Unfortunately it wasn’t a very good experience. The place was not clean, cluttered and very unorganized. They had a fish tank and you couldn’t even see the fish. I think the price was high and they even include a wax with the price. My fingers the did a good job but not my toes. I don’t think they will last long. This place is great! I will be back for sure. I had an appointment and spend a while waiting to be greeted when I walked into he door. They told me to pick my polish and I waited another chunk of time. I got a full set and gel paint. Vicky  (hope I spelled that right) took her time and was very gentle on me. Taking into consideration that I had to have acrylics removed and the last place I got them done filed my nail beds into almost nothing, I needed her! She was friendly and talked with me a bit. The TV was really loud though, not allowing for much conversation. I do think she was in a bit of a hurry, as she had somebody waiting. I'll make an appointment with her next time. The acrylic on my pointer finger is a little crooked but nothing I'd complain about and the gel polish on the tips of my nails started peeling that night. After filing it a bit, I'm not having any issues with it coming off and all of the polish on the top of the nail is still intact, so I'm good. Read Less

I got a mani pedi, from HEAVEN! I told him I had a lot of tension and pain in my feet because I was 8 months pregnant, and he was so nice and gave me a great massage. I LOVE Brian's Nails. I've been going to their salon for the last 4 years. I have made mistakes of going somewhere else because they are booked or closed. They always do exactly what I want and can talk about anything with you. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I'll would rather not get my nails done than go somewhere else now. I'm visiting from California, where I've been to more nail salons than I can count. Brian's Nails is one of the best salons I've ever been to. Great welcoming attitude, and exceptional service. Had to get an acrylic nail fixed (the last time I went to a different business to have a new tip put on, I was not treated as a "regular" customer, the nail tech was rather rude). Not the case here-quite the opposite-that's why I decided to also get a pedicure. This is a family business which has been established for a long time. I'll admit that I hate the new hours but every time I go, someone is usually there to help me unless they're totally booked. My favorite nail artist is Tani- he's great! Funny, understanding, helpful. Does exactly what you want, he'll fix/design your nails until you really feel like it's exactly what you want. We always have good laughs, he's honest. I make him pick out colors for me since I'd take an hour to do so and every color he picks ends up being exactly what I wanted.Read Less

The first time I went I thought I liked the quality of the nails until the next day one broke in half, I went back for a fix they fixed it. I went in for a fill I went to a new tech and asked him to fix the shape of the nails cause my coffin shape nails were off on a few nails. I was told it's the shape is hard to do. -,- the male had attitude the whole time. Of course the next day I had a nail break in half I went in for a fix. Well not even a week with my nails and two are broken in half. I got shellac both times the color is chipped on a side of the nail. Both times they didn't do anything to my cuticuls. Such a great place to get your nails done. The staff is so fun. Always laughing and treats everyone like friends and family. My shellac always lasts for weeks and my nails are strong. This is not the same experience I get when I go other places. I highly recommend Brains Nails. Read Less

I got my nails by Tera today and he was awesome! First time going to this nail salons. Everyone was so friendly and we started on time. No wait at all. Full set is $25, $10 for gel, $5 for shape and design all just depends. My nails look so good plus they have a 2 week policy. Any paint chips or missing nails are free within those 2 weeks. I have been going here for many years and I absolutely love this place. I have done my nails and my eyebrows. They are all great at what they do. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails or eyebrows done they do an amazing job and I'm never disappointed with their work. I was a client of this place for years!!!! I went to nails school and started doing my own is the only reason I stopped. I'll touch on a few things first: super clean, friendly and they are all sooo personable!!! The price is sooo affordable! (they should charge more if u ask me) as a nail tech I understand the time and effort it takes to do nice nails and art that's hand painted. Remember you're not JUST paying for the nail art, you're paying for their time, effort and skill! They had to learn how to do this! Anyway! They are super clean, fast and precise! Super cool vibe at this place, they were pretty busy but were able to fit me in for a pedicure which I super appreciated. They've been here for 20 years but only have a handful of reviews. i use to always get my nails done here and have only had positive experiences.  it's been a few years and i recently went back to try out the shellac.  the shop has been remodeled and is very clean and modern looking.  all the employees are fun, super nice, and great at what they do.  tony did my nails and they turned out beautiful!  i am pretty picky about my nails and had him do a disney theme.  i couldn't be happier with the results - it looks just like the photo that i brought in.  it's been more than 3 weeks and my nails are still looking almost perfect.  it's reasonably priced and i'm excited to be a regular again! The salon was clean and nice.  Wasn't dirty at all.  Staff was really nice too.  They offer a wide range of services including waxing which is great.  It looked and felt professional.  And they were fast-I didn't have to wait and the technician was fast too without being sloppy.  The down side is that it is a little pricier than what I normally pay.  For a shellac/gel manicure with a dot design on two fingers, it was $37.00.  Yes the work was good, but that is about $10 more than I would normally pay.  All in all, it was a good experience. I don't think I've ever given a salon a 5 star review, but this place deserves it.- Very reasonably priced. Mani + Pedi is $30. Gel Nails + Pedi is $45.- Skilled tech. Brian's Nails is the place to go if you want ammmmmazing service. They offer everything from pedicures to eyebrow waxing. my new obsession is the ""shellac"" that they offer. It looks like regular nail polish but doesn't chip, stays shiny and lasts forever! I work in the medical field and am constantly washing and re-gloving so my polish doesn't last very long; this has solved my problem. Everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to. I have had great and interesting conversations with the employees there. They really make you feel comfortable and are accommodating. They accept walk-ins, but i recommend making an appointment. Because if you walk in and the salon is packed, you could walk out disappointed or may be waiting a while. So don't hesitate to try them out! i was out in west valley for the weekend and i wanted to get my nails done but i wanted to go somewhere that was good so i went online and found a couple places and brian's nails stuck out to me so i called them and set a apt when i got there the wait wasnt to bad i was late for my apt but they still helped me they did a amazing job i had tom do my nails and another guy do my design and they are so good i live in layton they were such good customer service and they did such a great job they would even be worth me travelin up there just to get them done i would recommended them to anyone and everyone i got a full set and a hand drawn design and it was only $30 and the best part they SPEAK ENGLISH and not like broken english they are like american english but yes if u are lookin for a awesome place to get ur nails done and a good pricin place u have to go there but u should call ahead and make a apt cuz they are so good they are always packed so go and check them out i guarantee u will love it they are great! and they make u feel like they appericate ur business also Read Less

I've had my nails done by a few people in the salon but I always ask for Brian. They do a fantastic job, always very friendly and I have never had a problem with uneven/skewed or breaking nails. It can be hard to get an appointment with a specific person if you don't call ahead but it is well worth any wait. The entire store is friendly and accomodating. The guys introduced me to pedicures and did such an awesome job that now I'm addicted. They are always busy, but that is a good sign as so many of the clients are regulars.
