I came in super last minute and they were so great! I got a manicure and pedicure done by Kim Anna and she's just the sweetest! Very attentive and made sure I liked exactly what she did and she didnt make a big deal that I am very indecisive about my nail colors and designs, gave her opinion when I asked. I always hate to be the person who makes people stay open past closing time, but I was that person this time unfortunately, however, they were very kind and didnt rush through their work which I really appreciated it. They are super helpful and go the extra step. I had my 2 pointer gel come off (maybe I was too rough on them with dishes?) And they fixed them right up! When I got there they were busy buy fit me in right away. Very nice and didn't make me feel like an inconvienieve (unlike the grumpy old lady getting a pedicure 😂). I can't believe how horrible of a nail job I received here. Went in for a fill and she was super aggressive cutting me several times including separating my natural nail from my finger. The acrylic is stuck to EVERY finger on the side, I've spent an hour trying to pull my skin away from the nails. I could have done a better job myself. Then she decided to shape and file my nails AFTER she put the gel polish on which just made them look ridiculous. I'm not one to complain at businesses, I brush it off and figure they had a bad day. Love their Gel manicure. Who doesn't when you can enjoy a champagne and get your nails done. Their gel colors are endless and you can get a design with it as well with few extra bucks. I've only had a pedicure twice in my life  so not a lot of experience here but I thought they did just fine. My feet were terrible and I debated about going to a farrier instead - so for what theses poor ladies had to deal with I give them an A+! Went in for an acrylic full and French paint. She hurt me a couple of times during the filing and I do not really like the way they look. Sort of bumpy Told her I wanted paint not gel. She put gel on anyway and charged me extra for gel.   She charged me also extra for French tip.  It should have been 15 for full and 5 for French but she charged me 25. Went here for my wedding French manicure 2 months ago.. perfect, beautiful and lasted. Went in today for the same thing. This time I was with a young man that obviously didn't know how to do a French manicure. He cut my real nails off then tried to paint them back on. White part is bigger than cuticle. I went there ONLY because my usual nail girl could not get me in earlier.  I went for fills with gel polish.  My "nail tech" was NOT friendly at all!  When he was all done, I showed him the side of the nails (5 in total) that he missed, thinking he would fix them no worries. (for price that I paid) He fixed 3 with polish and the other 2 with a nail file (that should have been done with polish as well).  If my regular girl is NOT available, I will wait until she is!  I will NEVER EVER go back or recommend Royal Nails! I took my daughter here for some birthday pampering and we were given the royal treatment! All three employees who worked on us were so nice and polite! The biggest thing that impressed me was that everything was so clean and sanitary! Of all the nail salons I've been to this was by far the cleanest. Fantastic experience. I'm an older, heavy set person and I have a hard time getting in and out of a lot of the Pedicure chairs. Their chairs are not close together so there is plenty of room. The chairs are in great condition. They were able to take 3 of us on a walk in basis and were extremely friendly. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very conscientious after I told him about my sensitive cuticles. First pedicure I've had where my cuticles didn't bleed. I will be back. Read Less

While my mother had Tran as her nail tech and received excellent service, I had Johnny for my pedicure. Not only were my nails filed unevenly with sharp corners, when I asked him to fix it he was incredibly rude. By far the worst pedicure and customer service I have ever received. This salon is the worst I have ever been to. I walked in at 1230p asked for a gel manicure. The lady said it wouldn't be a long wait. Then after a 30min wait she wouldn't do a manicure but only polish.  THEN, I couldn't have the color I chose bc it was being used. I told her I would wait for the color I wanted and then she said she didn't have time to wait so I had to chose another color. Entire experience was awful. I will never go back. STAY AWAY! Read Less

The man who removed my shellac took off half of my nail bed with his grinding tool, charged me twenty dollars on top of the five for shellac removal to give me a manicure that was sloppy and drew blood. He didn't clean the tools he used after and his hands smelled like cigarette smoke. I was not happy with the result and my nail polish chipped the next day. I will not be going back! Read Less

So I came to visit my sister and was in dire need of a fill! I researched everywhere from here to Provo and called so many nail salons. I finally made up my mind and decided to go to Royal Nail Salon & Spa. I'm from California and I was super hesitant because I'm super picky about how my nails are done. They charged me $15 for a fill which is the same out there and the guy there did a great job! However I wanted pink with black French tips and I guess because I have long oval/stiletto nails they wanted to charge $10 extra! Insane! I wanted a pedicure too and when I asked it was $25! The heck! I always pay less than $18 in California are they gonna wrap my feet in gold or something? Crazy prices. I think I'll come with my nails done and feet done in California instead of coming back again:/ they're too pricey. Might be because they're the only nail salon in town. But hey if you wanna dish out $ for an overpriced amount set for pedicures then go ahead! Read Less
