I walked right in and was seated after choosing my color. I was going to get a basic massage but since I haven't had one for awhile I upgraded to the deluxe for $30. It felt amazing! Wow! I so needed this! The massage chairs were some of the best I've tried, with great kneading and combination therapy on automatic, I would come back just for the chairs! These chairs even have an inflating/ squeezing seat cushion that I was surprised by too but it actually felt pretty good too. While they did my pedicure I was able to go through about 2 of the 20 min massages which helped me feel refreshed. I forgot the nail technicians name (oops) but she did a great job with the exfoliating scrub, hot towel, callous removal and lotions. I didn't ask for nail art so I can't judge that aspect but overall very pleased and would highly recommend them. Read Less

Me & my gf went to this new location for pedicure. Truly it is not the same anymore, as what it was back then when they were next to Club DJ's. It was a slow day, with same employees & they rushed our pedicure service with no massages. After 3 days, my gf nail polish chipped off & she was unhappy. Again, it is not the same anymore. 2 stars because they have mood polish and I get excited to watch my nails change colors. I've been twice at this new location. First time the lady had me confused for someone else and thought I worked for Walmart. The lady started my nails, and then I was moved to the guy. I asked him if he liked doing nails, he told me no. He was very fast, the acrylic wasn't even touching the back of my nail, I already looked like I needed a fill. I told the lady they weren't okay, she told me to sit with him again, he drilled the back part down to make it smooth instead of adding acrylic to take it to the cuticle. I got mood changing gel, when I got home I had to shape the sides of my nails because there was a lot of overhang from the polish. The only reason I went back was because my kids got me a gift card for Mother's Day. The lady did my fill this time while my fiancé got a pedicure. The pedicure was apparently amazing. But my fill.. The acrylic looks decent butt again with the terrible polish. I had to file the gel in on all nails to take it off the skin. The polish is uneven and see through in some places. And in others it's bulging and now peeling off after only two days.. I do not recommend hi tek nails to anyone. Very disappointed. Read Less

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY the place is dirty and unkept the guy who did my nails did a piss poor job and my nails look like crap. I have just as much glue under my nails as I do acrylic on top of the nail, tips are not sitting on my nails correctly and are crooked as a mother f*** acrylic not just on nails but cuticles as well and not to mention the service was just as shitty as the job they did on my nails. I was not impressed by the fact he took his shoes off and propped his feet up on a chair that's unprofessional. I was not impressed at all by anything about this place and if I could give them a negative star rating they would get a -10 stars.... Very gross and terrible terrible experience/place Read Less

Went to get a full set of nails and after Hanna suggested I get a pedicure. I thought why not! Oh my goodness it was heavenly why did I wait 12 years to have one again? I highly suggest the pedicure. I have been going here for years and I just love it there. Hanna is the best. Read Less

Great Salon!! Went there and got nails and pedicure done recently.. There designs are very different from other salons. Nails stay on for a very long time. Prices were cheap compared to other salons. I usually get gelish done from another salon but they did it very thick so it came off easily, but here at Hi Tek the lady did it for me very thin.. it stayed on for 21+ days like the ad said.
