I've gone to this nail salon multiple times but unfortunately I will never go back after the experience I had this past weekend. I made a reservation and had to wait over 10 minutes for anyone to assist me. Then it took 2 women over 15 minutes to fail to find the gel nail color that I wanted. Finally, a woman started working on removing my previous gel manicure then stopped after wrapping my fingers in acetone and tin foil. She proceeded to start another girl's pedicure while I had to wait over 10 minutes with what felt like burning fingers due to the excessive acetone. I was then told to move to a different seat which separated me from my friend who I was getting my nails done with. The other woman was more attentive than the first but my fingers were still swollen and red due to the neglected service from the first woman. My friend and I also noticed that a girl who had made a reservation for a massage was lied to multiple times about when she would receive attention for her massage because the staff was more focused on accommodating walk-in customers. I have never seen such subpar service at a salon especially one that has multiple competing salons very close by! Read Less

Last minute decision to get a pedi and stopped at this place - as far as decor goes, its very basic but despite reading many poor reviews - my experience was great - they fitted me in quickly without appointment, a really wide choice of colours (many metallic) and the kind lady must of massaged my feet for a good 10minutes which was lovely! I love this place, been coming here for years. It's clean, comfortable (massage chairs), affordable, professional and they don't nickel and dime you for things that shouldn't be nickle and dimed (but are at other salons like foot exfoliating etc when you're already getting a pedi).  Never got an infection, and they have a great selection of colors and techniques as well as spa services like waxing. Really bad have been a few times went in for acrylic removal I've got home to find there's still acrylic left on my nails. Customer service also very poor too quick to grab you custom don't think about the customer returning ! Read Less

I've been getting my nails done (acrylic infills & gel polish) for about a year now & have been to several different places. Thanfully, I've never encountered such sub-standard work before. I was passed between two technicians & the first technician burnt my nail with the electric nail file (which, unlike others I've seen, didn't have a variable speed setting). She was polite enough to apologise, but then told me I was sensitive; maybe I'm the rare case where overheating elec...tric files being incorrectly used make me oversensitive. I started to worry when I was asked to put the very thin layer of acrylic that had been applied under the uv lamp to cure... I've never had to 'cure' acrylic before. My Shellac polish wasn't sealed properly on the nail tip & the polish chipped within days on the tips & halfway up the nails. The shop offers a seven day repair if you retain the receipt, but I really dont want more poor work on my nails. I also noticed that the acrylic has chipped & cracked; one of my nails is broken in two half way down the nail bed & I'll probably need to replace my nail with an acrylic tip until it grows back. I've only ever had a nail break like that before when I trapped my fingers in a door & the nails snapped clean off. The only plus is that the staff were polite & pleasant, but I would not recommend anyone use this place as they are clearly incapable of providing an adequate service. See More Read Less
