Bells Nails messed up my acrylics so bad and rushed me out rather than fixing them. I was able to walk in Happy design nails & Spa and they fixed my nails. They reshaped the tips and thinned/soothed out the top which was lumpy and thick before. The lady who fix d my acrylics did such a great job! I couldn’t be happier! Read Less

I have been to this nail spa many times. Some of the technicians are great and others are just okay. It is best if you make an appointment! I have had to wait a long time even when I have had an appointment so make sure you schedule plenty of time. My main issue is that the location isn't very clean. I recently moved to South Jordan and needed to find a new salon. This place is clean and I've loved my nails everytime I've come here. All if the employees and the owners are really sweet too. Horrible customer service!! I went in for shellac nails and they charged me 47 dollars for a simple manicure. The charge I wasn't upset about until they peeled off 1 week later. I went back to have one nail repaired and the girl working gave me attitude. She told me I had to know the girls name in which I couldn't remeber and would have to schedule an appointment to have one nail fixed. I said I didn't care who fixed it just needed it done for a party and could wait. She said they were too busy and couldn't help me. Super frustrating. This was absolutely the worst nail experience I have had with getting nails done. The pedicure chairs are filthy, the pedicure tube was filled with ice cold water that felt slimy. I asked to have my heals worked on to remove some cracks....they worked on one heel. No offer for nail design....they finished the nail color and ran off to help someone else. I also decided to do a set of acrylics and had to ask the woman THREE times to please stop hurting me. She cut my finger with the drill, no apology and just pulled my hand back. I finally just asked her to stop after the last time she hurt me and I paid and left. The owner spent his time yelling at employees, so not exactly a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my time there wasn't the most pleasant. Of course the people there are friendly and nice, however, when it got down to my nails it was horrendous. When I asked if I could get my ingrown toenails taken out, they refused. When she was rinsing off my feet the water was definitely too hot. It burned my foot! It even blistered over. I don't think I will ever have enough compliments to pay to Hung and Mai Chi (Tina) I started out in San Diego, at her sisters shop, and when I moved I continued at this shop- they are excellent. The nail art is amazing. Tina and Hung especially were great.  But all the techs there are wonderful.  Tina's esthetician abilities are great as well.  I don't think I have ever had any issues with my nails lifting, unless I did damage to them myself. You won't be sorry if you go here.  I would make the drive from West Valley just cause the quality was well worth the traffic :) Read Less

This place charges for every little thing! If you want your nails as designed as the ones that are posted here be sure to bring in an extra $25-$35 just for the artwork, not including if you get a pedicure, manicure, or full set. They wanted to charge me $10 more just to have a different color on one of my nails. Ridiculous!!! They do a good job, but be prepared for a lot of extra cost!I was originally planning on spending $60-70 for pedicure and full set. I usually get pedicure with a design and color tips with 2 fingers a different color. I ended up paying $90 and didn't even get the nails I wanted. Read Less

I have had my nails done here several times, and it doesn't matter who I get, I leave here with beautiful nails. I have done my fingernails now for over 20 years. I used to do acryllic but have changed to shellac. I love the french manicure especially for weddings or cruises. Happy Design really does a wonderful job, that last longer than any other place in South Jordan. I have only had a pedicure done once here, just because I absolutely love the salon that does my toes (I just don't like their nails there, so I come here). My girlfriend likes her toes done at the other salon also, but they were booked last week so she came here. Her toes were absolutely darling! I now know where to go when my salon is booked! I have gone here several times for manicures and pedicures, and have been really pleased with the results. I don't have nail extensions, but my mother-in-law does, and she went here once and was pleased with how they did a fill on her nails. I have also taken my daughter a few times for mommy-daughter manicures and pedicures, and they always make her feel so special. They do these cute little daisies on her nails, and she LOVES IT! The pedicure chairs are the kind that massage, so you really can totally relax when you get your pedicure done. And the price is very affordable! Read Less
