My sister and I wanted to do mani/pedi's for my mom for her mother's day present, and this is where she chose. We made an appointment a few days before for all 3 of us to get a mani/pedi at 5:30. My mom and I showed up just a few minutes before, and they put us in chairs immediately, despite my mom saying she wanted to wait for my sister to show up. We thought this would be fine because there was no one else in the pedicure chairs. My sister showed up 5:32, and got placed in a chair, but not helped. The service was curt and not welcoming, and though no one else was in the pedicure chairs, my sister continued to sit, unhelped, for another 30 minutes. During this time they took two walk-in manicures, and one more 5:30 appointment for nails. At 6:00, a group of 6 women showed up, and were seated immediately for pedi's. I believe they had appointments. The salon appeared to have 6 people working total, and yet in the span of a half an hour, scheduled 9 people for appointments, two walk-ins and there were 3 women getting their finger nails done when we entered. After the group of 6 was seated, two more people showed up. After my mother and I were totally done and waiting (it was clear there was no way we were going to get the manicures we scheduled), they started on my sister. My toes look okay, but she didn't cut my toenails, and they are colored outside the "lines" in quite a few spots. The water was tepid, and the massage was perfunctory. They also charged me $40 for my Basic gel pedicure, which, for the quality of this salon seemed ridiculous. A woman who my mother told me was the manager would point at customers and say something to another employee, and they would laugh. So A friend and I decided we were getting our nails done. The place we wanted to go to was unable to fit us in so we decided to come here. I will never go back. First issues is me and my friend were both getting gel nails. Nothing fancy no nail art. I was told it would be $25 dollars they tried to charge my friend $45! and then once she asked me what I was paying they knocked it down to $35 for her. If we were getting designs I can see the price difference but we didn't. Second problem I had was the girl who did mine did not use any sort of primer so the gel started to peel off after about a week and a half. Me and my girlfriends all went on a girls day here to get pedicures. We were so excited to be all together! They have enough colors that you are not overwhelmed, but the service was bad. We had nine people in our group and there are nine seats for pedicures. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 12. We were all picking out our colors then a mother and daughter came in after us and took two seats so two of us had to wait until two seats were available. Many of us were disappointed with our designs. They just started to paint a design with out consulting with us. A girl put her elbow on my wet toe polish and did not even fix what she did. I've tried several nail places, and generally come back here because their gel nails stay on me the best. True, they're probably not the most sanitary since they basically just rinse their bowls out between manicures, but they do wipe the cuticle clippers with alcohol. The 4 stars instead of 5 are because they could implement more sanitary practices, I suppose. I've never had any kind of problems or infections from that. Their process are reasonable, too. I've been coming here for years! The service can be hit or miss, Jennifer bought the place a few years ago. She's done great things! There are a couple ladies I've had do my nails. Jenny is amazing! Cathy is also amazing!! They both are considerate, listen, and do great work. The only person I've had an issue with not listening and being rough has been Sue. Everyone else is awesome. I just finished getting a mani pedi which is advertised on their electronic sign $30 but when I go to pay they tell me that is $35. That the reader board is old. The nail tech was sweet and amazing but this is why I stopped going there before. The owner is not honorable. Stay away!!! Read Less

