I'm very sad to have to write a review with less than 5 stars. I used to love coming here all the time . I brought my entire family in multiple times I've told my sister in law , my mother in law , my husband, and my two friends have both came as well all at different times. I've helped to spread the word about this place because it is good in most areas. I brought a ton of business in for them. My husband about 2-3 weeks ago came in with an appointment and waited for 30-45 minutes even when he had an appointment. My husband told me about this and I was shocked at first. Then I decided to give them another try after hearing about my husband's experience and me and my sister set up an appointment at a time that they said would be available. Me and my sister in law walk into the location and there are at least 3 people still waiting to be helped , which was confusing. We both walked in and there wasn't even a place to really sit down that's how busy it was. I understand that the demand can get higher than the amount of employees can handle. So we sat down and we waited about 30-45 minutes and thought oh maybe its just a really busy day more than the normal. Then we noticed around 30 or so minutes waiting to get helped that 2-3 more people walked in needing to be helped. One lady walked up to Tina the owner ( Who is almost always nice btw) and asked her how long the wait will be . Realize that we had been waiting for about 30-45 minutes at this point and I walked outside in order to call a family member because I was bored for waiting so long. My sister in law who was trying to remain cheerful up until this point thought that this was the last straw that she could handle. She grabbed my items and then told Tina ( The owner) " Hey Tina I'm sorry but we have to go" Tina responds " Oh do you have an appointment somewhere" to which my sister in law responds yes we do we have other things to do. We expected the appointment to last at least an hour but we did not expect the wait time to also be almost an hour as well. Which is pretty ridiculous , regardless I will no longer want to do business here any longer as much as it makes me sad to say I loved Tina and the works she did and I can't keep putting up with the wait times. They did a great job with my acrylics and with my sister and mom's pedicures. All my nails were the same length and shape which is something I haven't been able to find before in a nail salon. They put an awesome design on my nails too! Very happy with them. Read Less

The quality of my acrylic set was nice. However, the customer service is super stingy. I got an acrylic set on my nails and they said it would be an additional $7 JUST to clean up the cuticles after they drill it and put in the set, something I can easily do myself at home. Removing the acrylic was also painful, and they made my thumb nail bleed. Instead of soaking first and then drilling off excess of the set, they just took it off dry. I’m a very nervous person, and going to a new nail place was tough, but they made me immediately comfortable. They were pleasantly chatty but not too much (I tend to like to just zone out and watch). The color on my nails is beautiful and has been lasting great! Will definitely return. Read Less

I probably told them 3 times that I would like an acrylic full set with gel on top... I ended up with just gel nails. I understand that there's a language barrier, but I mostly feel like they didn't care & just wanted me in and out. After inspecting the my gel nails I noticed bubbles, paint on my skin & cuticles, and unevenness. However, it was only $20 which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Read Less

The salon is extremely clean and comfortable, prices are fair and I have always been treated exceptionally well. They strive to make sure you are completely happy with the service you receive. They were not professional at all.I made an appointment but I had to wait for all the walk-ins that came before me.I did GEL NAILS and it FELL OFF IN A WEEK and I only have one nail that sits on my hand properly.Nail cuticles were not done neatly and they didn't filled my nails before applying gels.Additionally, it was hard to communicate with them since there were only two people who can speak English and I didn't got my nails done with them.Not recommended. My friend and I made appointment for 7pm. There was a bunch of people waiting and they closed in an hour. They took everyone that was waiting before us before they saw us. Not really sure what the point of booking the appointment was. We asked for manicures and gel nails. My friend got a seat finally right at 8. I was waiting to be seen until 8:30. When they finally got around to me the guy that was doing my nails did not give me a manicure. He immediately started putting on my gel nail polish without properly prepping my nails.  He later went on to put the wrong color on my hands and instead of starting over and fixing it, proceeded to cover it up with different polish. We ended up leaving at about 9 that night. My "gel" nails were gone by the third day. My friend had paid for her and I and they would not refund her that night for my manicure since it was not done or for the terrible job they did on my nails. My friends nails were bumpy and uneven and did not even look decent. My were a weird poop color since the gold mixed with the green that was underneath and fell off in three days. I should've just paid for regular nail polish. This place is awful with awful service. They DO NOT know what they are doing. They also did not clean their instruments in between clients. Don't go here, go to Utah nails up the road where it's A LOT cheaper and WAY better quality. Read Less

