Very upset and disappointed. It's a shame that my husband cant take my Daughter to get her nails done without being swindled My daughter just needed to get her nails filled and wanted a particular design on one nail the lady in charge of the shop took on my daughter did a fast rush Terrible job because she had an appointment she could not finish them That a which they were not told until after the fact . my daughter did not get her decail although she Took her money and paid full price and took her tip. They both came home very upset As they both knew they had been swindled by this lady. By all means she could have told her right from the gate she wouldn't have time to do the full job and they would have had the opportunity and The Choice to have gone somewhere else. This is unethical Unethical disrespectful and just a badd name for Walmart altogether.

I've have loved coming here to get my nails done. They are also so kind and are fun to have a conversation with. I really like the new renovation. It brings a whole new feel to the experience. I also really like the pricing. It's not outrageous like most places. I would recommend going here.

I came because I got a gift card for my birthday and was surprised by the experience; this was unlike any pedicure I'd had before. Their floors were dirty, which made me uncomfortable and wonder and their tools were even clean. They worked so quickly that they missed a few key things, like not taking off all the nail polish from my toes, barely smoothing my feet, and painting my french tips at a slant on two toes. They hardly spoke to me and I remained uncomfortable the whole time. I don't see myself coming here again. I'm rating a three because these are things that can be fixed if they slow down a bit and clean up.

Sanitation is not there at all. Floors are dirty, they re-use equipment and quality of work is shady. Highly disappointed, don't waste your time.

Honestly, I feel like I just wasted my time and money. Rude staff that threw a fit when she did a firework and it looked like my 11 year old did it. She grabbed my hand and said nope, can't do it then and wiped it off, and then was done. Also, I asked for rounded nails, and I kid you not, she acted like I was putting her out, and still left my fingers really squared. The lady painted crooked stripes on my big toes, one came to fix them, then she painted the clear coat on top which smudged my lines. They don't even touch your cuticles unless you pay for a manicure. Paradise Nails in Orem is my usual place, but they're so good that they were busy, and I needed my nails done today before I went out of town. Honestly, I'd rather go with ugly nails, than go with these people again.

From the second I walked in they were taking care of me, I went without an appointment and it just happened to be the PERFECT time. Their color selection is great, I found some beautiful spring colors...
From the second I walked in they were taking care of me, I went without an appointment and it just happened to be the PERFECT time. Their color selection is great, I found some beautiful spring colors:) my feet were in heaven. I highly recommended going. Who cares if it's in walmart it's AMAZING and very reasonably priced! 5 stars for me.

Came to get a gel manicure, which are suppose to last around 2 weeks, one of my nails chipped with in the same day. They were very nice and friendly but the work is not impressive. The lady that was working on my nails was also trying to work on two others ladies at the same time, she would do one coat on my nails then go and file a nail on the next lady then do a coat on another ladies toes. It was all very rushed, and it showed in the final result. Would not recommend.

We were just passing through Orem. I wish I had been able to communicate with them better. The manicurist seemed less than pleased at having to remove my gel coat for a regular manicure. Once I gave her a large tip, because I know how much work it is and she did an excellent job, she became more pleasant and appreciative.

The most poor customer service I've experienced in a nail salon. I had an appointment, but had to ask if I could soak my gel covered nails while waiting for the other three persons in my party having their pedicures. I soaked and scraped my own nails for about 50 minutes. THEN one of the three techs took another client before checking on my progress OR working in my nails. NO communication, VERY unprofessional business. I walked out thoroughly disgusted. She called her boyfriend put him on speaker so I had to listen to them argue,he was yelling using very foul language. On a recommendation from a friend, I came here to get my acrylic nails fixed after two other locations messed them up. I was not disappointed this time! The woman who did my nails was very careful in removing the existing damaged enhancements, and took a lot of time and care in applying the new nails. I was very impressed with her work. It took a little longer than other places, but as far as I'm concerned, it was worth it! The prices are a little higher than other salons I've been to, but given the service I received, I'm fine with it. My nails don't even look fake!

Very upset and disappointed. I've have loved coming here to get my nails done. They are also so kind and are fun to have a conversation with. I really like the new renovation. It brings a whole new feel to the experience. I also really like the pricing. It's not outrageous like most places. I would recommend going here.

I came because I got a gift card for my birthday and was surprised by the experience; this was unlike any pedicure I'd had before. Their floors were dirty, which made me uncomfortable and wonder and their tools were even clean. They worked so quickly that they missed a few key things, like not taking off all the nail polish from my toes, barely smoothing my feet, and painting my french tips at a slant on two toes. They hardly spoke to me and I remained uncomfortable the whole time. I don't see myself coming here again. I'm rating a three because these are things that can be fixed if they slow down a bit and clean up.

Honestly, I feel like I just wasted my time and money. Rude staff that threw a fit when she did a firework and it looked like my 11 year old did it. Came to get a gel manicure, which are suppose to last around 2 weeks, one of my nails chipped with in the same day. They were very nice and friendly but the work is not impressive. The lady that was working on my nails was also trying to work on two others ladies at the same time, she would do one coat on my nails then go and file a nail on the next lady then do a coat on another ladies toes. We were just passing through Orem. I wish I had been able to communicate with them better. The manicurist seemed less than pleased at having to remove my gel coat for a regular manicure. Once I gave her a large tip, because I know how much work it is and she did an excellent job, she became more pleasant and appreciative.

On a recommendation from a friend, I came here to get my acrylic nails fixed after two other locations messed them up. I was not disappointed this time! The woman who did my nails was very careful in removing the existing damaged enhancements, and took a lot of time and care in applying the new nails. I was very impressed with her work. It took a little longer than other places, but as far as I'm concerned, it was worth it! The prices are a little higher than other salons I've been to, but given the service I received, I'm fine with it. My nails don't even look fake!
