My go to place for pedicures. Newer massage leather chairs. Clean, neat, tidy welcoming salon. Efficient, quality and friendly service. Reservations are best but can usually walk in and get taken care of quickly. Highly recommend the number 3 pedicure and bring your own "refreshment" but they have cold bottled water too! NOT worth even 25$!! Very unprofessional way of treating customers. She did not prep nail properly or even push back cuticle. Put such a thin layer of acrylic on nails that they were completely flat with NO rounded nail shape. I had to go home to even up tip lengths with my file. Worst nails I've ever had done. I came in here with a co-worker in an appointment was made prior to arriving. When we got there they were packed and obviously overbooked so they shouldn't have taken our appointment! On top of that there were other people coming in and already there who had an appointment as well having to wait. This is why you don't overbook and when people call in to inquire about making appointment you simply let them know that you can't accept any more appointments, but would welcome a walk in but the wait is going to be VERY LONG! One of the services that I received was eyebrow waxing and after she was done I asked if I could see them and she seem to have an attitude about that(VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!) Another service that I got was armpit wax. I feel like the person doing my wax didn't know what she was doing and when I got home I realized that she had done a HORRIBLE  job because I still had a significant amount of hair under my pits and there shouldn't have been any! On top of that here I am a week or later and my armpits are very tender, sore and red and I'm having to use a sugar scrub on them to help with the discomfort and irritation! The last service that I received was a manicure and I felt like the service was rushed and not as good as it could have been had the nail tech took her time. Once again this is why you don't overbook because those extra dollars are going to mean anything when you give poor service which will result in the customer NOT returning! My coworker wound up getting a pedicure and she too felt that the service was rushed and not as good as it could have been! People were sooooo rude. They rushed us out at 6:55 when we still had wet nails so they could close early. The woman literally stood over us and starred us down forcing us to leave because it was so awkward and uncomfortable. The manicures and pedicures are fine. But don't go without an appointment. I was a walk in and asked for a mani/pedi. They said sure. Just as they were finishing pedicure a large group walked in and announced they were 45 minutes early for their appointments. I was told they couldn't do my manicure. Read Less

Terrible service. My daughter and I wanted our nail polish redone on our toes. They put our feet on little garbage cans to paint them instead of sitting us in pedicure chairs. Come to find out, polish change for an adult is $10, $7 for my 7 year old!! Bad experience here; chose the mid-range pedicure then was told my heels were dry and asked if I wanted to upgrade to the wax treatment. Not a big deal, but the lady next to me was told the exact same thing. Part of their spiel I guess. When it came time to polish I was told it was $3.00 extra for the OPI since it is 'long lasting'. Whenever I receive a horrible service I don't ever feel the need to write a review. I just let it go. But for some reason this time I felt the need to. First of all, Tracy, the owner was horrible. I asked her a simple question and she freaked out and started being rude. The nerve of her to start yelling at me (the customer) in front of everyone. This is NOT how a business owner should treat a paying customer. The service was horrible, the wait was too long, and the employees ignore you. The minute she came and got me to sit me down by her desk she was immediately rude. Didn't say a word, looked at me and gave me a dirty look. Not friendly at all, horrible service, ridiculous prices and you bet I will never come back here again. If you ever want to go to an affordable nail salon you might as well go to Solar Nails in Kimball Junction at Redstone!!! Do not ever go to the Solar Nails in Bonanza! Best nail salon in town ,we come in group of 6 guys for Pedicure with out appointment they took us after 10 minutes waiting, very professional and relaxing place, the nail tech give us best long foot massage with hot stone and paraffin hot wax, that was best Pedicure ever. If I could give this place no stars, I would.  DO NOT GO HERE! You will end up with your cuticles cut and bleeding.  To add, the gel was terribly done and I had to go somewhere else to soak them off.  The sad part was when I pointed it out they just told me that it looked fine.  Do not waste your money here!
