Wendy did such a great job on my nails! She listened to everything I wanted and helped me decide to do glitter French tips when I couldn’t pick a color. She was patient and was not rushed at all, taking care to make sure every nail looked perfect. She even did them the length I wanted. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the door says a full set is $25 and I paid $45. If glitter tips are an extra $20, that seems a little excessive. The first time I came here I got a gel mani where they cut my cuticles so deep my finger bled. And since the nail got messed up they put acetone on the cut. It hurt like hell. I decided to give this place another chance and ordered a pedicure. They buff your nails back and forth which is actually really bad for the nail bed and from what I could tell, did not sanitize the foot-tubs and did not use different nail files in between clients which is really unsanitary. They cut my cuticles on the feet again too deep and I got an infection the next day. The only thing I have to say that’s good is that some of the staff are very kind. I never go anywhere else! The people are so professional & kind, no place does cleaner or nicer nails. The ladies chat with you like you’re best friends & they make you feel comfortable all while they’re making your nails look amazing. They keep the place clean & always have a large selection of polishes for you to choose from. 10/10 do recommend! I went in yesterday and it was the worst service I have ever gotten. The girl was in a rush. I asked her if she would scrub the dry skin on my feet and then she said no. Then on to the manicure, I asked her for overlay and she kept trying to convince me as the customer that it wasn’t what I wanted. She wanted to paint my nails over and do a quick job. They were going to wax my eyebrows as well but I ended up cancelling that part because it didn’t seem like she wanted to do her job. I told her that she was making me uncomfortable because it didn’t seem like she wanted to do anything I was asking. Then she said not to take offense it’s the Chinese New Year. Why is this business open on their New Year if they are going to rush customers for the holiday? I wouldn’t recommend going here. Please don’t waste tour time and money.
