Two days ago, my friend treated me to a manicure and pedicure here, which was so amazing of her. The staff was friendly and professional and I love my gel manicure. However, I was too busy chatting with my friend to notice, until I got home, that my heels were still white and cracked. I wish she would have worked on them more since that is my favorite part of getting a pedicure. Also, my left big toe is infected. I'm not sure if she cut it too short or what. I just want to say I never complain or leave negative feedback but when I went in yesterday I had a pretty unusual experience. I chose this salon last minute because one of my nails had broke (they are real and were very long) so I wanted to get this fixed as soon as possible. I asked the girl doing my nails to remove the dipping powder I currently had on, put an acrylic on the broken nail and trim them a very very little amount. side note: IF YOU NEED THEM TO REMOVE DIPPING POWDER, DON'T! She removed them by clipping the tip of my actual nail and using the clippers to cut away the rest and then used an acrylic nail that she shoved under the nail to pull it off what she couldn't get with the clippers. THIS WAS ACTUALLY VERY PAINFUL! At any other salon they file it down with a drill or something and then soak your nail, but they did not do this! It felt like she was pulling my real nails off, it hurt soooo much. So now the tips of my nails were are all messed up so she completely cuts my nails all the way down and says "look now you don't need an acrylic on the broken one because they are all the same length" WHYYYYYY would you do that?! She was obviously just in rush as they were busy... but I made an appointment and was expecting them to schedule their appointments a little better to make time for each guest. Now I'm not saying they don't look good. THEY DO LOOK GREAT. But bottom line the experience was painful and she didn't do what I asked and was clearly just in a rush. I usually go to Suaves Nails in Lindon on state st. and would have gone there but they couldn't get me in last minute, they are amazing though and have always taken such good care of me. This is my place! I usually get just a pedicure, sometimes and manicure. The pedicure package is a great service for a great price. $25 for: foot soak, pedicure/detailing, massage, lotion, sugar scrub, hot stone and hot towel. They do great work and have a large selection of quality polishes. They are always sanitary and use disposable liners in the foot baths. I always recommend Utah Nails. Read Less

I have only been there once so far but I am very happy with my nails.  I did not have an appointment and they were able to see me as a walk in. I have gotten compliments on my nails and the color is beautiful.  I will be going back there - their selection with gel colors is the most I have ever seen.  They are fast and efficient without giving up quality.  My husband is also happy with my nails.  You definitely need to try them! This use to be my favorite place to get my nails done! Jimmy is fantastic! But as of recent the service there is awful!!!! I went in for a set of acrylics and they look absolutely hideous. The nail tech would not listen to what I wanted and to top it off they were making rude comments about customers who had just left. They were laughing at us the entire time and over charged me. When I attempted to ask why the price different the nail tech pretended to not know English. Truly an awful experience will not be getting my nails done again unless it’s from jimmy. Read Less

This is BY FAR my favorite nail salon in Utah County! I have been coming here every two weeks for almost 2 years now. There's a reason I come back every time: amazing nails! My nails are always on point. I always get compliments on the colors, and how good they look! The other fantastic thing about this place is that they are very considerate of people who actually make reservations. you know I’ve been coming here for a good while and it was so good and quality was so good but these last couple of months they have been rude and the quality has been awful. I make an appointment and then they say they can’t make time for me because they are always over booking. They are rude and never listen to what you want always how they want to do it. They rush the whole process on top of all of that. They don’t take there time. They did a set of nails on me and I kept explaining how I wanted them and to file more and at the end of it all I wasn’t happy and I let them know but of course I was charged $50.00 so I came the next day because they said they would fix them and they did but of course I had to pay again and I said no, like I was unhappy with what I got and we went back and forth at the end of it all I was forced to pay another $45.00. Yes they gave me a $5 discount. So a grand total of $95.00 for a full set. Customer service is awful. 10/10 don’t recommend. What I do recommend is Essence Nails. Read Less

