I was there this past Sunday and got shellac and I am very disappointed that not only has it chipped off but it's broken my nails that I've grown out for some time now. I went to this place only because it was open on a Sunday so I took the chance and I went however I should have just waited because now I've wasted the time and the money and I have to go and get it redone somewhere else. I do not recommend anyone going to this place as they did not do a good job their product is not a good product and they do not use enough product on your hands so that it will last. My experience was horrible so last Friday I wanted to get my nails done. I went to three different nail salons and they all had at least a 35 minute wait and I don't have time to wait. So I thought oh I will go to the salon in Walmart they should be just as good as all the rest of the nail salons. So I went it and got a full set and full color well I left and right away it started chipping so I called and asked what they could do about and they said there is nothing they could do. So I went back it paid more money to get shellac because I thought it would last well the next day it started chipping again do I just decided oh well ill just paint them again myself so I did! Well it hasn't even been a week and my nails are just popping off. So I called again to see if they could fix it or give me a refund and they tell me they don't do refunds and they can fix it but I would have to pay. Witch us bull crap because I already paid. I will never go here again and I suggest no one else goes here either. They charge ridiculous prices and they can't even do good nails and it's really dirty doesn't even look like they clean! This place is SO SO BAD! I'm not one of those "can never be pleased people" I'm usually pretty laid back and tolerant, but this place needs help! I was so desperate to get my nails done, I didn't have time to research. I was picking up some things from Walmart and saw there was a nail salon in the store. They were not busy and I got in right away. First thing I noticed was that the place is not clean. I think all the workers take their kids to work with them because there were like 5 kids running around and causing havoc. Jumping all over a very dirty couch they have in the waiting room, on to a coffee table. The couch cushions were on the very dirty floor as well as toys. Next the smell in that place was horrible To top it all off, when I went to wash my hands, I went to grab the nail brush out of the glass container with the disinfectant solution and saw that the brush had food on it as well as the jar. I was so grossed out My thought was that if this is their syandard of cleanliness, what the hell are they using on my nails and fingers? I called in a few hours before to make an appointment but the lady said I didn't need to make one and was very insistent that there would be space for me without scheduling an appointment.