My friend made an appt here and I was a little skeptical. All three of us were accommodated to sit by each other even though it was a little busy. The service was awesome, so kind and welcoming. The massage with the pedicure was exactly what I needed- strong and hard but relaxing. Being a klutz, I scraped up my pedicure and was so embarrassed to come back. The pedicure was ok but i got gel on my real nails on my hands and they did just awful. On three of my nail there are huge clumps of nail polish that stick up and make my nails look deformed. He filed one of nails completely slanted. None of them are filed evenly. I told her I wanted the same color I had before and they didn't match it at all. The nail polish is completely uneven on all nails. They got nail polish on my skin at the bottom too. While I was there, a girl who had had her nails done earlier in the day came back in because her nail polish on 3 nails completely shriveled up. They fixed it but who wants to hassle with that??? And who's to say it wouldn't happen again?! Unfortunately, I could not recommend this place. I am truly mystified as to how they have such a high rating. Came here for the first time, as they were the only ones who could take me on the same day appointment for a Saturday.  Some young male teenager (as he appeared to be) did my pedicure.  He filed my toenail too short, to the point that it hurt my SKIN!!  I don't think I will go back here.  Their service was just OK, but will not come back here. The WORST manicure I've ever gotten. The pedicure was fine, but they totally rushed it and it was probably done in less than 20 minutes. I thought it would be a good experience because of the high ratings, but it was awful! The people were nice. The service done was terrible. I'm just being honest! I've been going to Tina for the last 7 years for my nails and eyebrows. She's absolutely phenomenal and so so so friendly! She remembers my family and asks about them, always takes her time, and is so skilled. I went to her for my wedding prep and many times after... I have NEVER been disappointed. I was a return costumer and came in to get my nailsdone before my trip I'm leaving for this week. When I walked in I was stared at and not greeted at all. When I said hi, the woman said "what do you need?" It was very uncomfortable and odd, but I had good work done before so I just responded I'd like my nails done. She stared at me before saying, "we're very busy." I didn't know what to say or do as the front says "walk-ins welcome" and I've never had an appointment. She then said, "you can come in an hour."When I came back, they still stared at me when I walked in and said "what do you need?" I honestly should've left at that point because I don't understand why they were being so rude. Is my business annoying you? I reminded them that I had an appointment and they told me to pick a color. Once I did they told me to sit down, and then 5 minutes later someone else came and told me to move again. The owner and the man who did my nails talked for a while as he removed my previous gel & cut me 3 times. Once he started the color I kept checking that he didn't miss spots & sides, which he did. He never said one word to me but I tried showing him. He was aware because he would fix some of the problems, but the overall quality and concern of the costumer was just non existent. I have bubbles, uneven color, & I was never asked what shape I wanted my nails. I'll never, ever come back. Not to mention being stared at rudely by various staff while I was there, & when I tried to pay no one speaking to me and ignoring me. My husband finally said, "uh, who do we pay?" LOVED them. Really a phenomenal place to go. If you tell them you don't like something or you want it shaped differently, or shorter, or whatever, they'll do it. Love this nail salon! I recently moved here from california and needed a nail salon that met the standards from what I'm used to and honestly this one is even better!!! They know the new trends and how to do them the best, they have chrome, shellac, cats eye, etc!!! The place is clean and very well put together as well. I came in for my six o clock appointment and the nice lady who usually does my nails was still finishing up with another client and told me I can sit in the massage chair while she finishes up with her, no other nail salon would do that, Great service!!! Wish I could give this place a better review. The salon was clean, I'll give them that. My polish turned out fine. But the pedicure experience itself was a disappointment. First of all, my entire pedicure lasted maybe 25 minutes start to finish. The guy doing my pedicure stopped mid-pedicure several times to text on his phone. There was almost no time spent on exfoliation or lotion. Not up to the standard of quality that I usually expect when getting a spa service. ProfessioNails was really great. The staff was super nice and helpful and my nails look amazing. The inside is clean and well organized and they have a TV set up so you can have something to do while your nails dry. Tina did designs on mine and she has an amazing eye for detail! I've been here multiple times before and normally LOVE my nails. However this last time I am really disappointed in the results. I got my nails done for my brother in laws wedding and everything was just off a bit this time. I got acrylic with regular nail polish. The nails looked to big for my fingers, the shape was off and the nail polish was super thin in some spots showing the nail (which I didn't see until I had left and went into the light) and they didn't paint my entire nail on some fingers. This is the first time ever I have felt remorse over getting my nails done here. We had to leave the next day for 13 hour car ride and had to find a salon here to go get my fingers some help. First thing the person mentioned was was how huge the nails looked for my fingers.I am so sad over this entire experience. Read Less

I love this place. They are consistently good and cheap. I tried mood gel nails today. It was a gamble and a little weird, but I liked it overall. It changes with the temperature of your hands so it's entertaining during the winter. I have been coming to ProfessioNail for about 5 months now and have always liked the way they've done my acrylics. Although I've liked their work, the store is a completely unprofessional environment. Half the time the employees are walking around with their shoes off watching weird tv programs and playing games on their phone. It's not appropriate, honestly. But I let it slide because they were quick, efficient, and cheap.But I just got back from an absolutely terrible experience here, that is my last straw. First of all, when I tried to explain the new shape of nail I wanted, the man doing my nails rudely responded that he knew what I wanted... well clearly he didn't because my nails did not turn out the way I asked. Not only that, but I told him to only cut off a little but as you can see from my photos my nails are extremely short. When he first took a look at my nails, he actually made the most disgusted grunt and shook his head. Throughout the session, he kept laughing at me for whatever reason and would continually shake his head. I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to get up and leave. When he removed my nail polish, he left so much on my nail and made a mess all over my fingers and didn't bother to clean it off completely. Not only that, but his actual paint job was just messy. I came here because the reviews are so good, but as you can see from the pictures, this was a terrible pedicure.The water was cold, and I had asked them twice to drain it to make it warm and it was never warm enough. There was gunk floating in the basin, and I could see caked/on debris around the drain. I am assuming that's where the floaty's came from. I had to ask them to turn the spa jets on, and I warned the technician that I have an ingrown toenail that need to be clipped with a pair of cuticle scissors.
