I was not very impressed at all with the customer service or the service. I feel as though they tell you what ever price they feel like telling you. They do not want to take any time on doing something you actually want, and if they did, it would cost you an arm and a leg! Even a "special" glitter polish.. $10 extra! I dropped in for a manicure. Everyone was very nice, but as I mentioned in my first sentence, I was there for a manicure. First warning sign this wasn't what I was hoping for was when the man that was doing my nails opened a small plastic box he had gotten from under the table that contained all his tools. The file was dirty, the buffing block was shredded, and the metal tools were obviously just put back in there from the last person. Why I didn't leave right then, I don't know. After soaking my fingers in a bowl of water, he got up to the sink to dump out the water, he rinsed it out and put it under the sink to be used for someone else. Gross. The nail polish application was horrendous. I started with a grey color. After the first application, it was streaky and thick. He started with the second coat and it was worse. I stopped him and he thinned the nail polish with remover and it was still bad. So he removed it and I got another color. The new color went on smooth. Now that I am home, I can see that none of the shapes of my nails are even and the polish has missed most of the side of my nail.Obviously I will never be going back. Other customers seemed happy, but how can they overlook all of the unsanitary conditions? Read Less

Didn't enjoy my pedicure at all. First, the guy that did my toes was pushy with trying to up sale me on gel nails, for only $25 extra. Wtf. No. He half assed his job as it was, so I wasn't about to pay extra when I was already doing the European option. The "scrub" was literally, LITERALLY, him wiping it on my shin and wiping it off. To top it all off he filed my skin off above my nails to the point just shy of drawing blood. I told him 3 times and he's hurting my skin. He then put the file on his own hand and said "no, it doesn't hurt". Excuse me? It freaking hurt. Just rude and inconsiderate. Rip off! My daughter went there while visiting in town. She has time to kill after a massage and just went to the salon next door. She wanted a pedicure $30. Then she wanted jell. $10 more. I really wish we would have looked at reviews before heading into this place. Our experience was identical to those negative reviews described. The only shining star was I felt like the place was clean and they had a good selection of gel colors. The whole time they were trying to up sale me and I I was being asked for additions to my services in such a pushy way that I finally asked the man doing my pedicure to please stop pestering me about money or I was going to leave. It was really awkward. The manicure was basically a glorified paint job. No warm water soak, no lotions applied and no massage. The biggest turn off of the whole experience was one of the male employees "sniffing" so loudly (someone else described it as coughing and I know exactly what she is trying to describe) and in such an intense way that I felt really grossed out by the time we were done. I went in with 3 of my sisters to get a pedicure. It was awful! They were rude and spoke about us pointing and laughing. The guy doing my nails said it cost an extra $5 for him to scrub my feet. I’ve never had a pedicure where my feet were not scrubbed I thought scrubbing your feet is the point of a pedicure. I upgraded to the European and he still did not scrub my feet. He coughed on my feet multiple times. Then quickly put polish on and walked away and never returned. He sat on his phone across from me and never put on my flip flops on that all of my sisters had placed on their feet. All of my sisters got the European and did not have to pay an extra $5 to have their feet scrubbed. When another lady sat in my chair they never cleaned it or rinsed it out. I would avoid this place. There are so many other nail places there is no need to deal with this. Do not waste your money here. I see that they respond to each complaint on here with claiming to not recognize the person but I have 3 sisters who can also verify that we were there and it was horrible. Management if you would like to discuss the issues and fix them please respond and we can help you fix these issues. You will not be in business much longer if this persists. Read Less

I went in with my daughter and the woman who worked on my nails and pedicure was very rude, and even snapped at me many times. My daughter had a man who cut the nails too close, pulled at the cuticles too aggressively and did the worst French manicure she's ever seen. It was a generally unpleasant experience and we both wanted to get up and go within the first ten minutes. It was also very unclean. I have never written a review before but I felt this was well worth it. I went in a few days ago with my cousin to get our nails done. I was getting an acrylic fill and she was getting a gel manicure. The sign outside advertised $15 for a acrylic fill and $13 for a manicure. I had one nail that had come off and needed to be repaired but when I sat down the woman doing my nails removed two more nails without telling me before. I also asked for chrome acrylic nails and she told me that would be $10 extra and I said that was fine thinking that it would only be $25. My cousin also got gel and I assumed that the cost of the gel would be $10 as well. But I was sadly mistaken. I went up to the counter to pay at the end and it was a total of $83! My nails cost $50 and my cousin's cost $33. I didn't understand how I got to that number and the only way I got to $50 is if they charged me $25 for a whole new set in addition for $15 for a fill and $10 for gel. My cousin and I went in as a walk in to get our nails done, and they sat us down immediately. My cousin had fake nails and wanted to do metallic gel, and they got right to work. I thought that I was gonna get my nails done right away, but I had to wait a good 25 minutes sitting in a chair. They did a beautiful job on both of our nails, but then the bill came. My simple gel job was $33, and my cousin had needed one new fake nail and a gel job, and hers was $50 JUST FOR THE BUSTED FAKE NAIL. They advertised fake nails for $15 as a replacement, and $25 for a whole set. I don't know how 15 goes to $50. Though we were happy with the job, it was wayyyyyy to expensive. Read Less

Okay, so I really don't like to do this. My pedicure was fine. Nothing to write home about but it was nice and quick....after I waited for 20 minutes and my friend, who was only there to get her gel polished removed left because she was over waiting.My issue is the simple polish change I got on my nails. I recently had a mani but removed the old color, so I just needed them to paint a new one. The way the polish dried was very weird and the painting was sloppy. It's coming apart around the edges. This is the simplest thing to do, just polish. But it's a mess and I'm not impressed. I should have listened to the other reviews and just went to my usual salon. Read Less

Jane was absolutely lovely- filled and repaired broken nails and waxed all within an hour. The place was very busy, so they must be doing something right! Worst pedicure I've ever recieved. However, the nail tech was very friendly and nice. Granted, I purchased the basic pedicure for my neice and I but I didn't expect it to be so bad. He didn't clip or file my nails, rushed through it in about 15 minutes because they had 3 people waiting. He didn't paint the ends of my nails and it looked chipped right away. It hasn't even been a week and half the polish chipped off one of my nails. I've had pedicures in several different cities and they always last 2-4 weeks at the minimum. What a waste of money. Never ever again. I've been here twice and was 1) never impressed by cleanliness but this last time was the last straw for me. I came in at about 130 this past Sunday and the place was empty. Ok. Cool. No wait. 30 mins later the place was so jammed my guy was trying to rush his way through my mani and pedi.  He told me to wait on the top coat on my hands and started another ladies pedicure. Five minutes later I have to ask for the top coat and he's about to apply without washing his hands after handling someone else's feet.  Ewe. Like I had to ask him to wash his hands.  Then he tried to rush and messed up a nail of mine which he wasn't happy to fix.  As it is.  The nails looked like crap. The final straw - I bring my own Chanel polishes and he was so careless about screwing on the top that the polishes leaked and made a mess. Never ever again says it all. Read Less