Walked in for full set. Was spoken to poorly and never put in line for service. I left without trying this place. I just called today in an attempt to schedule ahead. After explaining what services I would like 3 times, the lady on the end mowed over my request with a standard reply and hung up. I called back 2 additional times, no answer. The third time she convinently said she didn't understand and didn't know who I was although we had spoken just minutes previously. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE. I came here with friends for pedicures. We had to wait for around 15 minutes but there were three of us without appointments so it was to be expected. The number extras we received without additional cost was fabulous. The hot stone massage was my personal favorite. They had many many polish choices and shellac colors as well. Not happy! First the lady that did my nails grabbed the wrong color. The shape of my nails are nothing like I asked her and she charged me for ombré for all finger when I tried explaining to her I only wanted it on one finger. Ombré look like crap. I just love this place! I have gone to other places in the area and I am never pleased with their service. Other places are always super rough with your feet and I leave feeling like my skin is burned off. At Utah Nails they really take care of you! The technicians who have worked on me are always really skilled, and their prices are comparable to the area. The only thing I would recommend is bring cash if you can! Best nail salon ever!! I've been to so many nail salons and this one is by far the best. I live out of state but whenever i come to visit i make sure to get my nails done here. 'Tis only once in a blue moon you find a nail salon that can get you in and out within 35 minutes, while doing acrylics! These talented nail technicians never cease to amaze me as they quickly whip my crappy nails into beautiful pieces of art. I've not gone in once and came out unhappy. It's a fairly clean facility with good chairs and friendly faces. The price was decent as well, I paid $45 (including tip) for a full set. My only complaint is it can get a little busy (but I mean, you have to expect that with them being so good). Just make sure to call ahead so you'll be able to get in and out in the quickest amount of time. I'll be back again soon for gel nails!! Read Less

Fast!!! I've never had a manicure done in 25 min but Kim did it and I LOVE my nails. Each nail was trimmed and filed perfectly.She noticed each and every little imperfection and corrected it. Definitely come here (just call on your way over) if you don't have a lot of time! Read Less

I swear by this place. I always come here for shellac nails and sometimes the occasional pedicure. I usually call the day of and they have always gotten me in same day. Without fail, I am in and out within 30 minutes including removal and application. The staff is friendly and have remembered me from the past so we have fun conversations whenever I come. They have a great variety of colors to choose from. My most recent visit I faced a color crisis and the guy talked me through my pros and cons of which color suits best...coming in clutch. They are always considerate of what I want and go above and beyond, even though I'm only paying for application. My shellac always lasts forever and never peels. Since discovery of this little salon tucked in the corner, I have not gone anywhere else. Definitely worth a try. Read Less

They do a nice job with my nails, they always take me as a walk in. I've come to get an acrylic set and fills a few times. I think the woman does a really nice job. However the two men are very talkative and opinionated. The man, who I assume is the owner, was watching YouTube videos on his iPad quite loudly right next to my station, ironically he said he doesn't turn on the TV because it's distracting. I have come here one time and one time only to have a pedicure and glitter toes done. Since I was a walk in on a Saturday morning they had a few appointments ahead of me, one of which was a no-show, so I ended up being able to get in the chair only having to wait about five or so minutes. The nail technician did a wonderful job with my pedicure, then I was switched to another station where the new nail technician did my glitter toes. They have a huge selection of colors for this, so I was very pleased with my options. I left happy, but it was a little more expensive than I had imagined it would be. Just sitting at this overpriced (but good) juice shop next door, and decided to take a moment to compliment how amazing my fresh a.f. gel mani and pedi are. I had a man do my feets, and he gave me the most life changing hot stone massage. It I didn't have a wonderful boyfriend, pretty sure I would have proposed to the man who did my pedi. It was KILLER. He seemed to have a really good relationship with all the client base that walked in, which is always awesome. The woman who did my gel mani was so sweet. She did a really good job, she was all delicate and detailed. I love this midnight color I got (#6050, holla) Totally wish I got my technicians names, so I can request them next time. The salon was cute, clean and steadily busy. Pricing was what I'm used to, so that was okay by me.(P.S. Ladies, if you want just a gel polish application, it's only $15, but if you want the gel and the mani its $25 - so if you're not looking to clip the cuticles, just get the gel application)They just got a new (really weird) new client in me.
