Horrible!!! I came to that salon to make a new set of nail extensions,she took off the old one,and when we started to do a new set,she made one nail and showed me,the form was hooked,I tried to explain what I want,and she just told me that I'm picky!That kind of service I'm facing for the first time of my life.When trying to explain what I what called picky.I wanted to talk with a manager,but they told me that she isn't here,and they refused to call her,telling if you want to talk with her come back in 5 hours!Terrible service!Never come back!Hope,the manager will read that review and see what is going on when she's not there. ZERO STARS. Came in to get my gel manicure taken off and she talked me into getting gel. So when she was taking off my old gel my nails started to bleed and she said my nails were too wake. So i said "ok no gel today sorry" like 3 times. She continued and then cut and buffed my nails. Then i washed my hands and thought she was done. She originally had said it was $5 to get gel taken off so i thought thats what she was gonna charge me, NO she charged me $19! She said she had done a manicure when she hadnt and was fighting me. This is the first time I visit this nail salon . The service is very good. I don't need to wait for long . The only thing I don't like about this place is that the lights in the pedicure section is kind of bright. I couldn't really relax. I recommend they should play some relaxing music in stead of the TV Chanel. If they can, they should separate the manicure and pedicure sections so that customers can relax with dim lights and soft music . I will come back to this salon. Read Less

My boyfriend and I decided to pop into this salon for pedicures one evening. Upon walking in, we asked the woman how long the wait would be because we had to be somewhere an hour and a half later. She said the wait would be 5 minutes and insisted we sit down. We sat there for about 20 minutes. We decided we didn't have so much time so we told them we were going to leave and come back another day, but the woman who seemed the manager said she could do the pedicure right then. She started the water for the pedicure and made my boyfriend put his feet in. Then after waiting for another 30 minutes with his feet in the water, we were frustrated and going to leave again, but the manager made a nail tech stop working on her customer and start my boyfriend's feet. There were several other customers waiting- whose nail techs were working on multiple customers at one time. It was like they wanted to start working half way on everyone so us customers couldn't leave. Very greedy, deceitful tactic. It was extremely awkward and the nail techs were being told to do far more work then they could possibly manage. The woman who checked us in, possibly the manager, was sitting at the counter on her cell phone and frequently would disappear, leaving her staff scrambling to finish everyones nails at the same time. As an end result I decided not even to bother getting my nails done after my boyfriend who only got a very simple mens pedicure. The pedicure he got to say the least was very poor, rushed and didn't even look better afterwards like would normally. This place is completely mismanaged with not enough staff or not caring to be honest with customers about wait times because they wanted to kind of force the customers to stay with starting the work and making them wait while being serviced.  Very greedy, deceitful tactics. I did appointment for 4:30 Wednesday for full set and pedicure for me and my mom but I got there fifteen mins late, my technician called me I told her I was running late but Nancy was so upset at me yelling at me and she even say hi when We just walked in, She was screening with no respect at allSaying she will do only pedicure because she has to leave at 6. I would understand if there was full of costumers or if she didn't get any up because she was waiting for me... But there was only 1 costumer and 4 technicians. At the end other technician did the nails for my mom and me. Worse thing was when I left at 7 Nancy was still there. So she just lost a nice costumer!! I usually never get my nails done... Being viet.. There's always an opportunity to get my nails done for free. My mom's friends usually hook it up. Well it was one of those days when I just wanted to pamper myself and not wait for a chance to get it done for free. So I decided to go to the closest nail salon to me. I didn't know it would be that terrible... First when I walk in... The youngest lady in there asks me if I want a full set... And I said yes. Keep in mind that I have NEVER gone to a nail salon before and so I had no idea what she was talking about. I thought that she meant I wanted to get my full set of nails done? I thought it was how you say manicure. Honestly when I get it done for free, they just ask me what color and that's all. So the lady proceeds to talk to the other ladies in Vietnamese telling them what I had ordered. I was with my friend at the time and she was getting her eyebrows done and they asked her if she wanted a full set too, and I think she said yes by mistake. It was an honest mistake, and nothing to make a big deal out of... Yet the lady would