Best pedicure you can have. Not too expensive and I've never seen my feet treated that good. My nails are too soft and weak for gel nails but they did a great job on my host mom. They're always friendly and won't try to steal your money for useless services. LOVE them!! Read Less

Under new ownership or management, the selection of SNS shades is great. It's one of the very few nail salons in this area that offers SNS manicures at all, so there's that. Service is hit or miss. My best friend recommended Rose's to me and I couldn't be happier. They didn't rush me into making a decision on my services and Tammy sat with me and consulted me on color options. I chose to go with the new SNS process and she explained the benefits of it to me. Celline did my nails and did an outstanding job. Have been here several times before (it's been at least a 1 year since my last visit) didn't recognize anyone but didn't put much thought into it. The person doing my pedicure was fine but my daughter's 'technician' didn't do a complete manicure (no lotion or massage, she said she forgot) polish needed an extra coat, didn't last through the day and took forever to do the pedicure. It was a bit busy when I went in BUT after I came back they treated me AMAZING. Victoria did my nails and this was the first time I ever got acrylics, she did AMAZING. I wanted them kind of short but she made a recommendation to keep them semi-long and she was right. They're aesthetically pleasing and make my fingers look long and elegant. I was a dedicated customer for 5 years, I mainly saw Nancy.  Not only did Rose depart, but Nancy left too (and I didn't know that until I walked in for my scheduled appointment). I was extremely disappointed and have since found a new salon. I gave a 2 rating due to how I found out things as a long standing customer and I also know there is no tech there that can do to my nails what Nancy did (I love colors and designs). Dropped in on a Sunday to do sns nails and looks like management changed and it's not a good thing. All new staff and I had an elderly women try to do my nails and did a horrible job to my nails, I'm not sure she is licensed to do nails but after 3 years of coming to rose paradise spa I will never return. I was disappointed with my regular (not gel) manicure here. Nail filing was uneven. Over an hour later, nails were still tacky due to thick application of polish, which was also sloppy. Bathed my daughter and every one of them smudged. Ended up taking the polish off the same day. In happier news, my sister was pleased with her SNS (gel dip) mani. Read Less

This place has excellence service I'm greeted at the door immediately and not just told to pick a color and sit down. Cherry does my nail on point any request I make is honored and my nails last! I used to go to this nail shop a lot in the past. I gave it a try again after I returned from Korea and I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I got an SNS full set and a gel pedicure. Nothing lasted.If you are going, please ask for Rose. She is the best. I never had any issues with full sets or pedi's lasting. Pros- did a nice job on my nails- acrylic and pedi. I got almond shape, and they look perfect. They got me in when I showed up a little before my appointment. Cons- several customers were complaining about price and scheduling while I was there. When I was finally rung up, the price was at least $10 more than advertised: $65. If there's any kind of debatable charge, they should be sure to explain the price before providing the service... I didn't get nail art, French tips, etc., so don't understand the price increase. Nobody complaining while I was there was compensated for the overcharges or late appointments. When I asked about my charges, the woman helping me didn't explain at all, just showed me the handwritten receipt with the total. My son gets his hair cut next door so it is very convenient to get my nails done here while I wait for him.  The first time I tried this place I just let my daughter get her nails painted. They charged me five dollars to paint her fingernails and toenails. The next time I went back I got a mani/pedi and let her get her nails painted. That time, they charged me $10 for her nails. I went again today, and they charged me $20 for her nails, part of that was the extra $5 for a design. I won't be going back to this place, I can't afford a $5 increase every time I walk in the door. Kind of your average nail salon. I came here because I was hoping it would be kid-friendly for my daughter's first mani-pedi (you know, those little girl chairs they have for kids). They don't have them. Not really kid-friendly. Actually, I found it overpriced a bit. They charged $30 for a child's mani-pedi and $65 for my mani-pedi. All I got was gel polish on my nails, and regular polish on my toes. That's a lot. Decent colors. Nice staff. But a little much. Probably will go back to my old nail place. Read Less

I went to this Salon on a friends recommendation. I asked for One of two girls (Rose being one of them) and was told one was off and the other was busy with a client (who happened to be Rose but not letting me know it was her I was speaking to). I was shuffled off to another manicurist (Jackie I think was her name) but was assured by Rose that she would do a good job. I got these SNS nails that are applied by dipping the nail in powder (assured it is healthier for your nail), I'm up for whatever the technician recommends. When I left my nails had visible lumps and flat spots. One broke in the first week and two more in the week that followed. Because of the dipping way the product is applied, there is no build up on the stress point leading to multiple breaks. The technician I got has something to learn about how to form a proper nail, or perhaps she was not properly trained in the use/application of this product. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere and am very pleased with my new Nail Tech. Unfortunately, Based on my experience I cannot recommend this salon. Read Less

I've been here twice, and both times have left very happy. I'm always seated quickly and greeted right as I enter. I think the prices are expensive but, they seem to do a good job for the money paid. I found Rose Paradise Spa after I got turned away from another nail salon because they were going to close for the night. When I walked in, I immediately felt very welcomed by all the staff. Rose did my nails and she did a great job!! We talked as if we have been friends for years! She was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed that her salon did everything from waxing to nails, massages and more! The place was very clean and calming.
