The place didn't smell very good when we walked in. I was not satified with my gel nails. It chipped two days after I got it done. I went with my mom and her nails are still on like a whole month afte...
The place didn't smell very good when we walked in. I was not satified with my gel nails. It chipped two days after I got it done. I went with my mom and her nails are still on like a whole month after she got them done. I guess I got unlucky, but I definitely won't be going back. If I'm not guaranteed by any employee to do my nails well, then I don't want mine done there.

Minimal wait, great color options, I got neon yellow! The place is spotless, the staff are friendly and clear about communicating what they are doing as well as answering questions, super detailed work on even simple things. Overall a great experience. Very fair prices. Mia did a spa pedicure and I legit fell asleep it was so relaxing!

So so happy I finally found my favorite place to get my nails done! Mia is so so sweet and did an amazing job on my toes. And I wish I could remember the girls name who did my nails but she was equally as sweet. Loved everyone who works here they even gave me some fruit to try! Highly recommend!

This was the best nail salon that I have ever been to. The technician took the extra time and was careful to paint my ENTIRE NAIL which doesn't happen at any of the other nail salons that I have been to. (My nails are very C shaped, or round, and it's difficult to paint all of the nail without painting my skin)
I felt important in this salon and will happily return and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Kim Nails was recommended to me by my boss who has been getting her nails done here for quite a long time. They did a fantastic job! They take longer than the places in the mall because they actually take their time and do it right. I think my trip took me an hour, but worth the extra time to have it done right. You will definitely want to make an appointment here because they will be booked. It's what I would expect from a more quality nail salon though. I'm willing to wait a day or two for a nice looking nail.

I got a gift certificate for here as a birthday gift. I have never been here. I went in to go use it and they said they were completely booked. I doubt I will even attempt to use the gift certificate....

I doubt I will even attempt to use the gift certificate. I'll stick to the same nail place I've been going to. They have appointments and walk in customers..quickest way to make someone not want to come back is to be short staffed on a weekend. When you still have 3 hours until you close, maybe you shouldn't book completely full appts. so you can help walk-ins as well. Just a thought.

They are always busy so it's good to make an appointment. I am obsessed with one of the colors they offer so when I want that color I come here! Too bad they are always TOO busy.

The place didn't smell very good when we walked in. I was not satified with my gel nails. It chipped two days after I got it done. I went with my mom and her nails are still on like a whole month after she got them done. I guess I got unlucky, but I definitely won't be going back. If I'm not guaranteed by any employee to do my nails well, then I don't want mine done there.

This was the best nail salon that I have ever been to. The technician took the extra time and was careful to paint my ENTIRE NAIL which doesn't happen at any of the other nail salons that I have been to. (My nails are very C shaped, or round, and it's difficult to paint all of the nail without painting my skin)
I felt important in this salon and will happily return and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Kim Nails was recommended to me by my boss who has been getting her nails done here for quite a long time. They did a fantastic job! They take longer than the places in the mall because they actually take their time and do it right. I think my trip took me an hour, but worth the extra time to have it done right. You will definitely want to make an appointment here because they will be booked. It's what I would expect from a more quality nail salon though. I'm willing to wait a day or two for a nice looking nail.
