Scheduled An Appointment & Called As Soon As They Opened , Walked In For A Fill In As Scheduled Like I Did Over Phone, Nobody Helped Me. Thinking I Was Coming In To Get My Nails Did, They Acted As If I Didnt Schedule. Acted Like My Name Wasn't On The List For An Appointment. Would've Been My First Experience With Them But I'll Never Go Back There. It Was So Unprofessional To Not Write Down Someone Info When Calling For An Appointment. Not To Mention They Didn't Even Ask Do I Want To Reschedule or Come Back, The Woman Didn't Say Nothing But Kept Looking At Her Clipboard After I Kept Repeating Myself When Can Someone Help Me, She Didnt Give Me No Answer & Again, Kept Looking Down At Her Clipboard. This has been my favorite place to get a pedicure for years. The last 5-10 times things have been going downhill. Chairs broken..remotes for chairs most of buttons broken off..never on time even if you make an appointment..made an appointment for 4 and were told to wait 30+ minutes upon arrival etc..but today it took 3 different people to finish my one basic pedicure? And after sitting for another 10+ minutes..being told to wait until the final coat could be put on..I had to ask to have it done (pedicure was at 1.5 hours by this time) and then several workers were yelling across the salon about how I wanted my final coat so I could leave..how EMBARRASSING!!! And no apology and a crappy paint job to top it all off. I have recommended this place to soooo many people. I will not be going back. Has potential to be great again..but it’s gonna take some work. The negatives were tolerable when they had the affordable rose pedicure..now they start at $36 and the first person working on me could not tell me the difference between any of them. Unfortunate. I work nearby and this has been the place to go to get a good pedicure. The employees always make us feel welcome and have been accommodating when we have a change in appt. time/number of us showing up. I've come for a gel manicure four times now and it just keeps getting better and better. I would be cautious about the one star reviews of this place, as I am a repeat customer who has NEVER had a bad experience. One instance I had to wait 5 minutes to start an appointment (which apparently is enough to give a one star review in Park City?) but they always finish quickly and my nails last for at least two weeks. This place is a local favorite, and for good reason. They do a great job every time I've gone and have fixed my nails after other salons dremmeled deep grooves in them. I highly recommend making an appointment as drop-ins are frequently turned away because they are so busy. Read Less

My favorite place to get my nails done in PC. The staff is awesome, friendly and conversational. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that while they suggest you make a reservation, they don't often honor them in the way you'd expect .Furthermore, like anywhere I suppose, when the technician feels like they're over the day they don't do a very good job. This is hands down, feet down the best nail salon I've ever been too  The staff is friendly and professional without being pushy.  Their pedicures last weeks without chipping.  Plan an hour for your pedi as it comes with a wonderful relaxing foot and leg massage. Read Less

I love this Nail Salon! It's incredibly hygenic and offers hundreds of nail colors, to boot. The pedicures are always amazing with the best foot/leg massage of all comparable options. I recently had an issue - my nail polish smudged in the shower several hours after the pedicure. Nails La Belle fixed it that day with no issue or attitude. I've been to this location in multiple accounts and the service just keeps getting worse. My mom and I were quoted the same price and then when the bill actually was written up they charged one of us $15 more without a reason. When asked about it they changed it saying they'd give me a "deal" although I was getting the regular quoted rate. They are just in a hurry to get you out of their chairs. No sense of time. I usually love this place but my most recent experience made me so mad. So my appointment was at 1:00 I had 3 other people in my group. I chose my color and sat down 1:30 rolls by and everyone else in my group has started their pedicures while I still sit the there with my feet up with no water for me to soak them in. It's now 1:50 and the lady that was supposed to do my nails came over and asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and asked her if they had a polish similar to the one I had because mine was dried out. She said I will find one and walked over and did another girls toes and I may mind you that the ladies toes that she went over to do WALKED IN AFTER ME!! So unprofessional. I just walked in there and asked for a backfill, and the lady looked at me blankly then muttered something in - I'm guessing - Vietnamese to someone else. Then, that was it. I was SO impressed with this nail salon! Such a friendly staff and took me right away for my pedicure I picked out the colors I wanted have a large select of the top brands OPI, Essie the best of the best products. They offer may different types of pedis I picked the rose/ lavender pedicure due to being under stress it was so relaxing! She took her time and helped me with my issues! I have been to a lot of different nail salons and this is a good one. The staff was friendly, the salon is attractive and has nice equipment, and they did a great job with my nails. I have a very hands on job where I am constantly washing my hands so a manicure that lasts for more than two days is rare for me (unless acrylic). I got gel nails and they have lasted 4 days so far. Came here for pedicures while on vacation from Madison, WI.  My toes turned out fantastic, the foot massage was great and the service (spa pedicure w/ shelac) was only 56$.  A great spot for a great pedicure, that won't break the bank!! Read Less

We just finished with a pre booked wedding party appointment for 11 mani/pedis.   I came in 2 weeks ago to get my nails done and talk through the bookingWhen we arrived, every technician was busy with a client and they acted like we were an inconvenience.  When someone was finally free, they would either take one of us OR a new walk in.  We were then told there may not be time to do everyone's manicure because they had gotten busy. Almost 3 hours later, we were finished--- several had chunks of skin missing from a rush job.  Everyone's nails are on a spectrum from adequate to very well done but this salon could not have made this appointment more un special if they tried.  Extremely disappointed and frustrated they didn't even offer a discount or apology.  I'm sorry I didn't just leave and find another salon.