When I came I called before and they gave me a time to show up. I still waited another hour which was fine. When i was getting my nails done I seen she was gluing them poorly. Sure enough the next day one breaks off completely. I called and they told me they're too busy. So I show up the next day just to get my one nail fixed and the lady is just so rude to me. We waited 20 minutes before they even had us in a pedicure chair. 1st of all, I scheduled an appt to get in the chair at 630 not almost 7. I would like to discuss how unsanitary this place is. Their floors are disgusting, they don't even try to sweep and give the appearance of cleanliness. The pedicure tubs were so slimy, my mom almost broke her foot getting in because she slipped on the slim. They clean the tubs with dish soap they buy from a dollar store. I don't know how sanitary that is and I didn't learn this until after I had my pedicure done. Now we sat with our feet in the water without even being acknowledged until 720pm. I was the first to have mine started and it was like every other mediocre pedicure. My mom waited another 10-15 minutes before someone had started her pedicure. The girl that did hers was going to skip cutting her cuticles and cleaning under her toes until my mom asked her to do that because that is standard with every pedicure. The girl then replied in broken english "I am too busy and will get behind if I do that". But she proceeded to do those things and she took almost an hour and a half to do the pedicure on mom because I am not even sure why she took so long. She then was very rude to my mom. I had my pedicure done and my manicure finished before she was even done with her pedicure. They charge 5$ extra to do the paraffin wax on your feet where almost every other salon its included. We didn't leave until 915. What should've taken less than an hour and 1/2 took almost 3 hours. They were unsanitary. Not professional at all. Overcharged. I will never go back here and will steer everyone away from this "salon". What should have been relaxing and a treat was very far from those things. I paid $50 for a mediocre mani/pedi . My mom almost left in tears. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.!!!!! Side note: It has been about 5 days since said "experience" and my cuticles are so messed up! I made an appt with this place for myself and daughter for 6:30 for mani/pedi. When we got there after picking a color they sat us rather quickly but when I put my feet in the water it was cold and the tub was so slimy I slipped and smacked my foot so hard I though I broke it. The we waited over an hour to even get started with feet in cold water. The girl who finally came to me was so rude, she ignored my requests and did not ask me anything of what I wanted or needed. When she started my manicure she broke 7 of my real nails and they look so bad . I have never been to a place this bad. They were very dirty and I will be lucky I dont end up with athletes foot. This place is a rip off. My daughter got her nails done with me there. I sat and listened as the woman explained the pricing. 20 dollars for a gel pedicure. Great deal, right? NOT! After she was done the woman said it was 20 dollars for the gel and 20 dollars for the pedicure!!! 40!! Holy cow! I told her that she was not clear and that to get your toes done it should not be separate since it Was a pedicure. She began talking in Vietnamese to another worker and they both were looking at us. If I could give zero stars I would. I sat and watched them all watch tv and play on their phones, and call their friends while they worked. Also, VERY unsanitary. I watched the lady next to me leave after she had her pedicure and all the lady did was drain the water and I'll it back up. Didn't sanitize the tub at all!! Absolutely disgusting. Also, the girl that did my nails cut the extremely short and literally made them bleed. She went to town cutting my cuticles and made them all bleed! NEVER going here again. I had an appointment at a different nail place for 2 of my friends and I and they made them for the wrong date I frantically looked for a place since they turned us away. I called Jasmine nails and they took us right in even though we gave them no notice. They were busy but fast. They were super nice and friendly. Not only were we able to just walk in but they did an amazing job on my friend and me. Great selection of colors. Definitely coming back to get my nails done again.Read Less

I have gone several times, and have not been disappointed. They are wonderful people, they take good care of me and my daughter. I'm pretty rough on my acrylic nails, I break them a lot. They smile kindly and fix the nail, no problem. They paint designs on my daughters nails while she's waiting for me. They have never made me feel uncomfortable, even though they speak in their 1st language most of the time. As a matter of fact, they have taught me a few words. I will never go anywhere else. Alarmingly unhygienic... I already have trust issues with nails salons as most of them speak a different language and obviously talk bad about their own customers. I have been to Jasmine nails a few times in a row and thought I had actually found a nail salon I could trust. Had shellac done about 3 weeks ago here so I went in to get them done again. The salon uses acetone to soak off the polish, which is normal. I was alarmed when she was done soaking my nails SHE PUT THE ACETONE BACK IN THE BOTTLE TO BE USED AGAIN!!! Highly unsanitary. I could tell I had a cut on my finger and the acetone burned. Now that I know it has been REUSED I'm worried. On top of that the customer service wasn't as good as usual. She would turn around to watch the tv while filing my nails and was speaking to other employees the entire time, while pointing and laughing at customers across the salon. Read Less

I love jasmine nails. All the techs are very nice and they do the BEST JOB on my nails. I have never had one complaint about how my nails are done!! Wow!! I live close and was hoping to find a new place to have my nails done and some waxing. The woman who waxed me did such a horrible job and it was unfixable... she ruined my eye brows. Not so much as an I am sorry... refused to fix them, refused to give me my money back. She laughed at me... and said anything would have looked better than before. This is a great place to get a pedicure or waxing done. You don't even need an appointment! Just walk in and they will never turn anyone away. Their pedicures are only $20.00 with paint included! They do a great job, too. The little designs they paint on your toenails for $5.00 extra are sooo cute, I always get lots of compliments. Some of the girls don't speak english very well but, they always figure out what you want and they are all very hard workers. They really want to please you. Read Less
