My daughter went there and got her nails done. Within 3 days, all of her acrylic nails had fallen off. She went back into the salon and asked what they could and would do to make it right... the guy wanted to charge her a refill price, even though their workmanship had failed. Their service was incredibly horrible, and they were very unprofessional. If you want to waste your money and time, and enjoy being treated like dirt, swing on in and pay them a visit. This place sucks. My friend and I went in on a Sunday which is the slowest day! They were not busy at all and they did the crappiest job on our feet and nails! I got a pedicure at Le Nails today and while it wasn't the best experience I've had with pedicures, it was a quality job. The owner Danny did my pedicure and painted the most beautiful flower on my toe that I've ever had. Also, the massage chairs were fantastic. Read Less

I've never met people in my life that were so unprofessional and rude especially at a nail salon. My friend and I were visiting from Hawaii and she wanted to get her nails done. I told sure we can go do your nails but I don't know any places that are good because we aren't from Utah. We kinda got lost in the mall looking for the nail salon, but found it after looking at the map of the mall. When we first arrived, one guy just looked at us at asked "what do you want?" Then continued to look at his phone. Then a lady that was reading a magazine, gave me and my friend that UGLY look and side stare, when we requested the price of the nails my friend wanted. My friend looked at me and asked me what should we do, I told her don't get her nail done. She agreed with me. I work in the business industry and the way they welcomed us is no way a customer should be treated! They seem like they don't like there job. Ewe! Walked in for a pedi, stood around waiting for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me so while standing there I started to notice how filthy the place was. DO NOT GO HERE if you care about the appearance of your nails.I know mall nail salons are pretty much hit or miss but I never get anything elaborate. My nails are short and I always get a shellac/gel mani and pedi.My "manicure" consisted of the girl filing my nails and that's it. There was no pre-soak, no cleaning up my cuticles (which are always bad since I tend to pick at them as a nervous habit.) just a quick file that I could have done myself at home. I picked light pink as my color. I could immediately see when she opened the bottle that the polish was old and thick. But instead of choosing a different color like I should have, I just figured she knew what she was doing and light pink is my favorite shellac color. The workmanship was terrible she painted over my cuticle in some spots and the polish was uneven and wrinkled after going under the UV light.When I pointed it out to her she tried to paint over the wrinkles making it more uneven and ridiculous looking. And when I told her I was not satisfied her husband interjected and told me that there was nothing wrong with my nails and that's just how the polish was. When I told him there were wrinkles everywhere he said there were none. When I suggested maybe I was crazy and seeing things he angrily told his wife to take the polish off. Rather than let my poor nails suffer any longer I just opted to leave without continuing services.I guess the only plus side to this encounter was they only charged me $15 instead of $30. But even $15 is a little pricey for a mani that looks like a 5 year old child gave me. Read Less
