This place SUCKS!!! They are sloppy and don't care about their work. My nails look awful and they are all different shapes, some are more squared and some are flared out. My nails are streaky and bumpy and there are dents in my nails. I have to go home and fix them myself. Don't bother coming to this place if you are getting a manicure. Worse place ever! Read Less

So I decided to go in today first thing in the morning, and asked for a full set. When she started doing my nails she cut them and they where different lengths so I told her if she can cut the rest to match and she did but they where still not the same so I told her to match the middle fingers, she said oh it's ok your finger is bigger that's why so I was like umm no they are the same but ok maybe she knows what she is doing then I told her I wanted them narrow and she cuts the corners one of the nails was way way slanted so I told her about it she got upset and then she said you want me take them off?? I said no I just don't like this one will you fix this one? She said I can just take them all off if you don't like ok so I said ok thinking well I guess i can do them regular shape so she goes on and takes them off, tells me wash my hands so I do and I go back to sit down she then says to me oh I'm not doing your nails anymore you can leave, I said are you serious just cause I don't like the way your doing my nails that I'm paying for she said no I don't do your nails I said you are so rude she said to me ok we are done and I walked out I have never been treated this way before this place is so rude will never go back ever Read Less

DO NOT GO TO EXPO NAIL!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had! OMFG.... I went in for a pedi, I was told to pick a color and they could take me right back. I picked a pink and a glitter color. I sat in the chair, gave the lady the 2 colors and told her what I wanted. She started the water, it was a bit cold, I asked for it to be warmer, then it was HOT! I was in the chair less than 5 min and the lady cut my critical and made me bleed, it hurt, and she put some powder on it that made it hurt even more. The bleeding stopped. She pulled out something to clean the bottom of my feet, it was not new and had been used before. I asked her to use a new one, she did not like that. She rushed everything. Another lady, an elder lady, was sitting at the dryer, she called over to her tech (who was chatting with another tech sitting in the pedi chairs) "Will you check my nails, are they dry?" The tech told her "are they sticky, if not you can leave". She acted like assisting her client was in the way of her conversation. By the time she started to paint, I was done, I did not want to be there anymore. She did the pink and then said, "Okay, you done, you can go." No base coat, top coat, no dry time, no glitter.... They charged me $25 for the pedi, I was so frustrated and ready to leave, I paid told them I was not happy, they said nothing, and I walked out. I was very disappointed, I took my daughter in for a pedicure for her first pedicure and to just spend some time with each other, she really needed a little pick me up... anyway, at first I thought it was going to be a great experience then as it went on I found myself wishing I had the nerve to just leave.. it was so hard to communicate what we wanted and the ladies acted as if they were too good to have any kind of conversation with either of us.. I asked for a flower just on my big toe and felt like it was literally physically painful for her to do it, she seemed so put out about it, I ended up with polka dots along half of my nail.. I guess that's what a flower looks like to her? Anyway, the other lady asked my daughter what color she wanted her flower and when my daughter answered the lady acted like she didn't know what color that was and said she didn't have it although the color was right in front of her and when I asked if that color would work she turned to the other tech and said something.. then looked at my daughter and told her no, she didn't want that color and proceeded to paint some squiggly lines and and dots in a color she chose and sent her over to dry her toes and then they all acted like I had committed a crime for using my credit card, which they charge 3% to use it. I guess if you want a basic ( very basic) pedi that would be an okay place to go, just don't expect a personable experience or anything other than your toes painted.. don't ask for any design. I don't want to just leave a negative review, so I'll end with this, she did a great job painting my toenails before I asked for any kind of design. Read Less

Terrible experience, I had to ask the nail tech to change her gloves before touching my feet. She just got done cleaning the fungus off the previous customers feet. Then she pulled the cuticle scraper out of the blue sanitizer, she only soaked one side the other side had the crusted fungus on that side still. I had to ask her to put it back in the blue sanitizer and clean it off. I gave her the benefit of the doubt in her services and continued on with my pedicure. That was a mistake because she cut my toe cuticles and there was no foot massage. Also, while I was trying to relax in the chair, the other nail technician attempted to do my manicure. It was not comfortable or relaxing. I had to reach my arms across to the other side of the chair for her to do my right hand. Then my left arm was angled awkward. The nail color choices were minimal and I finally decided to have clear put on my nails just to be done with this place. When I paid with my card, I had no idea she swiped it on her phone. I went for a simple manicure. I didnt want nothing fancy, I just  wanted a little love for my hands, this weather is drying my skin out. so i just chose regular nail polish i didnt even care for it. There was no waiting but, customer service is bad, bad bad, but the worst is the quality of their job and their products a whole other story, The nail polish didn't even lasted 24 hours... But what was more disappointed was my hands didnt got any attention which is what i was looking for... I paid $15 for something i can do better at home... Read Less

What was I doing in a nail salon you ask?Well I was talked into coming here with a friend and my daughter.  They wanted pedicures.  Well I have the dreaded Dry Cracked Summer Heels so I decided I would try it out.I am very glad I did. I walked in the door, and they asked if they could help us, we told them we had appointments for our pedicures.  Of course, they aren't at the front desk, they are helping other customers and they yell everything out.  So they told me to pick a color....well I don't want my nails painted!  My daughter kept telling me she was going to pick me out a pretty color.  Thankfully the stare of death kept her from getting me one.They had us sit in these wonderful leather massage chairs and stuck our feet in the hot water with some lavender bath salts(not the kind that turn you into a zombie), nice chairs, they even recline and move forward and backwards by the push of a button on the remote control.  Now I had nice hot water, my daughter had cold water as it was her first and didn't know it was supposed to be warm/hot.  Karma got her for trying to tell me I needed pretty nails on my feet.The soak was nice and they proceeded to trim my nails and file my feet.  Once she got to my heels, I thinks she gasped and probably cursed me out in a different language.  Out came the callus tool, a razor blade.  She scraped and scraped and scraped, every stroke was a different word in a different language I couldn't understand.  Once she was finally finished slicing off my heels, she scrubbed my feet with a file some more.  Afterwards she dried off my feet and proceeded to rub some lotion into my feet and my lower leg.I could have stayed there for hours!  I enjoyed it and my heels turned out amazing.  They were all super nice and did a really good job.  I will return again, maybe next time I will take my SO, however she would probably pick out a color for me.  The death stare doesn't work with her.
