Pedicure was okay. Service not so much. We made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure... when we showed up for the pedicures we had to wait a little soaking our feet in the tubs before anyone came to help. We had one person doing both the pedicures. We paid for the same pedicure... I got a callus remover with the grater and everything where my friend didn't receive this at all. There was scrub left all over her leg and they completely forgot about my manicure... which I was grateful for! I wont be going back. Read Less

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I’m completely mortified. I went in for a simple acrylic nail removal and instead of doing either the classic soak take off or using the drill, the chick took a tool and began trying to rip one off! She succeeded, sure, but at the cost of part of my nails ripping off. I immediately got up and left after the first two fingers. Never going back. Read Less

I don't like to post negative reviews, but I feel like if they don't know then they can't improve. I went in to get a pedicure and a manicure before I went on vacation. They were able to get me in right away and this place is clean. What I had a bad experience with are these things: first the guy who did my pedicure, you could tell he thought he was doing a good massage on my legs but in reality it just hurt. When I got my manicure I don't like my nails to be buffed, I feel like it ruins my nails and then they look awful for 3 months until a new nail grows in. He buffed them anyway when I asked him to stop. Then when applying the nail polish, he applied it way to thick so it didn't dry properly. 6 out of 10 of my nails were ruined within an of leaving the salon. I would've gone back and had them redo them, but I didn't have the time to go back. When I wanted my accent nail done, I asked for my ring finger and then when the lady came over to do that, she tried to tell me that my thumb would be better. However, I stuck to my guns and told her I wanted the ring finger. They did start to get busy and I understand wanting to get everyone in in a timely manner, but I'm a paying customer too and felt like things were rushed which resulted in my ruined nails for my trip. I have been coming regularly for a year.   Staff are always very pleasant and professional.   Service is excellent.  Love my nails,  the color always holds up and I never have problems with chipping or lifting.  This little place seems to always be busy, so I suggest an appointment or weekday walk in. I love this place! They are so kind and patient. I once finished a pedicure, trip and scraped up my polish, I went back in and fixed it for free. They also just got new chairs that are awesome. I also get in grown toenails and they do a really good job of making sure they don't cause me problems. Love this place! Read Less

Me and my sisters made an appointment and they only had 2 workers. We had to wait awhile and didn't get much of a pedicure. The nail painted job was good but not worth the wait. They aren't very sanitary. My sister had floating nails or some skin from the previous person. As I watched, they don't clean the pedicure bowls at all. Which is really gross. They also don't wash hands or change gloves between clients. We got our nails done and it also took a long time because they started working on some people that walked in before finishing me. I had to sit for 20 minutes with wax on my hands and then she took it off said I was done and didnt check me out so I had to continue to wait. I wouldn't recommend going here. Read Less

This place did such a good job on my set of acrylics and pedicure I just felt like I should write a positive review of my experiences. I love this place! Allure is the only place I like to go to. I have personal preferences and they always accomodate. My nails stay on for a full 2 weeks where other places they only make it a couple days! Cute designs, reasonable prices and a friendly clean atmosphere! What more can I ask for?! Read Less

Went to get a gel refill and my daughters manicure. The girls there were so friendly and the service was great. They really do a great job at making sure they know what we want and execute it beautifully! Wish they had more gel colors to choose from though. Other than that, we loved our nails! Read Less
