This place is amazing!! I have been coming here for almost a year, and I always leave happy!!! I love love love their warm scrubs and hot towel therapy ( while doing my pedicure). My nails always look perfect after visit them for at least 3-4 weeks. They are always polite, offer something to drink, and always always make sure you are happy about the service. Best place I have seen so far. Very clean and great customer service. Oh did I mention that you get offered drinks? Yes you will be offered tea, coffee, lemonade. I love this place! Great service and an amazing staff! Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. The prices here are a bit more expensive than some other salons but sometimes you just have to go for it and treat yourself!I have never had a bad experience here and would recommend to anyone. I'd also recommend setting up an appointment so they can be ready for your arrival. They do a really good job with pedicures--the ultimate Spa Pedicure is the best! However, with manicures, they're pretty shaky. I've gotten two manicures here--one regular and one gel (french). Both were pretty subpar. Come for the pedicure--don't stay for the manicure. Read Less

It was my 1st time here and I went in needing some serious nail repair. My nail was cracked over the skin, and the acrylic was too thick from a different salon that I had went to. The whole staff was courteous and polite. Cindy brought my nails back to life! She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. I can tell that she really cared. Not only was this place comforting and clean, but they even have drink option like tea, lemonade, wine (white and red), coffee, and cappuccinos. Friendly prompt service, but I got a mani pedi w a full set for $70, and the mani was horrendous. The nails were obviously lifting, too much acrylic was applied and they weren't even shaped to look natural.  I just don't understand why these salons would continue providing services that they are clearly not adept in.  Either place your staff in proper training courses or don't offer the service that you so obviously lack training in.  I as so upset that I left without getting nail polish, and tbh it looks so horrible that I'll be going to another shop to correct this foolishness.  I should've heeded other reviewers warnings, but the convenience of location got the best of me. This was my first time here. I called to book a spa pedicure same day. They were awesome to fit me in. When I first arrived the receptionist greeted me. I had to choose one of the spa  treatments and choose my color. My technician greeted me and showed me to my chair. Her name was mendy. She is great! I closed my eyes during my pedicure. This is my second visit here and I can honestly say, I love this place. The atmosphere is serene, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy myself every time I come, from beginning to end. The customer service is above and beyond. Lan is so sweet and she take her time to make sure your nails are perfect. I love it!!! When I visited Bliss, I was immediately greeted by two friendly receptionists and an immense wall of stylish colors to choose from. I've had pedicures and manicures before, but today's visit topped it all. I got the Bliss manicure & pedicure and my nail technician was Mendy. I had a horrible ingrown toenail and my feet were in pretty rough condition, but she changed all of that. She was very professional, focused on her work, and left my nails looking amazing. The bliss pedicure is to die for, I will try their speciality pedicure next time! When I walked out of there, I was completely relaxed and definitely plan to go back to Mendy. I decided to go to Bliss because of the positive reviews and they did not disappoint! I'm picky with salons so I was in the market for a new one. This place is spotless, super clean. The decor was clean and fresh, and the ambience was perfect for relaxing. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try since I already have a place I go to all the time. Overall nice place but lousy job, I was trying to fix one finger's nail and she placed the glue EVERYWHERE and did not clean it after, she didn't even filed the nail to make it even.... On the recommendation of a friend, prior to an upscale event, I had my first manicure and pedicure. The reviews of Bliss were good, so I gave it a try. Joanna was outstanding, so much so that, though this was my first, it will not be my last. She wasn't rushed, she clearly knew what she was doing, she was very pleasant, smart, and charming, and she made the hour a life-enriching experience. I liked Bliss Nail Lounge until Mandy messed up my gel manicure charged me $25 for basic manicure. I was in a rush and she told me to come back so she can fix it when I have time. Today i go back, she fixed it and charges me $30 for the mistake she made. So total I paid $50 for gel and basic manicure when I shouldve only been charged once. Let me start by saying this nail salon is gorgeous!! Draws people in and customer service is ON POINT!!! I got the works while I was there. I got my pedicure, full set acrylic and got my eyebrows done. I came out of this salon loving how I was treated and I came out a little tipsy; I even made an appointment to get my acrylic fill for two weeks. After a few days I was VERY disappointed with how my nails started looking. My nails started rising and water would get in. Visited on 1/14/17.  I had the best foot massage I've ever had while getting a pedi.   All the ladies were very sweet...offered something to drink, helped me put my coat on...I felt very pampered.  I love that they use a new emery board, scrubber, etc., for each person!  Very clean place! **updated** I TOTALLY forgot to update this review. All of my lashes gel out within 48 hours. Terri was great for nails, but the lashes by Cathy were the worst ever. I ended up having to wear strip lashes after she took SOOOOO LONG to do my lashes.  Excellent! It has been SUCH a struggle to find a good nail place. I was planning to just go to Bliss for lashes, but needed to get the works so that I can be cute for New Year's Eve. I put a lot of trust in them today because getting BOTCHED before a night on the town tomorrow would be a total mess. Bliss did not disappoint!! The salon is beautiful. Very clean, well decorated, and calm. The manicure chairs were comfy and the pedicure massage chairs were very nice and had USB ports for charging, a small table, and cup holders! Both the receptionist and Terri offered me a beverage, including wine and champagne. I stuck with water because it was only 1 pm. Ha!Terri did my nails (acrylic fill with gel polish) and pedicure with gel polish and did an AMAZING job. She was very polite and worked efficiently. The shape of my nails is just what I wanted, the lengths are even, the polish is smooth, cuticles clean, and she gave a nice hand massage. I had the milk and honey pedicure with a hot stone massage (never had that before at a nail salon) and it was worth EVERY PENNY! Next, Cathy did a full set of lash extreme lashes. She is super sweet and very experienced. She was very knowledgeable and chose lash extensions that were appropriate for my natural lashes. The process takes LONG but it is because she is very meticulous and it just takes a while to put extensions on each individual lash. The finished product was worth the time investment! And I got 20% off as a first time customer!Overall, excellent experience and I will be returning.
