I have been coming here for 2 years and I love my lash lady. She is very patient and listens and does exactly what you want! I dont have a problem with them falling off or clumping. My lash ladies name is Anita and If your looking for perfection in volume shes your lady! Everywhere I go I always get at least 1 or more complements or someone asking me where I have them done!! Thank You so much Anita. Your AWESOME!!

Utah lash and day spa have always gone above and beyond for me! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I was extremely nervous for my first appointment. Kristen REALLY made it a point to make me feel comfortable and make sure I was getting what I wanted with my lashes. This place has such a welcoming environment, has professional staff, and of course the lashes are amazing!

I had my appointment with Kristen and it was fantastic! To start she asked some questions on what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable before we got started. I felt so relaxed I felt myself dozing off throughout the appointment! She made sure to comb through the lashes twice before she moved on to seal the final lashes, which made sure they were as full as possible.
I’ve had them now for 5 days and they are still looking beautiful! I think about 2 have fallen out that I’ve seen stuck on my cheek but you can’t tell at all where they came from, my lashes are still so full all around! This is a new record for me and I’m sure they’ll surpass the 2 week mark and still be beautiful.
With prior bad experiences at previous salons and prior technicians I was super discouraged to try again, but I wanted them for my birthday and I’m sure glad I went to Kristen!

I'm pretty picky about my lashes. I want beautiful, full lashes without them being the focus of my face. I want cleanliness. And I have sensitivities to certain smells, so I can be a high maintenance client.
These guys do a great job of making my lashes beautiful without being too much. The lashes stay on well, and the environment is very hygienic. I'm really glad I found them.
Edit: after a few months of regularly coming here I do have a couple of disclaimers. First, I got a lash artist last time with whom I am very unhappy. Make sure you specify what look you are going for, to avoid "porn star" lashes.
Second, it seems like their practitioners are always 20 minutes late. If I have to reschedule for being late, shouldn't they have the same requirements?

The girls have done my lashes are great and wonderful! The office staff is okay but office staff manager is horrid. Alissa you have to constantly have to repeat yourself and she is very rude. Was very rude to my daughter!!!!! Very bad behavior someone needs to fire her!!!. I love the ladies so much I will still come but now I refuse talk to the manager and my daughter refuses to enter the building.

It's very convenient to schedule appointments. I've had a couple lash artists and they both did a good job. They take their time and do a great job. I like the hybrid option as well; pricing is competitive. The beds are comfortable and I enjoy the atmosphere. The last two times I've been in though, they haven't had any music playing which made it dreadfully silent and hard for me to relax.

The online appointment scheduler is convenient. However, between 3 of the "master lash technicians" I went to, my lashes lasted barely 2 weeks. When I asked if I could get a touch up after most of them flaked off in a couple of days I got no response. I've been getting lash extensions for years and have never had such bare lashes after only two weeks. Most likely won't go back.

I had eyelash extensions done for almost a year here. You're in a room with about 10 other beds of clients who are also getting lashes done which I didn't like but I got used to it. They always did a good job and the online booking and large selection of masters to choose from is very convenient. The price is reasonable as well.

When I met maddie my lashes were in BAD shape. Over the last few months she has made them look better than they ever have. The volume lashes are so Light weight they do not come close to damaging my lashes like the ones I previously had. She also provided me with a growth serum that has helped my natural lashes rejuvenate and become healthier than ever. Utah Lash Spa is by far the best lash experience I have had over the past 10 years of lash extensions.

Seriously the most awful and expensive set of lashes I have paid for! They say you get what you pay for but 160 was not worth anything I received! I honestly look like I have spider legs coming out of my eyes! It took her two hours and on top of that my lashes are not even full! I look like I have 15 lashes that are extremely long on my eyes. I'm so disappointed with the work! I didn't even want to leave my house! I will not be returning here ever!

So disappointed! The employees of this company are leaving 5 star reviews on Google and probably on Yelp as well. Totally dishonest and a conflict of interest. Between the two lash artists I have been to I have experienced unfriendliness, taking several breaks to text, and overall lack of professionalism. The lash artist was 25 minutes late to a recent appointment and cancelled my last appointment less than 24 hours in advance, even though I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance.

It's very convenient to schedule appointments. I've had a couple lash artists and they both did a good job. They take their time and do a great job. I like the hybrid option as well; pricing is competitive. The beds are comfortable and I enjoy the atmosphere. The last two times I've been in though, they haven't had any music playing which made it dreadfully silent and hard for me to relax.

The online appointment scheduler is convenient. However, between 3 of the "master lash technicians" I went to, my lashes lasted barely 2 weeks. When I asked if I could get a touch up after most of them flaked off in a couple of days I got no response. I've been getting lash extensions for years and have never had such bare lashes after only two weeks. Most likely won't go back.
