Anna was amazing!!!! She was so kind and friendly. She was detail focused regarding my manicure and pedicure. I have been to 4 different nail salons around the area. At every single location (EXCEPT for Nail Expo) I felt like a person on an assembly line, a burden. Not here, Anna gives the best customer service and genuinely cares about your experience. Wife went in today, had an appointment and wasn't seated until an hour after. They were also taking walk ins before people with a scheduled appointments. My wife likes to get her nails done and it had been a while since she had acrylics done. She said it was a good visit. John did her nails and she was very happy with them. The employees were nice and the place was clean. Good price, except for if you want a little glitter line under the white tip, it’s an extra $7. Its a hit and miss with who you get. Some are great others are not. I use to only come here, and this one experience changed it. I went in for acrylics with color. I was looking through the colors and then it was my turn to get my nails done. I still hadn't decided a color. (it had only been like 3 minutes) the lady asked me what color I wanted and I said I still needed to look. I got maybe 30 seconds into looking when she said "no more" and yanked my arm toward her and told me to choose a color. Me being rushed just picked a random one and it being and ugly pinkish brown. USED TO BE A SPECIAL EXPERIENCE. For years this was my favorite place. I had an appointment today with Tami as a treat for myself. Maybe not being a regular makes you less important because I arrived for my appointment at 2:20pm and was seated right away with another tech. When I requested my reservation I was told to wait 5-10 minutes which became 30 minutes. Without even a “sorry to keep you waiting” I was treated to the excellent work I drove past other places to rece...ive. She moved on to someone else and completely forgot about me there drying while visiting with a friend or regular. The business used to be about making everyone feel special. I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. Horrible service. Rude people. AND my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I all got ingrown toenails and feet infections after going here. My mother-in-law had to have surgery and get her toenails removed because they damaged them so badly. I would never recommend this place to anyone, except maybe my enemies. DO NOT GO HERE. Great service the lady that did my nails was excellent and super friendly, but this was the most expensive manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The other girl who did my friends nails charged her 5 dollars to put a flower on two nails. She didnt even tell her the price of it when she basically forced her to get it done. Most horrible pedicure I've ever had!! I came in and the young guy doing it didn't even act like he wanted to be doing it.... tried taking my GEL off with nail polish remover after I'd already told him it was gel... then he didn't get my heals softened good at all barley touched them and they needed love! Didn't put lotion on. him and the other girl working on my mother kept talking rudely about my mother and I the whole time! I will never come back again! I suggest you don't either! I have been going for 3 years having John do my nails, I just barely broke a nail today and went in and called before and they said I would have to wait 15 minutes, well 45 minutes later he tried to take a full set in front of me when I needed one nail fixed and she had only been there for a short period of time. I went every two weeks for a fill, tipped every time, and have never been so disappointed till tonight. Especially when it's my anniversary this weekend and i leave for a trip tomorrow and I told him that. Sadly will not be going back after how I was treated tonight. I have come here twice while my regular nail tech was out on vacation. While I was  satisfied with the service I received, I have one major gripe. I have a very busy schedule so each time, I have called and set up an appointment (to make sure I am finished with some time to spare). But both times I came a few minutes early and had to wait over 20 minutes to be serviced. What's the point of an appointment when I have to wait just as long as a walk-in?Other than that, I have been very satisfied. They do a fabulous job! Ask for John (he is terrific)! Called on a Tuesday afternoon and got an appointment for 4:30. We rolled in a little before 4 and were attended to around 4:15. This was my first pedi. They're pretty quick here with the service, but it shows since the nail polish goes on a little sloppy, but nothing terrible.They are super nice. I came here for a pedicure with a bunch of friends. All my friends got there early so they got the awesome pedicures. Mine was not ugly or anything, it just hurt! The guy I got just isn't very good at doing nails. He cut things back way too much and it hurt. I'm pretty sure he made me bleed a little. Terrible customer service. My best friend and I went to get a pedi and we picked our color and showed them a picture of the design we wanted. It was a basic pink with a gold glitter hombre. I could do this at home. They agreed to do the design. Don't come here. I made