Most of the women are kind, some don't speak any English. There is a male tech who has tattoos who gave me a pedicure, that had a very short temper and was very rude. I just had a baby and was looking to pamper myself and this tech was getting annoyed that I wasn't putting my feet where he wanted them, he didn't even communicate where he wanted my feet placed! He'd only grab my ankle and move them where he wanted, He even went as far as to roughly grab my ankle and jerk my foot on the foot rest of the tub because I was confused. Then to make me feel even more uncomfortable, he didn't put disposable flip flops on my feet, didn't say a word and just walked away without checking my toes for close to a half hour. I checked my own toes and put my shoes on, one of the female techs must have noticed cause she kept looking at me and then rushed over to help me. I didn't want any more interaction with this male tech. I am sad to leave a bad review because I had high hopes for this place since my Mother in law comes here often and really likes having her nails done here. The ladies here were very kind and accommodating. However, the quality of work was low in my opinion. My nails look like I did them myself. Also, the gel nails are already chipping after 3 days! They left scabs around my fingers from the electric nail file. Ouch!!! Read Less

My daughter and I recently went to get our nails done. My daughter wanted to simply get hers painted, Halloween colors, the tech came up, didn't speak a word to her, finished, and walked off leaving my daughter with her hands on the fan. 15 minutes, I had asked the gentleman doing my nails when she could move her hands, and it was OK for her to touch them, and he snapped at my daughter who is 7 years old. She wasn't fussy, or causing a scene. He told her not to ruin the work the other female tech had done. He did a decent job with my nails, but when I communicated that my job was a lot of typing and I needed them shorter, he proceeded to do what he wanted. Barely muttering a Thank you when we left. Needless to say, the work was good, but the service, we could do without. We will not be returning, if I am going to spend 40 dollars, I will just do it myself next time since I had to go home and file them down anyway. Read Less

I love this place. My mom and I come frequently for gel nails and pedicures and we always leave satisfied. The spa is clean and the technicians are nice. I also think the prices are more than fair. You can get a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure for 60 bucks which is I think is super reasonable especially because the manicures last at least 3 weeks, sometimes more depending on care. I have shown the technicians pictures of what I want my nails to look like and they always turn out like the picture if not better.The only bad side is they have limited pedicure colors, and I wish they would get some new ones but I've brought some from home for them to use on my toes and its worked great. I definetly recommend everyone coming here if you want great service at a great price. Read Less
