SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! We made an appointment for a wedding party. We waited for over an hour and were barely even spoken to. It wasn’t until we got up to leave that they seemed to notice the eight of us sitting there. So it doesn’t make sense why we needed to make an appointment. Spend your money elsewhere where you’ll get better service.

I received two gift cards from my husband for Christmas one for $30 and the other for $35. The first time I tried to use them was in February and there was a sign showing the shop was closed for family emergency. The next time I tried using the shop was on a Sunday in April and my husband called to see if it was open. He was told yes so dropped me off while he ran errands. The owner was the only person there and proceeded to tell me how she was losing customers due to others closing her shop while she was on vacation in February. She also asked if it was my husband who called to see if she was open which I thought strange but said yes and by the way I had the gift card sitting on my phone/wallet in plain sight. When my husband came to pick me up I paid her with the $30 gift card asked her to throw away the envelop it was in and left. We were less than 5 minutes away when my husband received a call, he had it on speaker phone and it was the owner of the nail shop telling my husband that I did not pay for my service. I interrupted her and told her I had paid with the gift card but did not know where she put it when I left she kept trying to say she did not have it but I knew I did not so was not sure what she did with it. About a month later I went in to get a pedicure and decided I would do a manicure too while there. The owner was there and was very rude to me from the beginning and kept giving me dirty looks. If I had not had the other gift card that we had already paid for I would have walked out before getting the service. When it was time for me to pay I gave the man the $35 gift card and the owner said "let me see that" very rudely. He gave it to her and she accused me of not paying her in April and trying to use the gift card twice. I told her that my husband bought two at Christmas and that I would not cheat her that way. I have been using this shop for years and she knew my husband when he picked me up the first time I came in April and even talked to him about his hair getting so long. So if she really thought I had tried using the gift card twice she could have asked my husband to show when he bought them and looked in her records to see what he bought instead of embarrassing me in front of other people. This would not have changed the out come of me writing this review and her losing a customer but at least she could see she accused an innocent person. I have been very upset about this situation and I was not going to write this review but really do not want anyone else to suffer the embarrassment I did when I was accused of stealing for a place I have been going to for years now.

I tried this place for the first time. It wasn't the best. If I'm spending $30 on a pedicure then I expect some TLC. She only spent 15 min on me. Normally I get a leg massage or something extra when I get my toes done. They were clean and looked sanitary but very short on time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My cuticles look more cut up than when I got there and it was the most rushed mani pedi I’ve ever had! They didn’t cut down my toe nails. They literally scrubbed my feet and rinsed them. When it came time for me to get my toes painted they directed me to the manicure table and had me put my feet under the table on the lady’s lap. When we got to the manicure she just started painting my nails, I had to ask her to clip my nails and cut my cuticles, when she finally brought water for me to soak my cuticles she rolled her eyes and water was ICE COLD! I will never go back.

I went in to get my nails done for my wedding just a simple white french tip acrylic. From what I could understand they decided to let a girl who is just learning do them. They turned out awful!!!! Super thick, black spots/a piece of fuz stuck under the nail, and they started lifting after 2 days! I finally had enough and went back in to get them removed. Instead of doing what I asked they just kept saying "we fix" "we fix". My nails are now 2 different shades of clear/ super foggy white and you can easily see where they attempted to fix them. I will never go back...

Very much loved the service. Feet and legs felt wonderful afterwards!! The fellow that worked with me gave a really nice deep massage on my calves - that night was first time in a while I got a decent night sleep. Will definitely go back to him. UPDATE: my next visit the gal was sick & kept coughing all over. Since her hands were busy with my feet, it was hard for her to always cover her mouth. I don't think Asian people take sick days-they are such hard workers. I didn't get as good of a treatment this time.

I have had wonderful Pedis here before. There is a young man that does excellent massages but I haven't seen him doing Pedis since...too bad. I slept so well the day he did my 1st Pedi. This time the gal was someone I'd not had before. She just lightly touched my legs and didn't trim the nail length like usual. I tried making general conversation, big mistake. She then began to tell me all her finance issues her & 2 non-working teens are having. Anything I suggested she had a reason it wouldn't work, so I stopped talking. The nail Polish was bearly applied with a super light clear coat added. Over the next few days I kept finding flakes of polish on the floor. After approx 7 days it was hard to tell I'd even been in. Sadly my last few experiences there haven't been as good as the 1st. Kept going back hoping for different results, but now considering a change.

The first few manicures I got here were good. The last two were some of the worst I've ever had. I got a gel polish manicure. The nails are bumpy and the edges rough. The young man who did my nails didn't understand English well enough to understand my concerns. I will NOT be back and will not be sending any business their way.

The ladies are very nice and try to accommodate as many people as possible. I had a gel manicure and it turned out great. It felt like the nail shops I frequent in Southern California. My complaint is that I think this place could be cleaner. There was nail dust everywhere. I understand that it gets airborne and lands on any surface but more frequent wiping would help. There were also nail clippings on some of the stations and that it just gross. I would go back since there are not that many walk in nail salons in the area.

Very friendly but I have definately had better quality pedi's done over in Korea AND at Tammy Lynn's nails on Hill Field road. This place is nice if you are needing something quick and live in the Roy...
Very friendly but I have definately had better quality pedi's done over in Korea AND at Tammy Lynn's nails on Hill Field road. This place is nice if you are needing something quick and live in the Roy area and do not want to drive far. I feel that they do not have a lot of options for pedis and even though the price was cheap...I would have preferred to pay more for better quality.

This place is nice if you are needing something quick and live in the Roy area and do not want to drive far. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! We made an appointment for a wedding party. We waited for over an hour and were barely even spoken to. It wasn’t until we got up to leave that they seemed to notice the eight of us sitting there. So it doesn’t make sense why we needed to make an appointment. Spend your money elsewhere where you’ll get better service.

I received two gift cards from my husband for Christmas one for $30 and the other for $35. The first time I tried to use them was in February and there was a sign showing the shop was closed for family emergency. My complaint is that I think this place could be cleaner. There was nail dust everywhere. I understand that it gets airborne and lands on any surface but more frequent wiping would help.
