I'm writing this because my wife won't. She has gone to US Nail for a long time for pedicure and manicure services and has enjoyed it. I have even bought gift certificate for her there. Made appointment for my 3 year old daughter and me, clearly stating I wanted a pink and white acrylic set and pedicure and my daughter would need polish only on her fingers and toes. I re-stated exactly what we were there for upon entering. They had me pick a color for my daughter first. She's 3...so she chose ORANGE, lol! Girl started on mine first and all was great until she just gave me a basic set and then wanted to paint my nails orange. This is after watching the girl next to us use the orange on my daughter. But not her toes. And why didn't I correct the lack of understanding? Because no. That's why. I would have dropped $75 on us today but I didn't feel like rewarding incompetence. I do my own nails normally, but have a torn rotator cuff at the moment so thought I'd have them done. I give up. I've learned my lesson. Read Less

I had 3 good experiences getting a manicure only.  Fast and very good at painting nails...however, 4th manicure was a nightmare.Slightly older tech with glasses. She spoke absolutely no English, difficult to communicate what I wanted and didnt want..the soaking bowl was freezing cold so would not soften cuticles..tried to tell her...did not understasnd..pushed back my c uticles with a metal tool so hard it was painful!  Chewed up the top of my nails..attempted to paint my then chewed up, sore, uneven nails and could not get it right...so much paint so fast it was dripping off..she finally figured out my disappointment and grabbed my hand and started removing it and started over..I already paid and just wanted to leave..had to come home and redo nails myself.It's fine if you don't get her..I will only go to English speaking salons from now on.Very disappointed! My wife got tired of my calloused feet and had me meet her on my day off. Staff is friendly, do a great job, in my limited experience with pedicures. My feet are doing much better now. Having been, I would feel completely comfortable coming in by myself next time. Read Less

I went to go get a fill. When i was about to pay she said it was going to be 20 instead of 16. I asked her why and she says because of the shape. She got so mad and they all started yelling and looking at me. I had to walk out. I would not recommend this place at all. They are so rude. The worse experience I have ever had. I usually like this place but have been very unhappy the last two times I've been there. Today was exceptionally bad. I could tell immediately that the lady doing my pedi wasn't happy I interrupted her nap. She was unusually rough and didn't respond when I pulled back as she was jabbing at my cuticles. While trimming them with the cuticle nippers she cut me, drawing blood, TWICE! The final straw for me was how I was treated when I requested an easy but unusual design I was willing to pay extra for. I could tell it was an inconvenience for her and she was visibly agitated. She made a small mistake and threw her tool between the chairs. I suggested an easy way to correct the mistake and she didn't have to start over. In the end, I paid extra and left a generous tip and questioned my judgment all the way home. I love this place! I dont know why it has only 3 stars. Everytime I come here the staff is very friendly and they take their time with me! I always get pedis here and not one time have I felt rushed like at other places. They go the extra mile and thats what I like! I am and will always be a returning customer here. Read Less

I took my wife to try this nail salon today and she loves this place now. Her nails look amazing and I was surprised of how professional the nail techs were. If you ever get the chance to come here, you should do the number 3 pedicure, they make your feet look new and smooth. Read Less

Great colors to choose from. Customer Service is so soPrices are decent.Watch out for the cuticle lady, same woman did my pedicure and she almost caught my big toe in her mouth...just terrible! Make sure you know how much you'll actually be paying before you're all done. My fill and pedi came out to 56 (not including tip) when I was under the impression (based on their prices they have listed) it would come out to $46. They never informed me about about the extra $10. Pedicure- water was boiling hot, I'm pregnant so of course that startled the crap out of me. When cuticle lady started on my feet, she was just about done!!. The massage was lazy. Just like the other review mentioned, she could not and would not quit with cutting deeper into the cuticles, until I forced my foot back in the water for her to move on. The part that annoyed me the most happened toward the end of the pedi. It was time to clean up the polish around the nail and I felt something cold press on my foot.... INSTEAD OF USING THE TOWEL TO DAB THE EXCESS ACETONE ON SHE WOULD DAB IT ON MY FOOT. I told her not to do that after I confirmed it was happening. Who does that????  That will be my first and last time there. I went into this salon by accident and they got me right in no wait. At first I was pretty skeptical, because I don't like anyone just working on my nails; however Antonio did a really good job. I was in and out of there within the hour. I arrived on a Thursday at 5:15 pm. I had tips with acrylic, and shellac French tips. Pricing was fair $45. I will return. Read Less

