Very Disappointed today.  I've been going here off an on for a long time.  I've never needed an appointment until today.  The staff is not the same staff that used to work there, and were very rude.  They turned us away as we could not wait 4 hours.   We went somewhere else and had a wonderful experience.   I will not be trying this place again.  I miss the old owners/staff. **WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!** So sad that I have to even girl you 1 star, considering you didn't deserve any! Me and the hubby went to Hawaii Nails here in Magna today to get just regular pedicures, the lady as she seated us did nothing but call us insulating names, talk rudely about our stretched ears, and saying I was fat and big, and that my legs had hair stubbles and of course all was in Vietnamese ! I of course was keeping my low about being Vietnamese, because I didn't expect them to talk rudely about clients that pay for their services to put money in their pockets! Will not ever see me again! I love Hawaii Nails. they have a wonderful group of people working there and really do an wonderful job at Pedicure's and Manicure's and waxes. You get a full service when you come here which is why I just love coming in every month for a special treat just for me. I take my friends in with me and we have a lot of fun! Read Less

Epic fail!! Went here to take my daughter to get fake nails on to celebrate her getting all A's on her report card. The glue and other stuff they used burned our nails. The guy cut my daughter's finger tip and then ripped part of her nail off. She is scared of nail salons now. Read Less

I went to Hawaii Nails for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and the service was amazing. I have went to other nails shops and have gotten my nails done but a couple of days later they would start to chip off. After going to Hawaii Nail my nails didn't chip off at all and I'm so excited about that. I recommend going here for the best service and great artist design at a low price. Read Less

The two times I've gone here have been horrible. The first time we waited almost an hour to have anything done and once they started they just rushed through it. The second time we went, there wasn't a wait but they still rushed through it and even cut me. When I ripped my foot away he looked at me like I was crazy and didn't even apologize for it. Also, I ended up changing my mind on my paint color by the time my pedicure was over and before he started painting I ask to switch and he rudely said, "If you wanted a different color, why did you choose this one"?! I'm only human, if I change my mind that's doesn't seem like a big deal. It's not like he started painting them and then I asked him to redo it or anything.. Besides, I'm the one paying for the service. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service is extremely poor and for what you pay, you can find a much better place. I have been going to Stacey for9 years now I won't let anybody else do my nails but her, yes she does talk on her her phone but so do all of us, she spends all day 6 days a week at the salon trying to make everyone happy. She has always done what I have asked her to do, and I also get some things free because I'm a long time client. She always takes me rite in as a walk in, there has been just a few times she has said 20 mins I wait way less than that. As far as rude? NEVER. I'm not sure where that is coming from. Their service was absolutely fantastic! I got a pedicure and it was amazing. It was $20 for the pedicure and she asked me if I wanted a design for $3 and I said yes. She was very polite and asked me questions like, "Is the water fine?" And "If I wanted a magazine". I also got my eyebrows done for $6 and never before have my eyebrows looked so well. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Went in for an acrylic set. Took only 27 minutes and now I see why. The nail tech seemed rushed. She barely even used a nail file and she didn't even smooth out the corners so I had to do some corner rounding and filing when I got home. This place is very close to my house but I will drive even an hour away to find a different place who knows what their doing from now on... Read Less

I got a manicure and they did a good job. They were pretty friendly, and the Lady that did my nails could understand English pretty well. Although, they could clean the place up a bit. The hand dryer's were dirty and you could tell they never clean them.  It always makes you wonder what else they don't clean. Read Less

I just one in and got my nails done. The lady was on her phone the whole entire time . She didn't even listen to me when I told her I wanted them thick and Square. She was very rude when she talk to me. The white nail is too far down on my nail. I will never go back to the them again! Then as I was leaving I realize that her license isn't even renewed! I have given all the Hawaiian and Aloha nails in Cenla way more chances than i should have. Every time I been to one it ended up being the worst manicure/pedicure experience I ever had! I also could hear various customers complaining in the shops with me every time. I don't think that most the employees there have went to beauty school or had any kind of training for doing manicures/pedicures. I have never been treated more rudely and had my nails look so bad in the entire 12 years of getting my nails done. I went in for a fill and the lady that was doing my nails was so into her TV soap opera that she cut my cuticle too low and while polishing my nails completely kept missing the hole at the top of the nail polish bottle. I guess I should be sorry for coming in and interrupting your show...then after my last coat was set to dry she shut off her light and left, no thanks for coming in...nothing. I came in for a full set. they told me 5 minute, but really wait for 1 hour long. the man was really bad. did not know what he was doing. It was the first and last time i go there.
