I'm never disappointed in the majority of my experiences with this place, the ambiance is great, the customer service great too, they've never cut me or made me bleed, but every time I go here, I'm disappointed after the fact. It's like I could have just painted my toenails myself. It's either sloppy... too sheer, or the worst: it bubbles because it's painted on too thick. I love this place and if they fixed the skill level as far as painting on the polish, I'd never go to another place. Even though I'd love to support Nailed, I'm tired of paying for a pedicure that doesn't last a week; I already want to take of my toenail polish that's not even a week old. I got an appointment for my wife to get a pedicure on her birthday for 6:00 pm. We drove up from Riverton because we heard great things, only to have them tell us we couldn’t be served until 6:45. We had to get to dinner just after 7:00 so they completely messed up our plans. They don’t see an appointment as a commitment. Read Less

The salon was super cute but not pleased with service. I had a gel manicure within 24 hours I had 3 nails chip. I also had some gel left from a previous manicure before this one and they did not file it off or get rid of it, just painted on top of it. A little too pricey for the poor quality I got. Read Less

Went with my mom and got a pedicure Danielle and Mary did ours. They were amazing!!! This location is so much fun such a great vibe. I’ve been to a few nail places in the area and this is by far the best gel manicure I’ve gotten. It’s a little spendy but you really get what you pay for. I prefer to have my nails kept short because I work in the healthcare field. Most places really struggle working with short nails or won’t give you the length you want. The ends are never sealed well and they always end up chipping. My manicure from Nailed looks amazing, professional, and no chips. Not to mention, the ends look clean and neat. I’m really happy with the service I received. I've been to Nailed twice and most recently had a gel mani and pedi with Andrina (I believe that was her name) and she was fabulous! I'm from NYC so things like manicures and pedicures are typically much more affordable in bigger cities. Part of that I believe is due to increased supply (competition) and cheaper labor. I really liked the people working here, but this was the worst manicure of my life. My nail tech was great and we were chatting the entire time. But when I looked down at my finished hands, I noticed she didn't cut my cuticles or the dead skin around my fingers. She seemed to be in a rush and kept looking over my shoulder at the many women waiting. I think the main problem is that they overbook. Went to get my nails done for Easter. I found out after I got there that they don't do acrylic, but they do the gel at the same price as acrylic. Expensive . Took a really long time to get them done and the sparkle she put on was horrible, but it was super close to Easter so sucked it up . Within a couple of days, the gel had literally cracked in a half moon shape and a few other nails were chipped . I was not happy as I just paid a lot of money. I called the store and talked to a very bored receptionist and told her I wanted to speak with a manager. She said the manger would call me, but why don't I come in and get them fixed. Now remember only certain nail artists can do gel. So I went in when she told me to be there and I waited. And waited. Asked for a manager again, but there wasn't one there. Finally they told me they were too busy and to come back later. What???!! This was the day before Easter I believe. I know it was really busy, but my nails are chipped and in one place gone??!! Was told a manager would call. Went back later and the nail artist told me that the original nail artist had put the help on too thick and had barely done my cuticles. I could tell she was mad the whole time. She did redo all the nails . She did do a good job. But I felt like she wanted a tip and I was not going to spend one more cent after the nails being bad, the having to come back several times. And guess what? Apparently they don't have a manager, because I never received one call. I've gotten way nicer nails done at Walmart. I live literally 3 minutes away, but will never go there again. I picked this place specifically for the reasonable prices and regardless that it was a small building, because of the way the room was set up, it didn't feel crowded. In other words, I avoided those salons that place the pedicure customer in a small narrow room, with seating lined up along each opposite wall. Thus, creating an awkwardness of having to be mindful of not staring at a stranger across from you. No, in this place the pedicure customers are seated facing the outside wall which is covered in sunny windows. Thus, I had the pleasure of a calm and lovely view out into the street. As well, the place was clean and organized. The staff were friendly, professional and exuded experience. Every other week I enjoy my time I get to spend with my nail artist, Lora. I support The Nail Room, because I value that it's owned by a womyn. I appreciate their work is quality, has an artistic touch and that I can have a conversation with my nail artist.   If I wanted to be rushed out of my nail chair I would pay a lot less to not receive the quality I get from The Nail Room. I trust Lora and the nail gals at The Nail Room, if they don't get it right the first time, they will make it right, because they love their customers. I went to this place to get my nails done and the person who did my nails told me that I didn't need acrylic and that my nails would be okay just with the gel. As soon as I left the place a nail broke. I called them right away to get it fix, but they told me they didn't have time. I just texted the artist who did my nails she told me that I would have to pay $45 on top of the $25 I paid yesterday. What the heck? Who does that? I'm not going to go back to that place ever again. This place is no good. Everywhere else in e gotten my nails done I can go back if something is not right, but not this place. And FYI, they don't know how to do POC nails. I'm so done. Visited with 3 friends for a girls day out. Booked the ultimate manicure and pedicure. Nail technicians did a good job, but I was a little disappointed that they were not able to do gel polish due to time constraints on their end (if you want gel make sure you ask ahead and schedule a longer appointment) They also do not offer acrylic nail services. I've been trying to find a solid nail tech for awhile. The first time I went to Nailed I wasn't overly impressed, but the second time my nail tech was Shelby and she was AMAZING. I really wanted to like this place because it had such great reviews, but my experience was not awesome. It took an hour and 20 minutes to do a single color shellac manicure. Within a day the edges of my nails needed to be filed, and my cuticles don't look cared for at all.  They only use  cnd and the light gray color I chose looks very wavy. Read Less

Best ever!!! Darian is AMAZING. I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and this chick is the BEST.  I went in with busted acrylics and could not even really identify the shape...I wanted coffin/ballerina shape with an ombre french and she delivered flawlessly. Darian did not even bat an eye over the fact that she had to use three different color powders to get the perfect ombre.  I had been to countless other shopping center type nail places and none of them wanted to do the french ombre...idk if they were lazy or just didn't know the technique but after almost giving up on my french ombre dreams I found Darian at The Nail Room!!! To find people that actually speak English and are all actual licensed estheticians... is kind of a big deal.I didn't think their prices were crazy... My 83 year old father recently fell into very poor back health --- he can no longer touch his toes to trim his toenails. He's been getting pedicures now, once a month, for 6 months.Once he tried NAILED 3-4 months ago, he won't go anywhere else!!! He has VERY sensitive toes/skin, which can easily be injured and bleed. The technicians do exactly what he wants, are very gentle, and he is pleased as punch every single time! That's hard to find for someone as particular as him (I won't go on...).They are nice, friendly, and chatty (but not too much so). He feels well cared for --- which makes him happy and more pleasant! Worth every penny! I didn't realize how janky the nails I've had in the past were, until I came here. Allie is the best! She built my acrylic, instead of gluing it. That in itself has been such an improvement. They fit better, are more comfortable, and they don't lift. Shaping, color, and THE NAIL ART! Amazing!
