This review is for me not my husband but... I will never go back! They butchered my toe nails. They weren't even cut in a straight line. Both of my big toes have a wave cut into them and my other toes were cut too short. They hurt! I hope I don't get ingrown toe nails from this pedicure. Read Less

Honestly the best salon experience I've had in Utah ! Did a shellac manicure, and a pedicure for me today and it was awesome. I loved how my nails looked and feel. The younger girl that did my nails was fun to talk to and she honestly did an excellent job! I had never been to Europe nails , but I will be back! Read Less

Was uncertain about trying this shop because of the not so wondetful reviews, but it was closest to our new house & I was very pleasantly surprised.  I'm sorry to say, I didnt get the nice woman's name that did the dip on my nails, but she & the younger lady who helped with the prep & filing were both attentive, careful, and committed to doing a great job & making sure I was happy.  I had jammed a fingertip moving and the area around my nailbed was still badly bruised.  Both ladies did a fantastic job of working around the injury without hurting me and still made the nail look perfect.  I cant wait til I have more time to spare so I can go back and get a pedicure too. This was my first time to this business. The nail job that she did was great, my nails are beautiful. However, she was so rough and not careful filing the edges of the nails that she filed into my skin. I said "ouch" a couple times and she just wanted me to relax more. My fault that she was hurting me? The nail bed hurt for a few days and the skin was so thin on a couple of the sides that they started to crack a day later. I had to keep a band-aids on it to keep it moist while it healed. Who wants to wear band-aids when they have pretty nails to show off. I will not go back. Read Less

I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. The owner is extremely rude. She's not very nice at all. The last time I went there, she made me bleed. When I said "ouch"  she I didn't even ask me if I was OK. I should've known something was wrong, when I walked into this place and it was completely empty. I happened to look down at the appointment book and there were no appointments for that day. I think this place needs to be shut down before the owner seriously hurts someone. Read Less

Went here with my two daughters on a girl's day and had a great experience. The people who did our pedicures were gentle but did not waste time. My girls and I enjoyed talking to each other so we weren't bothered that the workers didn't chat with us. I'll be going back on my own--and that's a big deal because I don't really spend money on my feet. =) Read Less

I'm not one to write reviews but I was treated so horribly that I feel the need to warn others to steer clear. I went with my sister to get a pedicure for her birthday and sometime during the process a nickel size piece of wax dripped on my light colored, somewhat expensive, sandals. It left a large, dark oil stain and the sandals are ruined. When I asked for a refund of the pedicure in lieu of payment for the sandals (which are more than twice the cost of a pedicure) I was berated, belittled, lied to, and yelled at. They told me the only way I would get a refund was if they removed the polish. Not about to let a bully win, I complied, had the polish removed, and was getting ready to leave when the older man pulled out his cell phone and took my picture. He said he was going to give it to all the nail salons in the area to "warn" them about me so they could "watch out". I never raised my voice or got angry with them and yet because I wouldn't back down to making them admit and rectify their mistake, they are choosing to slander me. This is bullying plain and simple and should not be stood for. Don't support this business or this absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers. Read Less

Definitely the worst nail salon in the area, they dropped wax on my sister in law's 70 dollar sandals and ruined them. They shouted at her and called her the worst customer ever when she simply asked if they could do something for her. And when they refused she asked for a refund, but they wouldn't give her one without removing her nail polish. Do not go here. Read Less

I have two big toenails that have been damaged by infections. They have healed now so I went in to get a pedicure. The gentleman that worked on me, older, don't know his name, was careful and meticulous about fixing my toenails the best he could. I know he took extra time to do my pedicure. I was impressed and touched by his gentleness and expertise. My damaged toenails look wonderful. Yes, hidden by polish, but they are filed, cleaned and symmetrical. I will go back. This review saddens me bc I'm used to coming here all the time, but no more. The last time was bad, and today was a catastrophe. They've made a big effort to redecorate and accommodate more people, but have forgotten common sense practices to compliment it. Don't let the guy have anything to do with your gel nails. If you ask him to do something or not do something, he will scuff them. The last time he did this to my nails was not the first time. And don't bother making an appointment. After making one today, and waiting over 20 minutes for the water to heat up (seriously!), I finally had to leave. Saturdays are too precious to spend all day in a nail shop hoping they'll get their necessary equipment together, and not give you a tech that doesn't like you. Read Less

I loved this place, because they were very well priced and did an alright job. I booked three pedicures here (keep in mind I was a regular customer) and came in with my sisters, and they claimed they had never had me in their books. I saw that they were working on a wedding party, and had obviously kicked my appointment to the curb so that they could accommodate a higher paying group. I have never returned. Read Less

Amazing value. Went for a pedicure with my mother in law, and it was amazing. They take great care on your feet--the soak is soothing, the exfoliation, massage with lotion, wax, trimming of nails--everything was better than expected. I went there to get my nails done for a especial occasion, but left very unhappy with the service.  I never get my nails done, and the girl that did my nails left them looking uneven, and was extremely bossy and rude, and didn't explain was she was doing expecting me to know everything.  When I asked her to file my nails a certain way, she was very rude, and that wasn't the first time.  It felt like Gestapo was doing my nails.  I'm not sure if everyone there is as rude as she is, but I will not be returning. I called two weeks out to make an appointment for six of us. The lady said it would be no problem at that time and it sounded like she didn't even write anything down, so I thought we were golden. Another member of our party showed up before me, and there were two people working, one of whom was already working on someone else. She mentioned our group and they yelled "Why didn't you call?" I got a pedicure and manicure for $33. Not a bad price, considering they dip your hands and feet in paraffin wax. Nice, friendly staff. I rarely get manicures, because I always leave feeling like I could have done a better job, but the lady did a great job. My fingernails look great!  The only cons were that the water was lukewarm and they didn't use a base coat, so I will have to wait and see how long the polish stays on. Read Less

I wasn't happy with the service I got. I asked for a full set, with colored tips. And that was totally disregarded as I walked out with white tips. She used children's scissors to cut my tips so they were horribly uneven. Not to mention they weren't staffed properly and someone else had to finish my service, which ended in a horrible quality top coat. I had to go home and fix the polish myself, and once they grow out just a little I'll have to even them out. I didn't enjoy going there and I will never go again. Read Less
