Do not go here. The man who did my nails was so grumpy with me and kept raising his voice and bossing me around. I showed him a relatively simple reference picture then he said okay I've got it and yelled at me to put the phone away. When he finally got to doing the color he started doing it wrong. We showed him the reference picture again and he still did it wrong. When we pointed out the design that was just a stripe on the nail he said can't do and continued with my nails. Brian did my nails and he didn't listen to anything I asked for. I was pretty good about explaining. He saw my original nsils done un Salt Lake. They were beautiful. This place was horrible I haven’t seen workers so disrespectful and poor working. To start out me and my 2 friends came in just to get fills on our nails and both my friends got sat down the second we walked in I got to sit on there nasty couch for the next hour and a half. When I finally got in the owner cut every single on on my cuticles with the drill and placed toner on my skin. He didn’t even ask me what I wanted he just did his own thing. I had never been to this nail salon but I am so glad I did! Brian treated me so well and my nails looked fabulous, his precision is awesome and he's very attentive. I loved how at the end of getting my nails done he rubbed cuticle oil on my nails and placed a hot towel over my hands, it felt so nice! I was very excited to try this nail salon out, so I called and booked an appointment. As I was on the phone with Brian, I asked if they had Gel (similar to acrylic but way better for your nails) he said yes, then I asked if they had someone that was good at design, he again said yes. When I got to the salon he told me that they didn't have gel, so I decided to get acrylic. He was very nice at first even though I was indecisive about the design I wanted (I hadn't picked out any color yet, so I figured it wasn't a big deal. I asked if he could do the design in picture 2, he said "no" but he could do design on picture 3. So I asked if it was the stripes he couldn't do in pic 2 and he agreed. So I decided to do design and color on pic 2 (but no stripes).I had the picture in front of him the whole time. The salon was getting busy. When he brought the color out it was a purple I had chosen and an ugly gold he got that he said matched the picture 2, and it definitely did not. So I picked another prettier gold. When all the color was on he said he couldn't draw an ornament! (Remember when I called he said someone there was good at design, but you can't draw a circle and a bow?!) so I asked him to do the easy Xmas tree shown in pic 3, he said okay but wanted to do it in another glitter color. He couldn't match the colors which blew my mind. He became very rude because they didn't have what I wanted when they said they did. Friendly environment! A con would be that there is a bit of a language barrier w the employees so that can get a little frustrating at times. But they know what you're trying to get at when you tell them what you want. Reasonable prices. It's a clean salon which is something I look for, especially in their supplies that they're using on me. Read Less

Fast, friendly, affordable! Brian and company were amazing, they gave my husband and I pedicures and filled my acrylics + gel, SO FAST AND WELL! My nails look better than the place I used to go to in SLC!  They are not bulky and they are shaped so nicely. Brian was such a nice man and wonderful to talk to. The windows face a mountainside nicely so you have a pleasant view as well! Would definitely make this my regular place if I lived in the area!!! Read Less

The service was rude. Communication was impossible because he did not even ask what I wanted. When I tried to explain that I don't like square shaped nails he did not listen. He just did my nails the way he wanted.The rudeness made it impossible to communicate and have changes made. I went to another salon and had my nails reshaped and painted the way I wanted. There was NO personal service here. If you do not have time to fit someone in for an appointment don't schedule the appointment. Much better and friendly service is found at other salons in North Ogden. Your money is much better spent at other locations. Read Less

I love, love this place! The staff is super nice. I lived here last year when they opened and I was off on maternity leave. The pedicures are amazing! I also get my nails done here and I love the colors and designs they do for the seasons or holidays. My friends from work and I like to come here for lunch pedicures.
