. I recommend to anyone! Read Less

I love this spot! I've bounced around the area quite a bit in search of an affordable, sanitary, comfortable, and friendly place and Color Touch hits all those notes for me. They accept walk-ins but it can get pretty busy so I would recommend an appointment. Sam is my absolute favorite, so be sure to ask for her! She does a wonderful job, is so sweet and friendly, and has an excellent knack at helping me pick out the best sparkles to compliment my polish. The one time my gel chipped prematurely, the owner handled it right away herself, made it good as new, and added extra top coat to all my other nails as well. She also gave me a coupon for 15% off my next service (for me and my friends)! Very happy customer! My wife and I have been going here for 3 years. We moved from NY and were happy to get a nail and hair salon that treated us so well. My wife goes for the full treatment of "pampering" as I call it. Me I am so happy and lucky that Tina not just gives my a haircut but sees my problem areas of unruly hair and smoothes them evenly.
