Will not be returning. I went in for a pedicure (1 color, no nail art) and the lady did a shoddy job, which I didn't think was possible at a nail salon. She managed to make the colors pool at the tip of my toes somehow, so the color is darker at the tip and more transparent near the nail bed. I wish I took pictures before I remembered to post here. Then as I was paying, the only options for tips starts at 18%, going up to 25%. I know tipping is important but the business shouldn't get to dictate how much I tip. Read Less

I have been getting my hair done here by Whitney for about a year now. Everyone is so friendly. I'm a salon, to me, friendliness matters.I came in with dark brown and lots of gray around my face. Over a couple visits I was able to go to a really nice natural looking blond. My many grays are now covered and have been for a few months now. Whitney is really awesome to have as my hair stylist. I called and they got me in for a same day appointment with Ashley. She did a beautiful job on my full set of highlights. Because I have such long and thick hair it took awhile to apply the lightner and she had stayed well past closing to finish me up and she was very nice about having to stay late. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvinence at all. I've been here twice before once with the owner and once with someone else and they all have done a great job! I feel like a million bucks. Ashley did a great job with my thick, wavy head of hair! I came in because I read the great reviews on yelp, but I am very disappointed. My hair did not come out at all as expected. I showed a picture on the hair color I desired, instead of getting an ombre I desired, I got Kool-Aid red roots for $217!!!! I feel money-raped for sure. All that was done was he put red die on my roots and to charged me an arm & a leg, I feel depressed afterwards. Hanh saved the day when we walked in when my son had a disastrous hair cut and it was love at first clip! She igives advice on cuts and color and willing to listen to your ideas as well. She certainly makes our world a more beautiful place! She is willing to work with my schedule which can get a little crazy. I really enjoyed the time I spent at hair elegance! It was such a great experience! All the stylists were very welcome. It was such a positive atmosphere and you can tell they love what they do! When I got there they offered me a complimentary drink. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes before I was greeted by my stylist. She was very patient with me as I chose the cut and color I wanted. She gave me great ideas for my hair and I ended up doing the style she suggested! It turned out better than I could have ever hoped! I love my new hair and I will definitely be coming here in the future!:) they also have a great referral program where you receive $10 for everyone you send to the salon! I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was at a lost of what to do with my hair. I knew I didn't want the same cut I have had for the past 10 years and that I wanted to color my hair. What I didn't know was what hair style/color would look good with my face shape. I did a lot of research on the web and was drawn into the the promises that Hair Elegance made on their official website "We are dedicated to helping you find the right color, cut, and texture that fits you and your lifestyle." They even go on to say "Whether you had your haircut here or anywhere else we would like to offer you free training techniques on how to style your hair so you will always have the salon look at home." I was really excited, I thought I found a salon who would actually help me through my hair drama. I made an appointment for 4:00 pm giving myself enough time to make an 8:30 pm movie with my mother and sister. I arrived at the salon at 3:50 pm and I sat there until 4:30 pm waiting for a hair stylist, just as I was about to get up and walk out, the hair stylist was finally ready. I told the hair stylist that I was looking for a new look, a new style that would work with my face shape and I wanted to dye my hair but I wasn't sure what color would look good. She told me it was all up to me and I needed to let her now what I wanted. I wanted help an opinion from a professional that was advertised on their website, she refused to give me that. Frustrated I went with what I DID NOT want, the same hair cut I have been wearing for the past ten years, and asked my sister for help on deciding the color. Luckily my sister didn't fail me and I love the hair color she chose but was not happy at all with the cut. When she was done she sent me on my way. Nothing about the promise to show me how to style and take care of my hair. I spent three and a half hours and almost two hundred dollars on the same service I could have got at a cheap dollar cut store. For the price I paid I would have expected better service and a better outcome. I would not return to this salon nor would I refer anybody to them. Read Less

I have been here a few times and always go back! The stylists are really amazing and treat the customers with respect. The last time I went to the salon I had red and blonde highlights put in my hair by Allie. I washed my hair and the red turned my blondes pink. I was a little worried that if I went back in that she would charge me again. Instead she brought me right back and fixed my hair and didn't charge me.
