I walked in and made an appointment for 6 pm. Got there at 550 pm and did not get in a chair until 615 pm. The lady did my toes and it was a hot mess. She took no time on them. The owner came over and tried to fix it- it then became a worse mess. Horrible place. Do no go there. They overbook and I have never had such a messy pedicure. I just had an acrylic full set of nails done at Paradise. The people are nice but way too fast and it affects the quality of the nail. I had an amazing nail lady who retired and I'm trying to find someone to replace her and lots of people recommended paradise. The quality is just not up to par. My nails flip up instead of having a nice arch and I think this is because they are in to much of a hurry. Quality can't be rushed. Absolutly hands down the best gel mani/pedi I have ever had. Great customer service, very friendly. Super helpful about picking colors and doing any nail designs you want! I have been going here for years. I know the owners now, and they work just as hard if not harder than the employees. It is a family run business, and they do a great job with the nails. They are very thorough to make sure they didn't miss anything. If you do see a problem spot they will fix it, until you are completely satisfied. They were so nice and actually listened to what you wanted which is a HUGE plus. I have been to sooo many nail places where I felt rushed into making a decision and it comes out totally wrong. They also gave us complimentary waters which was a nice surprise! Jessica did such an amazing job on my mani and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I had trouble calling in to make an appointment because phone kept cutting out. But they got me in when they were super busy and I was able to have nails for my wedding day! Tried to surprise my girlfriend by droping her off to get her nails done here. She came out very upset, she did not feel like she was treated the same way the rest of the clients got treated. This place seems a bit prejudice. She asked for her nails to be fixed seemed like they did not want to take the time or if she said something about her nails, the nail tech seemed bothered. I really appreciated that I was able to get all the work done that I wanted without much notice or wait. My pedicure started to chip right away and my full set had a few crooked nails but that was fixable. The brow work was okay. I do think it was worth the money but I won't likely go back. Read Less

My daughter and I decided to get manicures and walked into a nail salon in Pleasant Grove; we looked around and walked right out. I looked on Google and saw that Paradise had good reviews so we called them and they said to come right over. We had a good experience and liked our nails. Since then I have had my nails done in NYC (where surprisingly manicures are way cheaper than in Utah) and another place in Lindon because Paradise was booked. I'm officially naming Paradise for the win. 1. They are efficient. They know how to get the gel off your nails really quickly and effectively. 2. They have a great selection of colors. I was able to get the exact shade of a coral pink that I wanted. 3. They do good work. My manicures last the longest when I get them done at Paradise. 4. They make you comfortable. They bring you cold water, the UV lights are easy to put your hands in and out of, the bowls they use to soak your hands don't hurt your wrists, the place doesn't smell like fingernail polish (how is that?) If I can give this place zero stars I would. I have never even got a chance to get my nails done here because every single time I come in they always tell me, "tomorrow?" Nowhere does it say appointments only. But they treat it as if it's some nail shop in Beverly Hills and they're all booked for months. They blew me off 3 different times on 3 different days.I will never never ever come here ever again or recommend it to anybody!!! Extremely unprofessional! I was excited to come here, but wasn't that impressed with my acrylics I got. The paint job was lovely, but I'm used to the acrylic touching the cuticle, and there was a clearly visible gap between where the acrylics started and the cuticle is.
