One word summary? TERRIBLE. I got simple black gel nails there. That's it. That's all I wanted. Something simple and easy and hard to mess up. I didn't go at a time they were busy, infact I was the only one there. Yet for some reason they rushed and did a terrible job. They did extremely thin coats of gel so after everything was done it was splotchy and you could see my nail still. It chipped so easily. 2 days after I got them done they were ruined. They also were peeling up at the edges. They looked so terrible after 5 days I decided to remove them. After that I started growing out my nails but when I got my nails done at this place they had sanded them down so much that as I was trying to grow them out they were chipping and breaking and were basically impossible to grow out and look nice. I have been going to CC Nails and Spa for 3 years. I have always been treated with respect by all of the employees. I have my fingernails done ever other week by Tony, he does an amazing job!! He is very artistic and I often have him paint seasonal designs on my nails--he is very talented!! Both me and my husband go to CC Nails regularly for pedicures, the employees at CC Nails, take very good care of their customers. I highly recommend CC Nails and Spa!!! Read Less

The worst costumer service ever. The owner was so unprofessional. If you're going to own you're business I suggest you learn basic customer service skills. He was completely disrespectful and treats people like they aren't paying for the services but instead that he's doing them a favor for FREE. Which is not the case! Took my nieces to get pedicures, they did not speak a word to me just pointed to the girls to sit and grabbed my hands and rushed through my shellac (which peeled off 2 days later), didn't talk to the girls, they thought it was so weird and they did not have fun. They acted as if they couldn't get through it fast enough and started the girls so fast they didn't even get to pick out their nail polish. I have always struggled with acrylic nails because my natural nails are so weak/thin. Every time I've decided on acrylic the nail techs I've gone to in the past damage my nail bed with the drill, and when removing the acrylic my nails are in worse condition. Tony convinced me to trust him and said he would take care of me. The staff was all super friendly. I was in and out fast and Tony was so gentle and skilled in his work. Definitely recommend. The lady who did my nails wasn't very friendly and sped through the process in about 20 minutes. The quality of my nails isn't the best, and there's shellac over my cuticles and looks very blotchy around the edges. Prices are good, and I like they are open later, but I won't be going back there. I just moved to Utah and have had a hard time finding a nail place I liked until I went here and had Tony do my nails. I've been there three times and have been happy every time. He's nice, friendly and fast. I've never had any issues with my nails thus far!! Read Less

I only went to this salon because my usual salon could not fit me in today. I very much regret it, because I spent too much money on a very sloppy, poorly done manicure. The nail tech spoke very little English. I had to repeat the service I wanted four different times. If you are getting acrylic nails removed, the proper way is to soak them first. She just slowly ripped all of them off, which resulted in a chunk of my actual thumb nail being ripped off. (Ouch!!!) I asked her if the correct way to remove acrylics involves soaking. She said yes. I asked why she didn't do it correctly then, since she damaged my nails. She didn't answer me, but then mumbled something in another language. She was very rough and kept hurting me. My manicure looks terrible. She cut my nails too short. My cuticles are ragged. On a couple of my nails, the side edges are missing polish. And in the middle of my manicure - without even saying anything - she got up, walked away, and began cleaning the sinks attached to the pedicure chairs. This made no sense to me. There were not even any customers waiting for a pedicure. I sat and waited as she cleaned. When she came back, she gave zero explanation and no apology. My biggest complaint is that before I left, I pointed out the nail polish she had gotten on the skin around my nails, and asked if she could use some nail polish remover to get it off my skin. She then told me there's "not that much polish" on my skin, and that it will eventually come off on its own. (Really???) I can't believe the lack of customer service at this place. They don't care the slightest bit about giving you a positive experience. I'd recommend  getting your nails done elsewhere. Read Less

Best nail salon I've found in the 12 years I've been getting my nails done! I am very particular about the length and smile line of my nails and have ALWAYS had trouble with them lifting (no matter what salon, person, product, length, etc) but not when I get them done here. I was particularly impressed today when I asked to get an ombré tip and found out that they would not only accommodate my request, but they had the correct acrylic powders to do the job correctly! My nails turned out great, I couldn't be happier! After going to so many salons and paying way too much in hopes of getting a decent set of nails, I'm glad I found this place! I've been coming here for a little over a year now and every set of nails i get is perfect, and I'm OCD so every little detail is important to me and tony makes sure you are happy with everything as you go. I never really stay with any nail salons for any amount of time.  If they can fit me in great- if not I'll move on to the next.  They're a dime a dozen as far as I'm concerned.  But not the case with CC Nails.  I will make appointments in advance or wait if needs be just to get in to Tony!  I love him!! I moved back to Utah I went to 7 nail places looking for someone to do my nails with humps happened to go in  cc with my mom talked to Tony and I've been a happy person since he does them perfect where the humps are even and when my fingers are together they line up hump wise he takes his time to make sure there perfect you can't get better then tony Read Less

Not only did he reassure me I was making a great choice but he did a phenomenal job without making me regret my decision. I love love my nails! Ive been here twice and thats only because I was giving them a second chance. Me and my sister went and asked if they could get us in, they said yes but we ended up sitting in the chairs for 30 minutes waiting for them. If they would've told us about how long it would be we would've gone somewhere else. There was a worker who was cleaning a chair at the slowest pace possible and when she finally came to do our nails she couldn't have cared less. She did a sloppy job and cut my sisters cuticles when they didn't need to be and did damage to them. The painting job was even badly done as well. Good service without getting in your emotional personal bubble.I like that they have different pedicure packages ranging from $20-$45, good for those who want to want to pamper themselves occasionally or those who religiously get pedicures every week. I walked into here thinking it would be a good experience and left incredibly upset with the quality and service. I requested a mani pedi and the woman informed me they could start me right away and do both simultaneously. I sat in the chair with my feet in the water for 15 minutes before anyone start. This is fine, didn't make me mad, it happens. The pedicure was rushed but it wasn't terrible. When she finished painting my nails I looked at my toes and saw that there was paint all over my skin. She told me it was my toes fault. This confused me because I get pedicures every 3-4 weeks and haven't had this problem. Oh I should mention this was the first time I have been here. Basically my toes look awful. She then told me I would have to wait 30 minutes to have my shellac done. I didn't have the time to wait so I left.I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship. I've been here before and had a good experience but today when I went in I was verbally told that my gel nails were $25 when I sat down and read the price list it said $17 and $5 for a soak off of gel. When I asked and pointed to the sign they back pedaled and said $20. She didn't soak off the previous gel she drilled it of ruining my nails which I hate!!!And then when she started to do my new color one nail was bubbling   When I brought it to her attention she looked at it closer like she didn't see anything and she said it was not her gel is was 'my nail' I told her "hmmmmm I get gel all the time and my nails never bubble."  She then removed that nails gel by the automatic sander (again) and then used the automatic sander (yet again) to sand the crap out of that nail.
