Sigh! It's so frustrating when you used to go to a place, and you take a break but all you hear after years of inactivity is how awesome it is. That's what happened here. The catch is, NOTHING changed! If anything this place is more run down and unprofessional than before. They rush through their services and like was mentioned before they act like they are doing you a favor, but you better not keep them past 6:15, when it is posted that they close at 7:00. Also, I understand that in the beauty industry your ability to sell product and "extras" is crucial, but when I say no to the extras multiple times, stop asking. They rushed through the pedicure, not getting off all of the previous polish and being rough and aggressive with their tools. You know the service is stellar when they have to check their phones every time they think you aren't watching. I'm not impressed!!! This place doesn't care about you as a customer or your business. I've been here 3 times for nails and a pedicure. They always talk in their own language, which is very rude!!! Tonight the one cell phone kept going off and they were rushing. I left them a tip and shouldn't have. I realized that they didn't even finish my pedicure. They rushed me out of there so they could close early. I think they have terrible service and they don't make you feel welcome at all. I'll be looking for another place to go; a salon that wants my business. This salon is run down... Everything there is in bad condition and torn. Under impressed with their service. We made a reservation for three at 5:30 since they closed at 7 and we wanted time to dry our feet before we left. We were seated right away that was definitely a plus, but the experience was painful. My friends bleed and I had a guy shove his nails into my feet and painfully beat my feet with his fists. I have has any a pedicure and this was the most uncomfortable I had experienced. Re nail color was great and has lasted. At the end of pedicure (6:30), they quickly took our money and started to close their gates and told us to have a great day. Find another place to go. The girl who did my nails today refused to fix her mistake on my nail. She had every excuse in the book as to why it was my fault. There are gouges,bubbles,nicks, and one flat short nail. She refused to fix it. Her name is Yen. After 6 yrs of service I will never go back. Don't go there. Wish I'd read the previous review before I did on May 3rd. Worst acrylic nails I've ever had and the jerk male who did them yelled at me when I told him I wanted them shorter. Since his English was unintelligible, I kept pointing to the picture on the wall signaling that that's what I wanted. They are incredibly thick and it will take forever to soak them off. Read Less

I cant even rate this, I went in yesterday 3/30/2012 at my lunch break to get my nails done. because working breaks my real nails all the time. so i have an hour lunch thinking I will be done in time to eat.. I walk in and the lady goes Have a seat. didn't say Hi or anything. so I sit down and after she gets the nails put on she gets up and does a wax job on someone. I am thinking what the heck I have 1 hour and that person shows up and she just starts taking care of them leaving me to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes.I was so getting frustrated. so she comes back didn't say sorry or anything and starts doing my nails again. she was so rough on me that my fingers nails hurt. after I was done i was late for getting back to work... 1 hour and 15 minutes of doing nails on one person and helping others while i had to wait in the middle of it, and she had the nerve to ask for a tip. with all that said I will never ever ever go to that place again.One thing that really bugged me is they sit there and talk to each other {employee's} but not the costumers because they cant speak English. the lady that helped me, I could not even understand her English because they don't care if we understand them or not.. if we went to their country we would have to learn to speak it correctly. anyway just don't ever go to those places because they are rough on the nails and don't care. My wife and I got manicures and pedicures. $35 per person. My lady was nice, made small talk, while hers on the other hand, couldn't even crack a smile. I would definitely go back but only if I got the same lady, wife said she would go, but if it was my lady as well. I think they we're talking about us in there native language which didn't bother me at all, because my wife and I did the same ;) I think they were trying to decide if we were sisters or lesbians, all they had to do was ask. The salon didn't seem very "homey" sort of gloomy, but then again it is located in a Walmart. They got us in right away, I had called beforehand to see if they were busy, they told me to come right in. Overall the service was great, the pedicure included nice long massage and paraffin wax included (both hands, and feet). I wouldn't say that it's first on my list, but maybe 3rd or 4th. It's hard trying to find a new salon that's closer to the apartments we just moved into. Read Less

I was extremely sceptical about going to a nail salon in..walmart.. but i got sick of trying to find a good place so i figured i'd try it out. The only problem was i told them what i wanted they told me 25.00 but when i went back they told me 35.00 reguardless... i was happy to pay the 35 and even gave a good tip because of how perfect my nails turned out. The lady was really nice and im pretty sure you couldnt find nails any better than this. and thats saying a lot coming from me.. im very critical of how nails are done. so definately go there! its worth every penny! I have been getting my nails done here now for the last 2 years. I haven't had one break and get a ton of compliments. I love the shiny coat they use. It not only helps protect the nail but makes the manicure last and look really nice. The pedicures are really good value for the money and they do a great job. I've talked my husband into going and he now has smooth feet:) Read Less
