Very rude; they will NOT speak English while they do your nails ; just talk to each other as if you are not there. Would not mind them not talking at all.
She worked on my nail;s and she she had all the nail dust and rubbed in the lotion as she massaged my hands...absolutely horrible!! I told her and she just smiled...it took all I had not to walk before the job was completed.
I had a french manicure and before I arrived home the white was scratched off three of my nails...she placed one layer of clear polish over the white...I have had three to four layers covering and all dry in between the layers....she ; the owner did not care to do a good job or impress one bit.....though gladly took her money.
I would not even want a correction...would never want to go back...this was the second time..I hesitated but wanted to give her a second chance ...no...she just does NOT care to impress with a good clean and honest service.
first time there a litlle girl had her toes done twice because the color kept coming off her toes.; before she even left.
My first set of gels were so thick and clumsy looking that I felt such a tight feeling the whole time I had them and when she removed them this time she had a horrible clipping and filing them off...so much glue that she used...
Will have to go into Burlington or Plattsburg where they know what they are profesional in their work....

Went for my first time yesterday because it was recommended to me and this place is amazing! My acrylics have never looked so natural the 10+ years I’ve gotten them done. The only downside is that they don’t have an option to tip when using a card so make sure you bring cash for a tip. Will definitely be going back!

Cut my cuticle and it got infected. Horrible conditions, horrible manicure, horrible service. Do not go here. Charged me 35 dollars for a shellac manicure that caused me more harm then good.

I have always been happy with their service, however one time I had shellac done and they all peeled off within 2 days. Idk if they didn't rough my nails up enough so it didn't stick or sumthn. But I called and they re-did my nails free of charge! I thought that was really good of them. Overall I am 99% happy with them and will continue to go there!

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing the only other review was a poor one. It's not fancy, but they're very pleasant and as far as these places go, clean. Dear bad reviewer, I'm sorry your gels chipped... That sometimes happens. I've had gels a few times now from here and they've lasted weeks. Now, the other place in town, meh... French manicure came with no top coat... None. Weird? Yup!

I am a regular at Mimi Nails, Emily always does my nails and is wonderful, Today I had the worst experience and wont ever be going back. I found out Emily was no longer there, So Amy said she would do a fill for me, but did not. Some random new lady did one step, & then I was passed off to a guy to finish the rest, He made them thick and I didn't like it, He took forever & I now have two small cuts on the side of my fingers (he was way to sloppy with that electric nail filer. & to top if off while I was washing my hands someone took my purse and moved it from the chair where I had been sitting in. I was totally not impressed. Dont touch my purse, So rude of them to rush me out just to get another person in. I wont be back, Lost my business for good.

Will never go here again. Within 24 hours of getting a gel fill, my nails started to chip. A week later and the polish has chipped off and every single nail is starting to lift. They look absolutel...
Will never go here again. Within 24 hours of getting a gel fill, my nails started to chip. A week later and the polish has chipped off and every single nail is starting to lift. They look absolutely horrible ... and I paid $31. The place was dirty and smelled like rotten food. I gave one star because I didn't have a choice.

Probably the worst full set/fill I have ever had. I used to go here a couple years ago, and they were fantastic but now there are new and lots of people that work there. I went for a fill, just a plain white french ACRYLIC fill. My nails are uneven.....paint was chipped no more than 5 minutes after I left. The edges are rough, they are so bad I don't even want to go back and have them fixed. To top it all of it was 30 dollars just for a fill. Ridiculous, I will tell everyone not to waste their money here.

I go there every 2 to 4 weeks to get gel set nails done. Not only do they look fabulas they are fairly well priced. When you are here you can talk to the workers and they are just so nice. They will talk about whatever. I just think its a great plsce to go :)

Went for my first time yesterday because it was recommended to me and this place is amazing! My acrylics have never looked so natural the 10+ years I’ve gotten them done. I have always been happy with their service, however one time I had shellac done and they all peeled off within 2 days. Idk if they didn't rough my nails up enough so it didn't stick or sumthn. But I called and they re-did my nails free of charge! I thought that was really good of them. Overall I am 99% happy with them and will continue to go there!

I go there every 2 to 4 weeks to get gel set nails done. Not only do they look fabulas they are fairly well priced. When you are here you can talk to the workers and they are just so nice. They will talk about whatever. I just think its a great plsce to go :)
