DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went in to get a pink and white full set and took my 3 year old to get gel nails. They were very rude, my daughter was yanked by her arm because she couldn't reach the UV light! I will NEVER go back to this place and I highly recommend going anywhere but here. I’m from out of town and so I just went to the place closest to me. Well I get my nails done pretty regularly, and I have never had such a terrible experience. The lady was careless and rough. She made me bleed and I told her FIVE TIMES that she was hurting me and she didn’t say a damn word, she looked up at me and went back to work, didn’t apologize not even once. Not only did she hurt me but she was doing my nails while she was doing someone else’s pedicure. So she kept getting up and leaving me for 10-15 minutes at a time. Yes, I was a walk in, but I called before I went over there to make sure they had time and was told they were completely open. So I was not prepared to spend 2 hours there and ended up being late to my aunts funeral, which is why I was in town. So my point is, this is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. Read Less

I got a pedicure and gel nails there yesterday. I've been there before and always had a good experience. The older lady took care of me and I felt like she was extremely rude. She made my toe bleed by clipping too much of my toenail off and didn't stop when I told her it hurt. She only tapped my hands and feet when she wanted my attention. She was not friendly at all. She kept getting mad at me for weird things. She even snapped at me when I went to put my shoes on after my pedicure even though my toes had been drying for over an hour. Apparently there are two different experiences here. If you get the older lady, then expect to have a rushed, rude and non perfection job. The top coat glued my fingers to my nails and with smeared polish on my fingers as well. When I mentioned it, she try to file it off my skin and it hurt! The when I said one of the toes needed another coat (you could see nail through it) she said "oh my God, you messed it up". Who talks to customers like that?? I was like "no i haven't moved, that is thin polish". Posting photos of how I am leaving, after acetone and filing on my fingers, she told me to go home and wash my hands and it will come off. But like I said, been here three or four times and this was the only bad experience, but bad enough that I will not come back. It was a very disappointing pedicure. Total time of the full pedicure was 30 minutes...including drying time. The workers were super rude and it was pretty expensive considering how they didn't take the time or care that usually goes into normal pedicures. Not the best pedicure ever. The lady was very rude to me and didn't seem to want to be there. She didn't communicate what she wanted from me and only hit my legs when she wanted something. The spa was nice enough and they did a good job. My only complaint is the foot soak was cold. I was really looking forward to a nice hot or at least warm soak for my feet but they said they had been busy and were out of hot water. Worst job I ever had done. I got purple french tip. The guy didn't fIle straight up to make the nails even and square. He filed at an angle so they are narrow as they go out. He also curved the purple polish, supposedly to match my nail tip. It doesn't match and it's not an even curve either. He spilled his supplies. The place was not clean. I wasn't happy. It took 90 minutes and my nails look like a toddler did them. Oh, he also removed my 4 week old set in the worst way! Busted my natural nails up and pryed the acrylic off! Read Less

I enjoyed my experience. The lady that did my nails was very nice. On the other hand I took my special needs sister and the lady that did her nail was very rude to her I was not happy about that. This place is reasonably priced. I showed up a bit late for my appointment, so maybe that's why they were annoyed with me. They didn't explain things very well and didn't let me communicate what I really wanted. They got bugged when I asked for specifics (like French tip nails instead of solid colored nails) and acted like it was a chore to do what I asked for, even though I was willing to pay them more. They even lectured my little sister (who I brought with me) about how she should have instructed them better at the beginning. Came in for just gel nails, no manicure. They guy got annoyed with me for taking more than 30 seconds to find my color, then annoyed and rushed when I asked for a third coat (the polish was super thin) Upon asking for that last coat, he rushed through it, got polish all over my cuticles and the sides of my fingers, and had me put it under the UV just like that. The salon might look decent when you walk thru the door. The service was not the best, the lady barely spoke English, so my requests were not understood. I had a manicure and pedicure done. The pedicure was ok but the manicure was not great. The lady polished my nails with 3 coats of polish, it was thick and even though I sat for 20 minutes to dry...the minute I walked out my polish melted!!!!! I love going to this place for pedicures.  They're reasonably priced and they always give AWESOME foot/leg massages.  Designs are great and the people are cool.  Yes, there is naturally a cultural difference to what most people in Utah County are used to, but really, have an open mind to things you may not be used to. These people are seriously talented and VERY cool if you actually talk to them and get to know them. I have gone to another nail salon for a while but had moved down here to Spanish fork. Every time I get my nails done at royal nails they chip, and the shalic bubbles, they do not evenly cut my nails or put even polish on. Read Less
