Worse experience went in thought it would be convenient since I was getting a oil change, but when the tech started to take my color off she was so rude anything I said she accused me of lying because I told her my normal nail salon was like 15 dollars cheaper and what was worse is she had one of her other lady techs call just to find out I was telling the truth made me so mad that I got up and told her I would never step foot in that salon again as she pleaded for me to stay. My Deaf friend took her daughter there for her birthday, and they overcharged her by $126! They took everything off her card, and had the GALL to ask for $3 more! I JUST happened to be there and saved her. The gave me too much change back, but as they left my friend PENNYLESS for the next 10 business days while she waits for a refund to come back on her prepaid card, I figured that was the LEAST they could do. I didn't have the heart to say that her kid's nails were already lifting either. Why upset her more? Pay attention to your bill. I was taking my friend there for her birthday to get pedicures done and the experience was less than satisfactory. They told us it would be 20 minutes before we sat down which was okay! Then they told us the tubs were ready so we go and sit down. We sat down at 3:00 and then at 3:50 we realize its almost been an hour and they aren't even close so we were thinking about leaving. The lady comes over and was like we will get to you now because they could tell we were frustrated. We said we had to be somewhere soon. They said they could do it in 15 minutes. We asked if we could have some sort of discount for waiting an hour and they talked amongst themselves for 5 minutes and we couldn't understand them. I have been to this location twice the first time I had a great experience. The lady was very nice and we talked the whole entire time. She even put polka dots on my nails for free. Her name is Mindi, I would only go back if she did my nails. The second time I went in to get them filled and the lady did a really crappy job she didn't file my nails straight and I had to ask her to fix them and when I left they still weren't straight. She gave me dirty looks the whole time, then she put the gel on and missed a lot of spots on my nails when I asked her to fix it she said no we don't do two coats only one and I insisted so she got her boss and I showed her boss and she told her to fix and then she had a bad attitude the rest of the time and when I was finished she didn't even put the oil on my nails. My experience here was the worst. I sat with my feet in the water for about 15 minutes before I got service. The water got cold, so I took my feet out. The lady rushed and did a sorry job. I don't know if this is what it's like around here or am I just spoiled from having professional service. This place is the biggest scam. Do not EVER buy a gift certificate from them! They only give you three months to use the certificate no matter when you buy it. They sell you the gift certificate then charge you again when they do the pedicdure. I would never go here again or buy a gift certificate from them. Read Less
