Zero customer service. I have been in 4 times now, I tried to give them a chance. My nails always look ok, nothing great. They have very little shellac color choices. You're always an inconvenience. They leave at close whether you're done or not. They will rush and do a bad job just to get out on time. I even told the girl last time I went I wanted both a mani and pedi and half way through my mani she said I could have a color change on my toes or nothing because they were closing. This last time I was turned away an hour and a half before they closed because they were no longer taking people today. There were only 2 people in their shop. Super disappointed. Best pedicure I have ever had. Open on the 4th, massage was amazing, even massaged my shoulders while my toes were drying. Did not try to do anything extra that I did not request. Peppermint Pedi was what I got, and it was awesome!! Read Less

I got my nails done a week or so ago i just had my nail fall off and i posted a picture my nail is now green underneath which is nail fugus which is caused by not using proper sanitation i wont be going back the ladies are fun and friendly but i wouldnt go back sorry Read Less

This is your typical low price nail salon. It is pretty clean and the service was average. One thing I did like was that they give you your own files that you bring back so they don't reuse the same nail files on every person. This only cost a dollar and it seems much more hygienic. For the price, (30 dollars for a fill+gel over acrylic) I can't complain. Read Less

It's too bad that this is the nail salon that is closest to my house. I've been trying to look on the bright side of things because of the convenient location, but every time I leave I just feel bullied. I could probably put up with them so obviously talking about me in Vietnamese (all because I dare say that I wanted more glitter!) if they did an outstanding job on the services, but I'm never toy satisfied with that either! This last time she was chincy with the push for my pedicure, only put 2 coats on and it was in desperate need of at least 3, probably 4. What really got me was when they argued with me and told me that the way I wanted my nails would be ugly, and I knew it was all just because they wanted to do whatever was easier! When you dare try and stand up for yourself is when the conversation in Vietnamese begins. The owner and employees are a bunch of  bitches who don't care how rude they are! Read Less

The  prices where pretty good ,full set with white tip only 26. It was weird they charged an additional 1 for the files, they don't reuse files they advise for you to keep and bring back the file and buffer purchased. The over all service was okay untill i wanted the man to change something then he became really irritated.  Ny nails came out pretty clean and neat but mu fingers are extremely sore!! Read Less

Worst manicure I have ever had.  Even when I have tried to paint my own right hand with my left hand.  I had a French tip done and every nail had a different thickness of white tip and they were crooked.  My husband noticed as soon as he saw me.  I would NEVER go back to this place EVER! Read Less