a mistake just looking at the pictures of the nails they did.. And the man that did MY nails was probably one of the rudest people I've ever come across. Now, my sisters nails look beautiful, My nails however, are so THICK, & short- they look like bubbles.. ogar-ish almost. He made it so I have next to NO nail bed & considering I grew my nails out, this is super disappointing. It's also not very clean here. The powder they used looked dirty, and had a lot of chunks in it. There were also acrylic nails everywhere- on the floor, under the stations, the chairs were really beat up and the towels you use to dry your hands looks dirty. Do not go here! I stopped by one day to get a manicure. I had Shellac that was 3 weeks old. I waited for over 20 minutes. The people are not friendly. When the manicurist was ready for me. He told me to sit at a station that had not been cleaned. He never cleaned the dust and bits from a previous manicure off of the station. I was charged 27.75 for a removal of Shellac and a Gelish polish. I had to fix the shape of my nails even though I pointed out that the nail was uneven. My sister and I flew into town to visit our younger sister in Utah and wanted to treat her to a day of shopping and a relaxing pedicure and or manicure. We had called the salon and booked a reservation for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure at 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon. My sisters were taken to the pedicure area around 4:15pm while I sat and waited for my manicure. By 5:00pm my sister's were just having their pedicures started as the salon seemed short staffed and busy.I was patiently waiting for my manicure and grew angry that the manicurist was calling other individuals back for theirs to get started! I had been here for hours and other people who had arrived after me were receiving their manicure services before I was. What's wrong with this picture? If you're that short staffed or running an hour and a half behind, you should probably let your customers with reservations know!!!My sisters and I had an event to attend at 5:45pm and time was running out. Sadly, we left the nail salon with 2 pedicures and one set of naked, un-manicured nails.What a disappointing salon with unapologetic owners and employees. Don't try to offer me a lousy $5.00 off coupon "for next time" when I live out of state and am flying home in less than 24 hours! Like I'm going to book a flight to Utah just to have my nails painted? Regarding the salon it's self: Mediocre. The plastic chairs from Costco or Walmart at the nail drying station are cheap. If my nails had actually been painted, I would have expected a nice comfy chair to relax in as my nails dried. Not a flimsy chair that would crumble or collapse under my weight. I've gone here a few times. They've always been polite and the prices are good.They make their acrylic nails a bit thick for my taste, but they've always done well, stayed on and I've not had much problem with lifting.The issue came when I wanted to have my acrylics removed. I could have ripped them off myself for free, but I thought, no, I'll spend the money to have them take them off for me and have my nails look good.I thought they would soak them off, I wanted to keep a little length and not have my actual nail ripped up. The gentleman that took them off, grabbed this spatula looking thing, and some clippers and proceeded to clip the acrylic off, and then wiggle the spatula between my nail and the acrylic. If you want your nails removed, just do it at home, buy some acetate and soak them off. I will go back here for glitter toes, gel and possibly pedicures, but I won't get acrylics here again or have them remove them for me. Read Less

I go out of my way to come here.  I am always welcomed by name and with a hello from everyone there.  The service is spot on and friendly.  My nails last a good 3-4 weeks and I am always complemented on them by others.  My last gel nail set was by their newest technician Thom.  He was a blast to talk to and he put an amazing design on my nails that took my breath away.  You can take in any design of show him one on your phone and he can re-create it.  The only time they don't speak English is when they are yelling across the room for a question.  Otherwise, YOU are not talked about. Went here with my stepdaughter to get our nails done together. Walked in, short wait. Seats were comfortable. We both got manicures and the shellac done and it cost $30 for mine and $35 for hers because she wanted a swirl design that was done using a magnet. I've had the same work done for a cheaper price before and the lady who was doing my nails had her 4 year old kid there who was crying most of the time. Came from out of town, wanted some French tips, and Yelp told me this was the place.This WAS the place, after I corrected my GPS to find S State St, not N State St. Anyways, Jimmy did my nails. He was super talkative, but not in an annoying way. He was fast, careful, and did a great job! I like short French tips that cover a lot of my nail bed, and without telling him, he did it! I haven't found a place back home that will do it without grumbling and crap talking. It was twenty right dollars for acrylics (white tips) and clear gel polish.
