I have been to this nail salon a handful of times but every time i go weather it's toes or hands the staff takes no care into my nails. I got acrylic nails on my hands and the did then very sloppy i can see the imperfections with my naked eye. The staff is rude and bossy. The tools they use are not cleaned properly they use the same towel to whipe dust of your hands and it is still dusty from the stranger's before you. The overall thing that makes me tick is that i asked for a pink and they gave me a purple and do they think im blind or something.

Every time I have come here I have had the best service! The manicurists here were nice and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. And Tom is my favorite staff here. He is always friendly and professional. The salon itself was very clean and decorated nicely. Now I cannot stop looking at my nails I love them so much :) WILL BE BACKKKKKKKKK!

This place sucks I let my daughter get her nails done for first time I dropped her off thinking oh it will be anywhere from 45-1 hr no. Less than a half hr she was done! They were put on cricked not same sizes and guess what not even a week later they all came off! No she didn't peel them either. The most crappiest job I have seen! Iv been doing my nails for a long time!

After more customers came in, the nail technician rushed through my acrylic nails and botched them. They were uneven, not filed, crooked, and hadn't been given the time to fully cure. I went back to have them fixed but there was a line and didn't have the time to wait. I was very disappointed. It was more about the quantity of customers coming in to serve than it was about the quality of the work they were doing.

Not happy with service at all. The lady burnt my fingernail all the way through on one of my fingers,clipped the skin in my toe,and my nails look nothing like what I wanted.

Won't go to again. Cut my hand three times and the third time the girl wasn't paying attention and was on the phone with a customer. She took a chunk of skin out because she used the filing drill on the side of my finger. She also left one side of nails way longer than the other and charged nearly $40 for a botched job that left me with injuries. Plus it was very rushed and poorly done. Had to switch seats in the middle of getting my nails done. Careless people.

I will never go there again. They do not do nails correctly. They don't cut the part off that is lifting. Because of that I got a green fungus looking thing under three of my nails because water got under them. My regular nail lady had to treat them yesterday when she did my nails. I live in California. They advertise falsely. The board says a fill is $15 then they charge you $18. They charge for the nail polish!!! That is the most ridiculous thing of ever heard. I've been having my nails done for years and the polish somes with the fill. I plan to take action against this salon.

I actually like it. I think they did a great job my nails look good and are still on after 4 weeks which I'm getting them done again by them. For the price yes it's not the cheapest but I've went to people that charge "$35" for fills only which is stupid. So I think it's a reasonable price. So whatever I'll go back.

I have been to this nail salon a handful of times but every time i go weather it's toes or hands the staff takes no care into my nails. Every time I have come here I have had the best service! The manicurists here were nice and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. And Tom is my favorite staff here. I actually like it. I think they did a great job my nails look good and are still on after 4 weeks which I'm getting them done again by them.
