I've had mixed experiences at this salon. The first time was excellent but it has gotten progressively worse. After today, I won't go back. I was quoted a price before the work started that seemed alright. A little bit higher of a price then most full sets of nails, but if the work is good I don't mind paying extra. Well, the work was not good. It was very busy and the entire experience felt very rushed. I asked for acrylic ombré nails and what I got was not even close. My nail tech didn't even ask me if the paint job looked alright, she just slapped it on there half hazardly and called it good. Meanwhile she was on her phone talking to someone about Christmas presents. I understand that it's a busy season, but if I am coming in and treating myself to something, DO NOT rush me or the work that I am paying for on my nails. In the end, I got nails that look like I did them at home. She didn't even clean up my cuticles or cut away my dead skin. I also paid two dollars extra to use my debit card as opposed to cash. I spent an ungodly amount just to leave and feel regret for wanting to do something nice for myself. I tipped decently because in the end she still did the work and provided me with a service, and despite the bad paint job, the nails themselves are the right shape. I just wish she would have either taken her time more or told me she couldn't do what I was asking. I would have just gotten a regular shellac on my existing nail. Instead I'm out $55.00.UPDATE: I have since gotten my nails redone, by another salon. Picture one is this salons attempt at an Ombré, and picture two is what an ombré should look like and what I thought I was paying for. The second picture even cost less than what this salon charged me for the atrocity they did to my nails. This salon should be as ashamed of the work they did in picture one as I was to have it on my hands for the world to see. Read Less

I'm surprised the health department doesn't close this place down. I've been going to nail salons for years and this was by far the filthiest salon I'd been to. They don't sterilize anything - not even those cuticle clippers that can draw blood when they snip too closely! They use the same nail file on you that they used on the hundreds of customers before you. You rest your hands on a towel full of nail and cuticle clippings from who knows how many customers before you. All the while you hear the ringing of the Walmart cash registers. There is nothing clean or relaxing about this place. It is cheap, but it's the same price as other places that are clean and relaxing, so I really don't understand why you would ever go here. I wish I had known how filthy this place was before I went so that I could have avoided it. They are fast, I will give them that. Read Less

Did a great job for a $20 pedicure. Kind of crammed in space and spoke s lot while doing a good PEDI! Not in English.
