Awful job but the brother was nice. The sister kept yelling at him then when i was done they were not the same length at all the gel started peeling the next day. I ended up paying more to have them off and done again some place else. Every color and design i showed them didnt have or could not do so i also settled to. Loved this place! Everyone was very friendly and the lady who did mine gave me the best massage I’ve ever had getting a pedi! My only complaint was I had to wait about 20 minutes after it was done for someone to come polish my toenails. Read Less

My husband and I got pedicures on our honeymoon and we both had an incredible experience! They know their clients by name and they really listened to what I wanted. This week when i got my nails done I was running late so two of the employeees worked on my nails to get me done as fast as possible. And the nails look amazing! That’s customer service! I have been going to 5 Star with my mom for years! They are a very clean place which we love and know us by name so we always feel very comfortable! I highly recommend going here. They are always do their best job and Lynn is great! Read Less

The girl was rough and rushed during the whole pedicure. Polish lasted only about 4 days until the full polish fell right off 8/10 toes. Observation of their sanitizing practices from a client finished before me, were mediocre at best. Read Less

I love this place! Henry always greets me with a warm smile and a bottle of water. Lin does an excellent job on my nails every time. I get a french tip shellac and She does a great job. I have been going to this salon for over two years. Lin is amazing, she always picks my colors and does a great job on my nails and designs if I want them. Lin always makes sure the technicians doing my pedicures are doing it properly. She always makes my eyebrows look amazing too! Jenny does a good job on my toes as well. Anytime I have had a complaint because a new technician didn't do something to my liking, Lin was more than accomodating to fix the problem. Both Lin and Henry (the owners) are very nice and they always take an interest in how I've been since I've seen them last. They make sure to remember important details of my life and make me feel like a member of their family. I have had numerous horrible experiences at other salons to the point where they talked trash about me right in front of me and did not try to hide it. I never feel uncomfortable at 5 Star Nails. I've had good experiences here before I switched to Bell's nails. I really needed a pedi today and Bell's nails was busy so decided to come here and my experience today made me realize I'll never come here again. Seriously, the lady cut my big toe nail so short it hurt and was red. For some reason three different people worked on my toes instead of just one person and I'm not sure the "massage" I got could even be considered a massage. It was more like 20 seconds worth of running a small amount of lotion into my legs. They weren't even busy. Read Less

I don't ever write reviews, but felt I needed to make sure people know how this place is. This isn't the first time I have made an appointment and waited for over 30 minutes. As soon as I mention something, they say "oh it's busy and we are short staffed". If this is true, don't schedule me in. They were the ones to tell me what time they were available. They also have cut me and made me bleed. The only reason I came back this last time was because I had a gift certificate and didn't want it to go to waste. Should have known better. Read Less

This salon is standard in the way of nail salons. They sell NuSkin products so plan to be up sold on those products. I went in wanting a pedicure with just polish and was up sold again on shellack. My nail technician would not take "no" for an answer and I walked out paying an extra $15 for shellack. When I had called they were eager for me to come in and said they had plenty of openings. While I was getting my nails done another call came in and the person was told they were very busy despite having available technicians. After the call they proceeded to tell everyone in the salon how horrible that customer was and that they wouldn't do business with her. I can appreciate that clients can be jerks and you pick and choose who you will work with, but it is unprofessional to trash talk former clients to current customers. They could have quietly handled the call and moved on...because now I wonder what they're saying about me!With all the nail salons in town I'm not sure I'd stop back to this one. Read Less

This place is amazing and all natural. There is no chemicals or harsh smells. The technicians don't need to wear masks. The nail artists are wonderful. AWFUL mani & pedi service for the money you pay. If I wanted to rub lotion,  cream,  etc & paint my nails I would have done it at home.  Massage was more like rubs & feet was not scrubbed well,  feet felt like there was still dead skin on it. You won't get quality work here. They may have fancy products,  but service sucks. Brought business to this salon the weekend of mothers day by bringing myself, mom,  and 2 of my sisters here for the 1st time to find out that we brought them about $200 in business for $20 worth of service for the 4 of us all together. If you haven't gone to better nail salons you won't know what you're missing out on.  And they'll try to up sale & if you don't want any of it, it's more of a reason for the worker to do a crappy job. I have to say, my experience was very similar with that of Jessica D's review below.  I left with a feeling of uncertainty - as in I'm not certain I'll be back or not.I really am not into pushy sales and I definitely felt like they push add ons and services you really do not need or are there for.  The staff were not overly friendly, friendly enough I would say.  The beginning of my pedicure entailed 2 staff standing over me talking and I was left feeling a bit uncomfortable.  My technician was to busy engaging in the conversation and I was nervous I was going to be nicked a few times.I don't know how I feel about the sanitation.  Nothing was opened in a pack in front of me and it looks as if they reuse the foot razors.I will say my skin does feel nice and moisturized and the polish does look good.Again I wasn't overwhelmed or extremely underwhelmed... maybe just whelmed? I love me a good pedicure and this place provided just that! Kind and friendly employees (who took a lot of pictures for my friends and I). They were also great to accommodate our big group of 7 girls getting pedicures at the same time. Clean.Nice back massage chairs.  They use Newskin products which made my feet so soft! I went here today for the first time and took my four-year-old daughter. I got a pedicure. The woman giving the pedicure was very polite. When I told her I wanted white polkadots on my nails she let me know ahead of time it would cost extra and asked me if that was okay. Very honest and professional. I did not feel pressured into buying any additional services. She did clip one cuticle too close I had a little bit of pain and it bled a little bit. It was not a big deal I think those things happen from time to time when you're getting a pedicure, but I did take away one star from my rating for that reason. I was very happy with the quality of the work. My four-year-old daughter used one of their mini pedicure chairs and had the time of her life!! The little chairs have DVD players attached and they have a variety of kids movies. Each employee that came in contact with her was sweet and lovely to her. They did an excellent job on her pedicure and also painted her fingernails. It is a really great and fun thing to do with your daughter and I will go back here again for that experience. Read Less