not let it go. It was beginning to annoy me. She was talking about us Un Vietnamese... Not considering the fact that I could be Vietnamese. I understood every single word she said and therefore that pissed me off even more. She kept complaining about  how we said we wanted a full set but now we just want a manicure? Like seriously... What do you care? She wasn't even doing my nails. Anyways... I got my eyebrows done too. This was a horrible mistake. I told them I didn't want mine too thin because I don't look good with thin eyebrows... So they barely waxed anything off... It looked like how it did before. So I was even more pissed off... Then we got to the manicure... The lady was doing my nails and I tried to ask her a question but she didn't really know any English. I didn't want to blow my cover of being Vietnamese yet so I just let it be. As she finished my nails, I studied them to see how well she did it. They were so terrible... She did not clean up for me, nail polish was everywhere on my hands. And on the sides of my nails. Also some of the nails were not even painted all the way through. Like there were spaces of just my nail... And I was like really? Wtf? And when she was applying the top coat.. She messed up one nail... Did not even bother to fix it.So I was extremely pissed with the results... But I honestly don't know why I tipped because the service was horrible. At the end though when I was just waiting for my friend to be done, my mom called and I spoke to her in Vietnamese. Those ladies faces were priceless. That's right I heard what you were saying about me the whole time. They are so rude. They ruined my first nail salon experience and gave me the worst manicure ever. Even my friend who only recently learned how to do nails, has done it better. He always does a good job and fixes his mistakes. He also makes sure everything is clean for me. My sister and I came here to get a mani/pedi. We didn't have an appointment. We walked and were asked what we needed we said mani/ pedi for two. They told us to pick out a color. Their selection of OPI colors is very small. They have a lot of China Glaze. Anyways we sit to wait and 40 minutes later they tell us out chairs are ready. We sit the water is cool so I'm thinking it will get warm 20 minutes later the water is cold. Another lady comes to put the blue salt stuff on the water I tell her it's cold but she ignores me and asks for my hand she says you fake nails and I say no she says are you sure and I say yes they are real. She says fine you have Gel nail polish and I say no regular polish she that's not true look I can't it off. The cotton she has no acetone and she's just scrapping my nail very hard so she throws my hand down. She starts with my sister pedicure and my sister is in tears because she cutting the cuticles back so much. She completely ignores my sisters complaints about that and about her nails bring uneven. My pedi is going ok until puts the polish and all uneven and messy l think she was new to the business. So manis start my sister tells her girl that she wants a design she starts convincing my sister not get it cause her nails are too short. My sister does have short nails but always gets designs. My sister's cuticles are bleeding they gel French tip is a disaster clumpy and it look like terrible. My sister asks her to take it off and star again. She does and the second it's worse so my sister tells her to take if off cause she does not want it anymore. She does and tells my sister to "get out of here" my sister goes to wash her hand she comes up to her and says "it's your loss" my manicure is awful cold water again. Do they not have hot water? I had to tell the lady to make the color even finally gave up and just let her finish. My old nail polish is still around the edges. If I could give them no stars I would. By far the worst experience ever.. I went in for a refill. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I said no, I did want them square... She cut them down till they became little squares. I was furious, I told her to forget it after several attempts to tell her to stop filing. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYE BROWS DONE!!!I went in last week to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady seemed to be new at this.  She completely messed my eyebrows up!!! wtf.  On top of that she still charged me and was mad when I did not leave her tip.  I definitely will not be coming here to get my eyebrows done ever again.  NOW, on to the nails...I've never had a bad experience with that.  The lady who does my nails always takes her time to perfect everything.  She always offers me water and this and that.  I never feel like she's rushing and will always ask if I want her to fix anything.  I paid $35 for French Gel Manicure. The nail techs do a terrible job here.  They didn't file my nails straight, and there was nail polish all over my fingers.  I had to go home and take a qtip just to clean everything up.  They barely speak English so it was hard to understand the lady who did my nails.  I felt like they were in a rush to get my nails done even though I was the only customer in the store.  I truly don't recommend getting your nails done here.