Do not go here. Don't waste your money. I got an Ultimate Spa pedicure, wanting to be pampered. Well then didn't happen. She rushed through every step. I was supposed to get a 10 minute hot stone massage and she spent maybe 2 min tops on each leg. They clearly don't want to be there and it shows. Read Less

My sister and I went in for a pedicure and were told there was "no wait." We were led to the pedi chairs and told to soak for "two minutes." We were then ignored for 50 minutes with our feet in cold water before we got up and left. Horrible experience! Read Less

Not my first visit here, a major disappointment every time, this time I sat 45 minutes in freezing pedi water before anyone said anything to me. All the staff does is talk to each other in their native language laughing the day away. Who knows who they're making fun of. Meanwhile my daughter got her gel nails almost completely finished....tired of being ignored by a room full of people who won't speak our language! Pros: FAST! I got a manicure and pedicure at the same time, and was out in under an hour. I didn't even tell them I was in a hurry (I was) but they had 2 girls available so they just did the gel nails and the pedicure at the same time, which worked out great for me. Good pricing, gel nails were only $15 and they seem to be staying well.  Cons: The two women talked the ENTIRE time to each other in their own language and didn't say more than 5 words to me. I'm confident one of them didn't even speak any English, she seemed really confused when I asked her a question and kind of ignored me. While I was there a woman came in to get an eyebrow wax and they told her it would be 5 mins so to go back to the waxing room, and 10 minutes later the woman comes out saying she has somewhere to be and will have to come back. They did that a few times to people, telling them it would be 5 minutes until they got to them and leaving them waiting for 10-15 or more minutes, so I was glad I was able to be seen quickly, but if I was one of those other people I'd be really frustrated. Irritating when you know the staff are talking about you in another language. I politely asked if I could get my feet scraped with the cheese grater to get the dead skin off and she said I did not need it. Shouldn't the staff do as the customer request? The staff talk extremely loud and it's hard to just relax. My 2 sisters had a great experience here with the two men that worked on them. I had an older woman who was extremely rude about my feet and kept sighing and grabbing different callus tools even though I said not to worry about my calluses (I'm a dancer... they aren't bad but I don't have princess feet. I'm a typical person, I think. In fact my sister's had worse feet than I did). To make matters worse, my money ($40 in cash sitting next to my keys on the floor) mysteriously went missing during the pedicure and she was rude to me when I asked if she had seen it (I wouldn't accuse anyone of theft, I just thought she would have seen it since it was right next to her and picked it up or something). She was yelling and I was crying because she was so rude. The two men that worked there were very sweet and helped me look... even saying how sorry they were and moving all the objects in the vicinity to look for my cash. It never turned up and the woman was yelling in the back room the whole time. I told them I didn't have any money besides the money that went missing and they said I still needed to pay so I had to have my dad drive down to bring some money. It was just awful. I come here all the time.  They are attentive, fast, polite, and reasonably priced. I have tried many, many, many other places but this is the only one I ever felt loyalty too. This place is awful! I went in today for a quick trim and polish change and they charged me $27!! I told my nail tech that I just need my cuticles cleaned up and nails trimmed and no paint. I also told her not to worry about massaging my hands as I had just been to the hospital the day prior (for a d&c no less), and the tops of my hands were sore due to them trying to find a vein for the IV. She proceeds to ask me what kind of cancer I have?!? Wtf! So rude and unprofessional. When she did my pedi she kept coughing all over me and then went to the bathroom where I doubt she washed her hands. I asked her to just paint them, I needed to get going. I have always been treated like a princess when having any kind of service. While some have stated the employees are hard to understand, I have never experienced this. I walk in and get a friendy 'hello how may I help you' or 'thank you for coming back' and yes its with an adorable vietnamese accent ....i love it!! During my mani/pedi I always get asked 'can I get you a water' and when I leave I am always thanked. My favorite pedicure place in the valley! I love a pedicure and this place does them and does them WELL! Thier specialists have great techniques. The polish always stays put and doesn't chip for a long time. The paraffin dip and the foot/leg massage are dreamy! In short they do a great job. Great value for the price. Read Less
