Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars. I came here two times and got great service but after this third time, I'm done. This man who works here decided to be a complete unprofessional asshole and this lady who was doing my mom's nails refused to give us the manager's phone number. No worries. One star because the technician was nice. However I can not recommend because the quality of work was horrible. I requested manicure with gel polish and showed a picture of what I wanted. After I left I noticed I had polish on my cuticles and my nails were bumpy. I was going to try and live with it but the gel started chipping the next day. I went back and showed them my nails and the technician insisted they were painted correctly.  She said they do not look like the picture I showed because my fingers are different.  I asked them to remove the gel. It was painful. She roughly scraped off the gel and used the drill for pieces she could not get off. She also filed many fingers oddly. They are so fragile now I feel like I should cut them all off. Rude and unprofessional. The Nail Tech sparingly added polish to my nails so it streaked. Then expected me to go home with it streaking! When I asked her to add more coats (gel polish) it still looked horrible!. Then she slammed the drawer when I asked her to take it all off. I told her it was too much money to pay to not be right. The second color choice horrible and she left a mark in it so it cracked 2 days later...this is GEL POLISH🤔it doesnt crack for 2 weeks! I just came back for her to fix it. Wanted to really love this place and call it my new nail salon since it's right around the corner from my house...unfortunately I wasn't impressed. The service was fine, but the color selection was very limited. I wasn't happy with my manicure mainly bc the lady didn't really take the time with my cuticles and then painted over them. Pedicure chipped off within the first two days on my smaller toes. Really wish this place was better. Overall, everything was clean and the staff was friendly. And I'm pretty certain they still had Christmas ornaments hanging from the ceiling. It's April! Read Less

First of all I felt like I was getting a pedi/mani by a Sargent. She was very harsh and kinda on the rude side. Lady got long nails she hurt me while giving me massage on my feet. She saw me struggling putting in my shoes and she wouldn't even blink. First and last time in this place. Read Less

I have never had a problem with Donna's and have been going there for about 2 years on and off among other salons. It is very clean and I've never needed an appointment, but I do not see anyone specific. Walk-in service is always fast and I've never had unprofessional techs. The basic pedicures are a great deal for around $22, I usually go for the sea salt which is a few dollars extra. The massage chairs are up to date and add a nice touch to help you relax. My toes have always been polished nicely, and it really seals the deal when they use the brush and acetone to get any excess off (thank you-praise hands) one of my pet peeves. A regular mani will run you around $12, gel mani about $32. Yes there is a charge for taking off gel. If you haven't realized to do this on your own before hand, then suck it up with the cost. Almost every salon I've been to charges for this $5-10. There is only once that I've had an issue with my gel mani and my thumbs not curing all the way, chipping the day after. I went back to Donna's when I noticed the issue and was taken care of without charge right away.     I've never gotten services on acrylics or for anything other than natural nails at Donna's, so I cannot recommend. I'm a regular at Donna's and I love it there. The technicians are skilled, typically very quick and well done, and almost never need an appointment.The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other salons I've visited. And the deluxe manicures/pedicures are totally worth the extra bucks!Also, recently upgraded massages chairs. Read Less

Horrible service! I have been here a few times because it's at an easy location when I am short on time. They always try to sell you extras to get more money out of their customers. I had a very bad experience. First I had a manicure by Steve. He was the most OC person I've met. I was not allowed to move my hands without him telling me too. I was only allowed to soak one hand at a time instead of usually doing both at the same time. He would get mad if I moved my hand the wrong way or anything. He made me feel like I was walking on eggshells. Also when my manicure was done I noticed a fuzz had ruined one nail. He refused to fix it. Next I went to get my eye brows wax. The women asked me twice "Just eye brows?" I said yes both times. When I was done with my eye brows the women said "Are you sure you don't want your lip wax? You have hair all around your lip." I was completely insulted. I have never waxed my lip and I do NOT have hair on my lip. She even had the nerve to get a mirror and show me the "hair" I had. Trust me if I had hair around my lip I would wax it off, but I don't! I was so angry I just put my money on the counter and left. RUDE service!! Read Less

I've been there more than once due to the location for pedicures. I've never been impressed but it's quick and near home. The last trip my technician literally gouged my toe. Though she could not seem to stop the bleeding, she attempted to proceed with the pedicure. She touched my bleeding toe with a variety of tools which she then dropped back in her bucket of tools. I allowed her to finish because I wanted to see if she'd take ANY precautions. No, she painted my still bleeding toe with salon polish that she thenh replaced on the rack. After she finished, I did speak with the manager to have all of the tools and polish removed but know that at this salon (among others) not only is the pedicure painful, but it's a health hazard!
