One of the best nail salons I've ever been to! The staff is friendly and they all do great work! They do a wonderful pedicure and don't hassle you to upgrade on it which I very much appreciate. I like a more natural look for my manicure with just a buff and polish. Even though I'm not getting them painted, they take the time to make sure they look great. First time going there today. Loved it! Got a full set of French tips put in and a pedicure. The woman who did my full set did an amazing job! Best set of nails I've ever had with no flaws and are super strong. You'd almost think they were my real nails. She was very gentle (I had a cuticle bleed but that was due to my dry skin not her handling). Everyone was very friendly. I could tell the ladies in there were regulars or at least made to feel that way! A lot of use of first names and a lot of friendly conversations between everyone, staff and customers. Pedicure was great. You sit in a massage chair which is wonderful. Only thing I'd change is to get my feet massaged a little longer, but you can never have too much feet massaging haha! Will be returning for sure! ****UPDATE!!! I am now 3 weeks into having these French tips and still have all of them and are all still on strong! My mom and my grandma have been coming here for years to get their manis and pedis. We all went together before my wedding and I received excellent service at a good price. My 1st time here and it was Amazing.  My nails look the best they ever have. She did not make me feel rushed and the price was wonderful.  Next time I'll pay the extra for more massage time. The staff was SO nice and I wanted to love this place. It's clean inside and a very friendly environment. The pedicure was actually pretty good however the shellac manicure I received was the worst quality I've ever had. I've been getting my nails shellaced every two weeks for years and I've never *ever* had it start peeling and chipping the day after it went on. I have a suspicion the peeling was due to the process of how they applied it. I thought it was strange I received the hand massage before my nails were painted and I've been told before that lotion on nails can mess up the shellac process so that's the only thing I can come up with as to why they would have done that... Unless it's the quality of the product. It's also worth noting that they charge on the higher end for shellac. I typically go to t&t nails and pay $10 less for much better quality but I decided to a closer place and instantly regretted it. I won't be going back. Read Less

I have pink and white and now all I have is pink then got mad at me because I asked them to fix them and then they told me they wish for me to leave and not come back. Best nail salon in the area.  Been going to Jack and the gang for years now.  It is a clean and friendly place to get your nails done.  The basic pedicure and manicure are top notch.  Love that they include the paraffin wax hand treatment for a basic manicure. My favorite part.  I always feel like I have mannequin hands when I have the wax on!   If you really want to treat yourself, go for the deluxe pedicure.  It may be expensive, but it is the best hour long pedicure you can imagine.  A real treat. Their services are either really good or really bad. They lack the innovative nail designs that most salons can do now. I got a pedicure and she barely did anything to my feet (I think I could have exfoliated better). I read the reviews before I called to make an appointment. I was in the neighborhood and had some time so I called to see if they had a short walk in time. They got me in in less than 20 minutes which worked great for me. I had almost completely forgotten about a review with 3 stars that said that the manager's loud whistling was irritating. The manager was the one doing my nails (shellac). He did whistle and it was a bit shrill but did not negatively affect my opinion of him. He is very personable, teases like crazy and is very sweet. He put the colors I was considering on his own nails so I could see them. The hand wax treatment after my nails were done curing was heavenly. I'd go back just for that! For years I have only gone to spa's for my manicures and pedicures.  My friend introduced me to this nail spa on a Saturday morning get together about 2 years ago.
