Kelsey, the owner, canceled my 7:30 appointment at 6:07 via email. I made this appointment over 3 weeks ago. She didn’t respond any of my messages I sent once I was at the salon and found it it locked up. I had a confirmation email the night before. She knows I live an hour away. I didn’t see the email until I wasted 2 hours and half a tank of gas. She still has yet to respond. Apparently customer service and other people’s time is of no value to her. Don’t waste your time! I would've given this place 5 stars if it hadn't been in the middle of renovations at the time of my visit. Even being down, the lady was nice enough to squeeze me in before her scheduled appointment to trim my dead ends. She was very nice and did a great job. Tuyet is amazing. She did my hair years ago but then I moved out of state for 5 years. It took me a minute to find her again but I'm glad I did. She's a brave hairdresser and not afraid to go for it if that's what you're looking for. I have fine, short hair and she's very good with blending it even though it's hard to get all the cut lines out of it normally. The salon was in an easy to find location, it was clean and nice. Wow these people were so rude, their sign says "walkins welcome" ya right!  My husband just wanted a trim, his hair is pretty short. They were chatting away, not even noticing us, finally one of the ladies asked if we had an appt, we said no, then immediately another stylist spoke up and said, We are busy, I can't do it, another sarcasticly said well I can't either, the last girl said sorry guys we can't cut your hair.Unprofessional and tacky!! Salon 64 is a fantastic salon. Owners Jennifer and Cathyleen are wonderful. The other ladies do a great job, too, although the owners are the two I personally have used for hair cuts and color, pedicures, and waxing. Location is great right off of I-215 on Rewood Rd and roughly 6400 South and is right next to a Great Harvest Bread. Highly recommend this salon! Read Less
