This is definitely the best place I have ever gone to, and I searched for a clean and professional place when I moved to this area. Got lots of recommendations from my neighbors, and finally went myself. They are wonderful! They are not always trying to sell you something or trying to get you to spend more money. The ladies do their job very well and are happy and very kind. Plus, I love the nails and pedicures! The pricing is very reasonable. Comfortable massage chairs for spa pedicure. Good choice of colors, excellent job with my ingrown toenails. But what bumped this up to 5 stars was the mineral scrub, hot towel wrap, best leg and foot massage I've ever had as part of a pedicure, followed by a hot stone massage. I love this salon! It's been my go to for months. The staff are always friendly and puts comfort first. The prices are excellent and I've never left less than ecstatic with the way my nails look! Leaving multiple cracks and absolutely ruining the integrity of my nails. She also overcharged me with no reason for the charge. Today, I dropped in and they were busy so I made an appointment for an hour later. I showed and was put to soak. 25 minutes later I walked out again. We went here as an office with nine people and they were very accommodating. It was a clean and friendly salon. I got a pedicure and loved it! I loved the smell of the exfoliation cream and the lotion! I also really loved some heat stuff they did hot towels for your legs and a hot rock that they put lotion on to rub/massage your legs with. I haven't had a pedicure in a long time some maybe things have changed but I'm pretty sure LJ Nails just goes above and beyond 😆 I'll definitely go back! Read Less

Great place got right in and the ladies were really nice and amazing. Great customer service. Went with my wife and baby and they were very patient with us swapping the baby back and forth. Clean place good atmosphere. Defiantly will come back with my wife. Felt bad cause they did so good but I thought i had more cash for a tip. I'll defiantly make up for it next time though. Read Less

Went in for a manicure and shellac.  They worked me in without an appointment.  My manicure was relaxing and my shellac looks amazing.  With the manicure you get a hot wax treatment.  I'll be coming back! Read Less

I can't believe I didn't find this salon sooner. I've been driving downtown for years and this one is located conveniently next to my home. I waited over three weeks to post because I wanted to make sure the shellac was good quality.  I'm not one to get my nails done every two weeks so I look for quality that could last me a good month. I've never been happier with the way my nails turned out and how perfect of condition they still look! So fun for Halloween I tend to stick with French tip so there is less noticeable growth but I'm not kidding when I say they still look brand new and haven't chipped! I'm also very happy with the pricing. There are no hidden upgrades like other salons and the staff doesn't push you to buy additional services. I'll happily come back to this salon and purchase a relaxing pedicure that comes with a hot stone massage. Read Less

I like this place. They're efficient, do a good job, and are friendly. The salon is clean, and they even have cute little girls spa pedicure chairs . The prices are average, and the location is very convenient. Another plus - the Thai food place next door has great take out too! Read Less

I just so happen to be looking at Yelp and said to myself, "Sure why not get your nails done". I walked in on Saturday and they're was maybe 2 people there and plenty of techs. Anyways I asked for a full set and asked what the difference was between gel and acrylic. They had enough patience to explain it to me. So I went with a coffin style nail and let me tell you I am in love. My tech was awesome, very nice, and friendly. She gave me exactly what I asked for. Walked in for two pedicures. The salon was very busy. I asked HOW LONG for two pedicures. They said right away. We were in fact seated within 5 min. My pedicure was started immediately and low and behold my husband had to wait for my nail tech to be finished with me before his began. His water was cold and his feet were uncomfortable. What should've taken 35 min took almost 80 min. My husband had to cut his short so we could go home and make dinner. Terrible, terrible. We will never return. Read Less

I got a gel manicure here and they did a good job and it looked how I wanted.  The reason I am only giving 2 stars is because they were dishonest with what services I was getting.  I am a student, and when I say gel manicure I DONT mean gel SPA manicure.  At the end of the appointment they tacked on an additional 10 dollars for a mediocre hand massage and heated towel wrap.  I have a HUGE issue with nail salons giving me services without my approval and charging me for things I didn't ask for.  I will be looking for another nail salon purely because I don't appreciate deceitful business practice. I came to this salons on a whim a few months ago a few weeks after I moved here from California. I walked in around 11am on a weekday so as expected there was nobody in there. I just got a simple pedicure. The lady that did my pedi was nice but I wasn't impressed with the job she did. The massage is what makes it or breaks it for me. She rubbed my foot for like a minute and moved on. She seemed to be rushing even though I was the only one there. I arrived right as they were opening their doors during the week. I was greeted and set up for my pedicure. Kat was very prompt and attentive. Hot stone massage included! After pedicure I did the shellac manicure. The paraffin wax was included with this service! All the ladies there were super friendly. It was very clean. It got pretty busy for a weekday. Overall, mediocre customer service and expensive. I'm willing to let customer service  slide if the price is right, but it was not a fun experience, I was underwhelmed w/my pedicure, and I paid close to what I've paid in DC. I was in town and absolutely needed a manicure and pedicure, and quickly.  Stopped in because of Yelp reviews and because it was close by. Maybe I caught that on a bad day?The best part of the experience was the massage chair. Speaking of massages, after I left I realized there was an attempt at a hot stone message - but when I was sitting there I wondered why she was very lightly (no pressure at all) rubbing my legs w/a (not hot) stone. Also, she probably spent 10 seconds, if that, on exfoliating my feet. When it came time for me to get the manicure, I explained to her that I was running late so I just wanted polish applied. I was disappointed with my pedi. My toenails were cut but not filed, I asked her to clean under my nails, and she did one foot and when I asked her to do the other, she lied and said she already had. I just asked her to do it again and she did. The pedi process was nice. Good scrub, lotion massage and stone massage. Polish itself was kind of messy. Not satisfied with final outcome. Lisa did my full set. I have never been more satisfied with acrylics. I asked for short, round and very natural, and she nailed it. Took her time, and made me very happy.
