I absolutely love Lynn she is so sweet and gentle and always does an amazing job, she deserves 5 stars however my last few experiences here are why I will never come back. The time before today I made an appointment in advance for my nieces birthday so we could sit together, they separated us and someone walked in wanting a hair cut so the man doin her nails rushed through it to do this mans hair. Her nails looked awful and her first salon experience was not good. Today I had an older women do my nails and it was the worst experience. Again we called ahead so we could sit together. When we got there we discovered 4 other people had made an appointment at the same time as well. They only have 3 employees. It was disappointing my sister and I had to take turns watching each other get our nails done especially being on a tight schedule and the fact that they didn’t honor our appointment time .Lady started out doing my nails just fine except when she went to cut my nails she about cut the tip of my finger off when I jumped back trying to stop her from clipping off the tip of my finger she got upset with me and was very rough with me the rest of the time doing my nails she was not polite at all and did a terrible job my nails look awful she also made myself and my sister bleed on serval fingers, she was way too rough with the filer and fingers still hurt and I have to fix it myself, it’s frustrating to pay someone to do my nails only to fix them. Which I’ve had to do the last two times going here. Skip this place and go somewhere worth the time and money especially if you want somewhere relaxing and luxurious. Unless you go here for Lynn she is a true artist and one of my all time favorites it’s a shame her place of business ruins it for me Read Less

Amazing service! I got a full set of acrylics with gel color and a pedicure. My nails look amazing and it was the best basic pedicure I have ever had. They sanitize the equipment after each treatment! They do prefer you pay with cash or check! Read Less

I had a full set of acrylic done a few weeks back, did a great job, went back today to do a fill, I looked at the price sheet and I was over charged, then it was supposed to be $15 today, because I asked for a polish he said it was gel which it was not gel and charged me $31 after they were done. I LOVED my pedicure and will definitely be going back! The salon was very clean and tidy. They had a huge selection of colors and designs. I selected gel polish, but will never get it again (not their fault. It was just a BEAST to remove even after soaking in acetone for 3 different rounds of 15 minutes... so you know it was going to stay on well). I went way back in September and the polish stayed just as shiny as when it was painted on until I took it off in January. The workers wore gloves and now I hold other salons to this same standard. I had another pedicure from a different salon a few and found myself wishing I'd gone here. My heels were butter soft and I can't wait to go again. There is a real shortage on descent nail salons in this area and I've been to most of them I'm sure. This one is the best by far. I will not go anyplace else. My only complaint would be they would like to be a cash only business. That's not always easy now a days but it's worth a trip to the bank for cash. Read Less

Looks like I'm the first guy to leave a review. My feet get in bad shape and the owner of this place made me feel comfortable and cleaned my feet up. Felt like I'd lost pounds!!! My feet felt much better. He even pulled out a couple of ingrown toenails for no extra charge. Would have cost me at least the copay at the doctor so I actually saved money by going here. I need to go back. Guys should get pedicures. Just wish there was something else on the TV besides a talk show. Read Less

I think it was great however, they prefer you pay cash or check only which is hard sometimes so bring cash. I received a pedicure and it was pretty great overall it just felt a little rushed.. didn't get much time spent actually cleaning and scrubbing my feet which is my fav part. THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! I'm from Orem but will make the drive to SF just to come here. So we came to this salon yesterday afternoon for our sisters birthday- and all of us had an absolutely amazing experience! They gave us cold waters while we waited, the salon was clean and well cared for, had comfy massage chairs, and they both did a wonderful job on our nails- each of us loved how our nails turned out. These guys are awesome! Made an appt at another salon, they closed for the day and didn't notify us, D Pro Nails took us right in! I liked how quick it was, about 45 minutes, and I didn't feel rushed. We chatted with the nail technicians and each other because the tables are close enough so that was nice. I got a gel manicure done by a male manicurist and he did a terrible job. My nails looked like a kid did them because the edges were not clean and polish was all over my skin. I realized this after they were cured so there wasn't much to do but buff polish off of my skin and I didn't want to waste more time getting them fixed. I would not recommend this specific manicurist. The facilities were fairly clean though and they did give me 20% off, but I would have rather paid double to have nice nails.Read Less

The place is new and have been here for eight months. I found this location from a referral from one of the girls that chills with my nephews. Thank goodness cuz it's hard to find a good place around these Utah parts! They seem everywhere in the Bay but not the case in Utah!I came here with my two nieces as a walk-in! We got 3 pedis and 2 manis! The place is super clean and the staff is professional. I got a mani/spa pedi and the the massage was my favorite part! I love that they wore gloves when giving the manis/pedis. Not gonna lie but the callus removal was so thorough! The best part is they don't talk crap about you in their language. I know this cuz I don't look Vietnamese but I understand it very well!Pros:They have an extensive collection of shellac colors, massage chairs, and they take credit card! Also, the place is well ventilated and that's a major place as not all places are this way! FYI, They also do gift cards!Cons:None. Overall, I will return the next time I'm visiting! My boyfriend's parents have been going to Duk and Lynn for years and raved about their mani pedis. They took me to this little gem before our flight back to CA. I got a delux pedi (treat yo self!) from Lynn and it included a hot wax deep moisturizing treatment, hot towel massage and a hot stone massage. I got to kick back and relax in their massage chairs during the entire pedicure. I got a simple nude gel mani and Lynn polished my nails and gave me a hand massage. Overall wonderful experience and I left feeling like royalty. The store is very clean and offers many choices of gel and regular nail polish. I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in the area!
