Several friends recommended I come here and I am so glad I did! I had a pedicure and a manicure (first time manicure) and I really enjoyed both! They let me take my time picking out colors, and both procedures were relaxing but not too dragged out. I read a few reviews recommending the deluxe pedicure, so I went with it. I would DEFINITELY recommend it! I though the extra leg massage and hot rocks were totally worth the few extra dollars! I also would definitely recommend the shellac on the manicure, my nails still look perfect and I didn’t have to worry about bumping them and messing them up from the second I finished my appointment. My appointment was with Sammy and I would really recommend her!! Also, make sure you have an appointment. Lots of people love this place so it’s best to schedule ahead of time. Made an appointment the morning of (for both a pedicure and gel manicure) and tried to make it later in the afternoon (around 4ish). The nail technician kept pushing back to do it at 2:45 pm, so I agreed. Upon arrival, I noted there were 10 clients there but only 5 nail technicians. After waiting 10 minutes I was put in a pedicure chair and told to put my feet up, but there was no towel and it didn't look clean. I declined. After waiting 30 minutes I still hadn't been worked on. When someone finally came over I said I didn't have time for both a pedicure and a manicure anymore and to just do my gel manicure. I waited another 15 minutes while the person supposedly helping me checked people out, answered the phone, helped a walk-in etc. It had now been 45 minutes since my appointment time (and I had a babysitter), the person who walked in for a pedicure at 3:00 pm was already been worked on, and when she finally came back over to me the one color I wanted they didn't have. I didn't have any more time to wait so I left without any service. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. What's the point of making an appointment to wait for 45 minutes before you're even helped? Ridiculous. Not impressed by the service and the inability to respect people's time. Read Less

I found Nails 21 after trying five other salons. I've been going every two weeks for nearly four years and have always been happy. Tony and Sammie are who I see, but techs are held to high standards and are all excellent. While walk-in appointments are accepted, I highly recommend calling ahead since I regularly see walk-ins turned away because all techs are busy. Read Less

Loved this place!! Called to see if I could get a pedicure right then, they were able to see me 20 mins later. Not bad for last minute. They were busy and polite when I arrived. I chose my nail polish and then sat down at the chair. The associate was finishing another pedicure but got my water started and my massage chair turned on. Waited about 7 minutes for her to finish the other pedicure. Didn't bother me because I was there to relax anyway. She was very thorough and even went back to file my foot more when she realized it was still a little rough. Polish looks good. Didn't talk too much to me but again, I really didn't mind because I just wanted to relax. Chairs were clean, tubs looked clean and newer. Lots and lots of polish options. All associates I noticed were polite. Might have seemed a little short, but that may just have been language barrier. I will most definitely be returning here!! Read Less

Best nail salon ever! Hands down lol. Regardless of what you want, you will walk away pleased 150% Even if it is not on their listed services. Another plus is you get a 10% discount if you pay cash. Highly recommend making an appointment as they are quite busy! It appears that they can take walk in pedicures. Whenever I am in town, I am sure to visit. Incompetent and lazy are the words that best describe this salon. I came to the salon with a picture of exactly what I wanted. I showed it to the salon attendedant several times so that they knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did I not get anything resembling what I wanted but the job they did was poorly done. half of my nails are jagged I've got paint in the creases of my fingers I would avoid this place at all costs, and I can tell you I will not be going back. I have been getting my nails done by moon for over 2 years. Tony fills in when she is unavailable.  Everyone here is super N and treats me well. They don't all know me but they are all very nice. Sometimes I come and chat with Moon the whole time. Sometimes I come and stare at the TV.  She is always accommodating.  I do have to have an appt.  I usually have to book a few days in advance. They do a good job, they are very sanitary and clean with their tools so they are extremely popular.  They have great customer service, but if you are walking in without an appt, they don't know you and they are slammed you might feel like they don't have great customer service like some other reviewers have mentioned. I went to this salon several times because Tony did such a good job but I won't be going back. Even with an appointment, I was left waiting for up to 30 minutes twice. I also felt rushed and did not receive the full treatment that I payed for (including the arm massage that is supposed to be included in the manicure, more of a quick lotion application). The service is poor and it feels very much like an assembly line even when they aren't busy. Read Less

I have now tried this salon twice because it is very close to my house. I think they offer extremely quality services for a great price. Today I received a pedicure and a manicure for $35. Hot stone massage with both. A few things I didn't love,  Today I didn't make an appointment because they said walk ins welcome, but I didn't feel very welcome, I felt like I was a burden. I came in at 5:45 (they close at 7) for a manicure and pedicure and I could tell they were annoyed. I left at 7:10, so maybe I just underestimated the time it took to do both things. Second thing, they advertise that students get 20% off, so I pulled out my college student ID and they said it was only high school. They should definitely advertise that because the reason I went with the manicure and pedicure is because I was counting on that 20% off. I was pretty irritated by that. However, I will be going back, (with an appt) because they do such a great job.Note: Later on I was inspecting my pedicure and realized he didn't get all my dead skin on my heel off, so that is disappointing. I went there to get my nails done for a very especial occasion, and was super excited because I was going with a friend of mine, but left very unhappy with the service and the treatment.  I never get my nails done so I have no clue about nail shapes, services, etc. The girl that did my nails left them looking uneven, was extremely bossy and rude, and didn't explain was she was doing expecting me to know everything.  When I asked her to file my nails a certain way, she was very rude, and that wasn't the first time. She pretty much screamed at me at least twice.  She was unfriendly, and it felt very rushed through.  I'm not sure if everyone there is as rude as she is which is too bad because just the thought of going back there and getting her again or getting someone else that can be as rude as she was makes me not want to return. They advertise walk ins welcome, so I went without an appointment for a pedicure.  I went on a weekday morning, and figured I'd be fine.  One of the men asked if I had an appointment and I said no.  He looked at the schedule and said we are full.  I would have come back if he offered an appointment, but he didn't.  Lack of customer service.  With so many other options around, I won't be back. My girlfriend and I were on our way to a nail salon and they were closed.  So we looked up a place and nail 21 came up. There were some good reviews and some not so good.  But we went anyways.  We were welcomed with a smile asked to pic outer color.  The Tec's that we had were very nice.  The hot stone and the massage was great. Feeling sad after seeing such great reviews about this place I thought I would give it a try.  Well I was very disappointed.  The lady I got was very unfriendly.  Only said about three words to me and even when I tried to talk to her She just said nothing.  She did a very rushed job.  She had my full set done in about 15 min.  It was so sloppy. She packed the acrylic on way too thick and its way uneven everywhere.  I was then left under a dryer for 35 min.  Probably would have been longer but I got sick of waitingand got up and asked someone else If they could take my payment.  I will defiantly be going somewhere else to get them filled and fixed.  So sad.  I was really hoping they were good. My friend introduced me to this nail salon years ago and I immediately loved the place! Every time I go, I gotta have moon to do my nails, she's the best!!! I have been here three time for gel nails.  I now only go to Moon because the other lady didn't understand how I wanted them done.  I like how they remove the gel with acetone and foil rather than filing it off. Read Less
