Last evening, i got an appointment for regular pedicure and gel manicure before going to the salon. When i arrived on time, all technicians were busy. So i wait 20 minutes ( that was not first time)And then, The young girl( named INGA) got me for pedicure. I know all of them, bc i am regular customer of this place. They are nice people. Honestly, if i like the place and their jobs, i definitely recommend my friends. My 3-4 friends started going there bc of me. Anyway, i got regular pedicure very nice. Then, time to have gel manicure. I'd already had 2 week- full set nail tips and gel manicure. So the other technician (named MICHELLE ) just reshaped and removed nail polish and made french manicure polish and put some diamond stones. I'm usually so patient, and yesterday i was same. I saw that she didn't really pay attention, and sometimes i told her what she should do. I really understand that i was the last customer, and maybe she was rushing. I see bumbs on surfaces on nails which means not good job. When İ was asking how much i should pay for them. She said total $95 if i would pay with credit card ( $40 for regular pedicure and $55 for gel manicure) It was so expensive. And it wasn't worthy. I didn't tell anything and paid also i left $10 tip ( i always give 15-20 % tip of total). I think she charged me extra. I know that my friend paid $60 for full set tips and gel manicure before. So pls tell me how it costs $55 if i didn't get new full set .Something was wrong. Sorry guys, i decided to leave this long review about you. Entirely, iam so much disappointed of this place. I've been coming to this nail salon since they've opened and I have never been disappointed! However, I feel compelled to write this review to commend my nail tech, Igna! She is not only detailed and creative, but she always ensures your nails are healthy! My nails have been consistently longer and my gel mani always lasts the full two weeks! Read Less

I've come to this nail salon very very frequently and I made the decision to never step foot back into the building. I'm noticing that many of the nail technicians have biases towards people of color. I've noticed this on more than one occasion but decided to continue to patron the business because they do a great job. At my last service I wanted a polish change on my toes and three different people asked me what I wanted done after already explaining myself to the first greeter at the door. A nail technician grudgingly came to my foot tub and reluctantly began to take the polish off my toes. Needless to say the service was not done to the best of my liking which aided in my decision to never return. I would like to say that I'm very careful when making claims like this, and continued to give them my money even after I felt treated as less than. I am giving this salon one star. If you would like the same type of quality for the same price range and better treatment, Divine Nails and Spa is directly next to the 7-Eleven. This will be my new nail salon. Hope this helps! As another Yelper mentioned, this is the best gel manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten! It statutes off slow, but my technician was very patient, attentive and took pride in her work.The basic pedicure includes callous removal, warm towel wrap and a massage, which was amazing by the way! They offer 15-30 minutes Hand/foot massages as an add on and I will definitely be adding that to my services next time. The color selection for the polish wasn't all that grand, though. I made an appointment earlier on the same day using Yelp messaging - since I hate calling places from work, I was so happy the Lounge used this feature and was responsive super fast. I let them know I had an SNS mani that needed to come off and that I wanted a new dip manicure. They set me up with an appointment with Michelle. She was ready for me as soon as I arrived and got my removal underway. She was patient and didn't damage my nails getting the old manicure off. Then she changed the profile of my nails, did my new dip manicure, made sure I liked the outcome, and did all the shaping work. My nails look amazing and don't feel thick and clunky. Michelle offered me wine or water (I opted for water). Other than that, the salon is pretty straightforward and plain. I'm not complaining though - if I wanted a luxury spa I would have booked one and had to pay a premium. De Luxe is comfortable and also affordable. I love coming here to get my nails done. Sadly, I've experienced horrible nail service and that's one thing you know you'll never have to deal with at De Luxe. The ladies are truly kind. The customer service here is the best I've ever experienced at a nail salon. They help me with my nail color choices to everything I need to feel beautiful outside. Looked on YELP for different salons that offered acrylic services and saw that they offered it here .. after looking through numerous photos the ones posted here caught my eye. So I Called ahead and lucked out with no wait time. Parked in the parking garage (conveniently located right next to the salon.. not sure if the pricing is cheaper or more costly than street parking)Saw Michelle (one of the two techs who does acrylics in the salon and the only one who does 3D sculpture nail art) . I appreciated the fact that the drills were used very minimally on my natural nail & that she did a lot of hand filing to shape the nail. I prefer the coffin shape and showed her the picture of the nails I wanted plus wanted 3D design on the index/pointer nails in addition to the ring finger. I'm used to getting my nails done by my tech in AZ so was aware that these would be more costly than a base full set .. while the price difference from NOVA is quite a bit from AZ it's not the most expensive set I've had. $80 for the set with designs. I will jump right into it, this salon is wonderful. My nail tech, Vivian, at Top Coat Nails down the street was away on vacation for a month so I decided to come here because I haven't been yet and heard great things. It was so nice inside, I loved the decor and the ambiance. The best part about both of these nails salons is that when my nail tech is away I know I have so many other fabulous nail techs that can do my nails perfectly. I always hear, I don't know what to do my nail tech is out! Well not me, because I have options :) After seeing numerous people post about Michelle, I decided to make an appointment with her because Katie was booked in the morning. Side note: Katie is also fabulous. Anyways, Michelle was so great! She knew exactly what I meant when I said make my nails more "coffiny" a word I have apparently made up.
