I absolutely love the chairs here! They massage you while you get a pedicure! Friendly people, and they got me in soon. Saturdays, they are usually booked, I have found, but I so is everyone else, so make an appointment for Saturday. They do a great job and they are inexpensive. Read Less

This place does the best gel manicures I've ever had.  Previously, my gel would start chipping after two weeks which I thought was normal.  Now, my nails still look amazing at three weeks (except for nail growth of course).  Every time I leave with impeccable nails. Read Less

I stopped in to see if they could do a nail fill---I am from out-of-state. I was ignored the first few minutes by the person I think owns/manages the place.  Finally he wanted to know what I needed. He was rude from the beginning. During the nail fill...he kept telling me to relax my hand...really...like 40 times. (I have had many fills...never a complaint that I needed to relax) A customer came to pay and he informed her it would be $1.00 more to use her credit card.  She gave him a few cards that declined the transaction.  He was rude to her. She finally gave him one that worked-explaining she was just released from the hospital...no compassion on his part.    After his rudeness..I would never go there again. The service was slow but thorough so I was ok with it.  The technicians, especially the man, was not very warm.  They were speaking to each other in their language but not to my daughter and me.  The reason for the bad rating was the cost...  I was really surprised.  We both had manicure/pedicures and then I had gel done on my nails (hands) and my daughter had acrylic nails put on (hands).  They even charged to take my gel off my nails.  I've never had that charge better.  The total was $123.00...$1.00 charge for using a debit card instead of cash...they don't take checks.  I did tip on top of that so it was an outrageous cost for Utah.  I usually pay quite a bit less than that.  I will not be going back.  Felt taken advantage of.  :( Read Less

I believe her name is Lily or Lele who did my nails. This is the second time she has done them. I'm from out of town but last summer she gave me a manicure. It was by far the longest lasting one I've ever had. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because my daughter and I felt very rushed by her and the man who did my daughter's nails. Not usually the type to leave a bad review, or even a good one but I was very disappointed with my experience here. First off, when filing my nails, they filed through my skin to the point it bled and there's now a small hole there that is pretty painful. The nail technician also kept rudely telling me to relax my hand, probably around 15 times and asked if it was my first time getting my nails done. I was definitely relaxing my hand, and I get my nails done all the time and always have my hands the same way and have never had an issue??? My nail polish has also bubbled quite a bit already. :( not worth 45 dollars. There are plenty of places nearby with better service for a cheaper price. Read Less

Usually when I pay over $50 for acrylics I expect them to stay on longer than a week. Nope. Not when I got them done at Royal Nails III. I've already gone in once to get my pinky nail fixed and my middle finger nail acrylic just fell off tonight. Over priced for low quality. I usually never write bad reviews, but this place was bad! I scheduled an appointment and was finally seen an hour later. The ventilation is also very, very bad (worse than most nail salons). Such great friendly service today.  I think the best full set I ever had. Jennie was so cheerful and did such a good job.  She's a perfectionist. I came here for the first time tonight. This place is surprisingly amazing!! The staff was efficient, my nails look extremely professional, and they had lots of colors to choose from for a shellac/gel manicure. I only paid $20 for it. I'm definitely coming back here for the next time :)! Would recommend to anyone. Read Less

Just had a terrible experience. Made an appointment with my sister at 7:20 for a gel manicure. There were only 3 employees working and 4 people getting services when I walked. They didn't start on my sisters pedicure until 7:50 and my manicure until 8:20!!! A whole hour after my appointment. If you know you have appointments have more people working!! Then they didn't have the gel color I picked out from their examples so I had to quickly pick a new one because I felt rushed because they closed at 8. My manicure was good and the girl was nice but they didn't have the gel prices anywhere and when I paid it was $31 which is ridiculous for gel. My sisters gel pedicure was $40. Those are way more expensive than most nail places in this area. I was beyond annoyed and disappointed. I recommend going to essence nails on university ave over this place!! Read Less

This is a fantastic place! The service is impeccable and the shellac always last for over three weeks, without any damage. I started going here about eight months ago and have never felt the need to leave. They are also very polite and friendly. And the place is very clean, with clean tools and new instruments. I went in the other day to get a full set done before my wedding.  They were okay but nothing exciting. The shape came out very nicely but in some areas the acrylic isn't as even as I would like. The price wasn't too bad.  I paid $25 for a full set of acrylic with French tips and a coat of clear polish.  I might go in again, but I will probably look around for something a little more impressive.
